Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the process of the implementation of the investigation against the crime of narcotics in a drug Polresta Surakarta Reskrim Units and to know the obstacles faced by Police investigators in conducting the process of investigation the Crime Unit in the Narcotics Drug Reskrim Polresta Surakarta. Research methods used are empirical juridical. Based on the results of research and analysis of the data it can be concluded that the process of case investigation of narcotics crime in Drug Polresta Surakarta Reskrim Units namely (1) received a report (2) the first Action after receiving a report from the someone then the investigators conducted a series of investigations and pembuntutan against someone suspected of (3)(4) Arrest Search Seizure (5) (6) the examination of the suspect and Witness Detention (7) (8) the completion of the Investigation. Obstacles in by investigators in conducting investigation is many people who don't want to inform the user about the Narcotics to the police.Key Words: Process, Investigators, Narcotics.

Abstract

One type of crime that is growing rapidly today is crime committed electronically, or what is known as cybercrime. This crime takes many forms. These crimes take many forms. The presence of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions has regulated prohibited acts related to electronic information and transactions. There are various forms of cyber crime: Computer fraud (computer fraud), Criminal acts of embezzlement, falsification of providing information via a computer that harms other parties and benefits oneself, Hacking, Criminal acts of communication, Criminal acts of destroying computer systems, either damaging data or deleting codes that cause damage and loss, criminal acts related to intellectual property rights, copyrights and patents. And from cyber crime, children and women are the most vulnerable group to cyber crime.

Abstract

Sumbangan air bersih sebagai bahan untuk diminum merupakan kebutuhan inti sehati-hari. Gunung kidul sebuah kbupaten yang berada di kawasab barisan pegunungan purba, merupakan daerah yang secara geografis berpola naik-turun dengan mayoritas lahan berbatu-batu. Kepedulian kampus akan kesulitan masyarakat gunung kidul, sangat penting untuk dijaga rasa kemanusiaannya. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring dan evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan mulai bulan Mei sampai Nopember 2023. Metode pengabdian yang dipakai dan yang cocok adalah berpola Partisipasi Rural Approach berbasis pada kebutuhan masyarakat gunung kidul, tepatnya di desa Melikan. Perwakilan salahsatu anggota masyarakat berhubungan dengan pihak kampus, dengan keperluan membutuhkan bantuan air minum. Pelaksanaan pengiriman air minum dilakukan bertahap setiap minggu pada bulan September 2023. Hasil daripada kegiatan sumbangan air minum di desa Melikan kecamatan Gunung Kidul, telah direncanakan dengan baik, teliti dan terjadwal dilaksanakan pada bulan-bulan kering tau dimusim kemarau. Air sumbangan yang diterima langsung diserahkan ke pihak kalurahan untuk disalurkan kepada masyarakat. Puji syukur pihak kalurahan dan tokoh masyarakat sangat bersyukur dan berterima kasih atas sumbangan air.
