Abstract

The association of ethno majapahit batik craftsmen who are members of the “Lakardowo Village Batik Craftsman” community is an association which is engaged in the production of handicrafts / crafts. Until now, at the age of about four years, the community has the ability to produce quality products that have regional characteristics. However, this community has several obstacles in being able to compete with fellow batik craftsmen from outside the Mojokerto area, among others; can not yet emerge a characteristic that has a strong character to elevate batik ethno majapahit Mojokerto, does not have a patent for the design of the motif or trademark patent, so that in competing with batik craftsmen from areas outside Mojokerto are still not confident and have not received full trust from the market. With the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method, through intensive workshops by exploring the existing potential, namely developing ethno majapahit batik motifs, as well as facilitating partners to have patent rights for the motives they produce and also trademark patents registered with Menkumham. And equip ethno majapahit batik craftsmen with online marketing skills that allow them to relate to a wider range of consumers.

Abstract

In recent years, there have been indications of public doubt regarding the role and function of the Police as law enforcers after many cases involving internal police that have attracted public or community attention, starting from the case of Inspector General of Police Ferdi Sambo who shot his subordinates, the drug case involving former East Java Police Chief Inspector General of Police Teddy Minahasa, and several other cases. This study aims to analyze the critical discourse of news about the "Police Friend of Farmers" program in online media. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis model. This approach aims to understand the reality or existing phenomena. This study utilizes Fairclough's critical discourse analysis which includes three-dimensional analysis: textual analysis, discourse practice analysis, and sociocultural practice analysis. The results of the analysis show that news about the "Police Friend of Farmers" program shows a certain agenda from the police, which is aimed at changing public perception about the Police. The news highlighted the role of the police in creating the innovation of PSB organic fertilizer as a solution to the scarcity of fertilizer, but also showed a slight deficiency in the absence of a comment column in the news, in online media so that it is not possible to know the positive or negative responses received.

Abstract

Konten dakwah di YouTube mencakup berbagai macam topik, mulai dari pemahaman agama, nasihat kehidupan sehari-hari, kisah-kisah inspiratif, hingga diskusi seputar Islam. Penggunaan YouTube sebagai media dakwah mendapat respons positif dari masyarakat, sehingga banyak channel YouTube yang membuat konten-konten dakwah. Hal tersebut menjadikan YouTube sebagai platform media sosial yang mampu menghasilkan pendapatan melalui monetisasi. Habib Husein Jafar adalah seorang ulama yang aktif menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah secara digital melalui saluran YouTube-nya, Jeda Nulis. Pada Channel tersebut, ia menyajikan konten dakwah dengan topik menarik dan menggunakan metode yang unik, serta bahasa yang sederhana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui isi pesan dakwah syariat yang disampaikan oleh Habib Jaf’ar Pada Channel YouTube Jeda nulis dalam episode Dakwah Koplo dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif analisis isi Philipp Mayring dan menggunakan teori ilmu dakwah Samsul Munir Amin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan penelitian tentang analisis isi pesan dakwah syariat Habib Jaf’ar pada channel YouTube Jeda nulis dalam episode dakwah koplo isi pesan dakwahnya lebih cenderung mengarah pada masalah syariat Islam, khususnya pada hubungan dengan sesama manusia. Contohnya adalah terkait pada masalah perzinahan, perceraian, poligami, pertemanan, pernikahan, dan mencari jodoh.

Abstract

Kehidupan merupakan perjalanan yang memiliki berbagai rute dan hasil yang berbeda. Setiap pilihan dalam mengambil keputusan, berdampak dalam membentuk identitas serta tujuan manusia. Setiap kejadian atau peristiwa selalu memiliki makna. Terlepas dari peristiwa yang dialami dirasa baik ataupun sebaliknya. Kisah perjalanan hidup ini dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi beberapa orang untuk membuat sebuah karya seperti film, lagu, novel, lukisan dan sejeninsnya. Dalam seni visual, lukisan sering menjadi ekspresi visual dari perjalanan hiudp seseorang. Seperti dalam seni ilustrasi karya Qing Han yang dimana ia mengekspresikan perjalanan hidupnya selama ia berjuang melawan penyakit yang ia derita. Ilustrasi yang ia buat memiliki pesan – pesan yang mendalam serta menginspirasi dan dapat dijadikan bahan refleksi manusia dalam memaknai arti kehidupan dari keberadaan manusia. Karya ilustrasi yang ia buat dapat ditemukan dalam salah satu media sosialnya yaitu Instagram @qinniart. Penilitian tentang representasi makna kehidupan dalam ilustrasi karya Qing Han menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripstif dan menggunakan teori semiotika pictorial Goran Sonesson sebagai dasar serta ikonologi dan ikonografi Erwin Panofsky sebagai pendekatannya. Hasil penelitian representasi makna kehidupan dalam ilustrasi karya Qing Han pada media sosial Instagram menghasilkan lima ketegori dasar yang dapat dijadikan sumber refleksi atau muhasabah diri bagi setiap manusia yang ingin menjalani hidup lebih bermakna serta lebih bijaksana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existence of semic codes through the Roland Barthes semiotic approach in Manhwa Comics. The content of the story contained in the comic relates many aspects of pornography. Pornography itself is a negative picture that can cause bad things for the audience. Researchers use qualitative descriptive methods, descriptive itself is a form of presenting data using words or sentences both orally and in writing. The results of this study indicate the existence of semic codes or connotative codes that exist in the content of Manhwa comic stories. Researchers managed to get 37 data related to semic codes or connotative codes. Semic codes obtained by researchers are expressions that refer to things that smell of sexuality or pornography.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana JawaPos Radar Mojokerto membingkai pemberitaan Pilkada Mojokerto 2024 melalui pendekatan Analisis Wacana Kritis model Norman Fairclough. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada penggunaan wacana keagamaan sebagai alat legitimasi politik oleh salah satu pasangan calon, terutama Gus Barra. Dengan menganalisis enam teks berita, ditemukan bahwa media menonjolkan citra religius kandidat melalui pilihan bahasa, simbol, dan kutipan dari tokoh agama, serta memberikan porsi pemberitaan yang tidak seimbang. Pemberitaan tersebut tidak hanya merepresentasikan fakta, tetapi juga mereproduksi nilai ideologis dan memperkuat dominasi politik berbasis identitas religius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media lokal berperan aktif dalam membentuk opini publik dan tidak sepenuhnya netral. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kesadaran kritis dari masyarakat serta komitmen media untuk menjaga etika jurnalistik dan keberimbangan informasi dalam proses demokrasi lokal.
