Abstract

Abstract:one of the businesses in Tenggarong is the Sinar Kumala Electronic, which is engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners and others. As for the items contained in the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop originating from the city of Samarinda, Surabaya and Jakarta.Data analysis tool that used to find out the cost of goods sold at the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop in Tenggarong by using inventory and sales data as well as repurchase of goods made. Based on the research note that the hypothesis that has been stated "that the cost of goods sold by the entrepreneur is smaller than the researcher version in May 2017" then the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted and proven to be true Keyword: Cost Of Goods Sold, Full Costing

Abstract

Abstract :Toko Station Game Tenggarong which is a branch of Station Celular Samarinda which serves the sale and purchase of mobile phones and accessories that are located on the lake Semayang RT.12 Kelurahan Melayu Tenggarong District. The goods are sold at Tenggarong Station Station Shop directly imported from jakarta and surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the variables of Store Image and Store Trust affect simultaneously to Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game In Tenggarong, to find out, Are the variables of Store Image and Store Trust partially influence on Consumer Loyalty At Station Station Game Di Tenggarong and to know, Among the independent variables are the variables which have the most dominant influence on the Consumer Loyalty At Station Stores Game In Tenggarong? From both result of partial correlation test above seen value of Scitra variable of store bigger influence than store trust variable, so store image variable is the most dominant variable influence to consumer loyalty. From the description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis in this study "That, Variable Image of Stores Which Has The Dominant Influence On Consumer Loyalty At Station Game Stores In Tenggarong" in accepted and proven truth.  Keywords: Consumer Loyalty, Store Image And Store Trust

Abstract

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to know how much each milled ground beef production and milled chicken meat to maximize the profit on the products At Meat Milling Enterprise Titipane Gusti In Kota Bangun. The result of data analysis in this study shows that the company will get the maximum benefit from the Milling Beef (A1) product with optimum production 271 kg in 1 week resulting in total sales of Rp. 86.720.000, - net profit of Rp. 16.260.000, - and milled beef (A3) with optimum production 149 Kg in 1 week yielding total sales equal to Rp. 50.660.000, - net profit of Rp. 5. 960.000, -. This business will generate per week with total sales of Rp. 137.380.000, - and get the maximum profit of Rp. 22.220.000, - Another case for products showing in optimal production of 0 (zero) this means that the product is better not produced by the company because it does not generate maximum profit. If the company has many inputs used to perform production activities with the ultimate goal is to get maximum profit then the analytical tool that can be used is with linear programming simplex method. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and study the influence of the variables of intellectual intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ), and spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee organizational performance at the Eramart Timbau Tenggarong Minimarket. The sample in this study were 26 employees of the Eramart Timbau Tenggarong Minimarket. The sampling technique was random sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple regression equations with hypothesis testing used F and t tests. The results of the F test calculation obtained that Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously are able to show their influence on employee performance at the Eramart minimarket. The three independent variables are able to explain changes in employee performance by 84.2% (Adjusted R square = 0.842) while the remaining 15.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as career development, compensation, job stress. From the three results of the t test above, it can be seen that the partial correlation value of the spiritual intelligence variable is the greatest compared to the intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence variables, which is 0.617 or 61.7%, so that the spiritual intelligence variable is the most dominant variable affecting the employee performance at the Eramart Timbau Tenggarong minimarket. From this description, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is rejected. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Tenggarong either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were drawn from all employees of PT. Pegadaian Tenggarong Branch, totaling 25 employees. The analytical tool used is a Multiple Regression model. The results of the calculation of the F test (simultaneous), the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction (X1) and Organizational Commitment variable has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. From the two partial correlation test results above, it can be seen that the value of the Big Five Personality (X1) variable is the largest compared to with the organizational commitment variable (X2), so the Big Five Personality (X1) variable is the biggest, the dominant variable affecting the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product variations and brand image simultaneously, to analyze product variations and brand image to partial repurchase decisions, and to determine the independent variables that had the most dominant influence on repurchase decisions at Susu Setia. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula as many as 99.61 or 100 people. The results showed that the variable product variation and brand image had a simultaneous and partial effect on repurchase decisions at Susu Setia in Tenggarong. In addition, the Brand Image variable has the most dominant influence as seen from the B coefficient value of the Brand Image which is the largest compared to other variables. Based on the characteristics of respondents in the categories of gender, occupation, and age, it is proven that consumers are dominated by the female gender, millennial age with student status. Thus, the promotions carried out by Susu Loyal to increase repurchase decisions are targeted at this segment. Keywords: Product Variation, Brand Image and Repurchase Decision

Abstract

There were hundreds of programs nowadays that were carried out for weak and poor groups. Respectively the Department of the government had various programs for these weak and poor groups. However, according to Prof. Mubyarto’s statement that was very rare today not the matter of the fund but the matter of the interest in the poor group. The standard measurement of the interest definitely not in the volume and the number of voices like in the General Election campaign, but his actualization. Abstract

Abstrak : Upaya untuk mengembangkan potensi ekonomi pada dasarnya diperlukan ketersediaan data dan informasi lapangan yang memadai. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan dari analisis yang cermat, selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan ekonomi. Namun potensi yang dikandung oleh kawasan ini nampaknya belum terekam dalam bentuk data yang memadai. Data yang tersedia selama ini pada umumnya tidak disusun secara sistematis dan teratur. Demikian pula data-data dari BPS tidak menjangkau sampai ke Desa maupun Kelurahan secara lengkap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the queuing system at the payment counter at PT. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch. In this study, the analysis of the multiple line queuing system (M/M/S) was used. The problem that exists in this study is the fact that the queue conditions at the payment counter at PT. Pos Indonesia Tenggarong Branch at 08.30-10.30 is quite busy and at 11.30-12.30 it is not busy, so the application of a queuing system is very necessary to obtain an efficient number of teller services. The results of the analysis with two service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the system (Ws) the fastest is 1.39 minutes and the longest is 4.62 minutes. Meanwhile, by using three service servers, the time spent by a consumer in the fastest (Ws) system is 1.07 minutes and the longest is 3.51 minutes compared to the standard time of the post office company for 4 minutes of service. Operations become larger, with the addition of one service teller to three service tellers at the Post Office, it is declared ineffective because the Post Office must add service fees, while the number of people queuing in the system is still in the range of 1 or people queuing in the system and the time difference service is only 30 seconds to 1 minute apart.

Abstract:Sales of snack products that are quite fast in Kutai Kartanegara Regency is a cake sales business. Cake sales business is a prospective business and can be easily developed in accordance with the needs of the community. Cake sales is a pretty bright business prospect and much in demand by the community.          One of the well known cake seller business in Tenggarong City is Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong at road Kramajaya Kel.Mangkurawang Tenggarong Kab. Kutai Kartanegara. Researchers are interested in conducting research on Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong because it wants to know how competitive the strategy faced by the business if it is compared with other Modern Cake Stores.          Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is home-based and is produced by involving several workers (homeowners) and with affordable raw materials to produce the cake. As for the process of selling the cakes only in the offer to the consumer in front of the front kiosk Hj.Fatimah mother's house only on Jalan Krama Jaya Mangkurawang Village.          The current problem that exists in Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong is still a bit dominating market share and still the influence of other cake business competitors that hinder the increase of sales. In this case Cake Shop Typical Of Kutai Hj.Fatimah in Tenggarong not yet know the techniques of competing strategy in seizing market share, especially traditional cakes. While other competitors have been able to master the market share by peddling modern cakes, so this becomes a challenge for business actors manufacturing traditional cakes. Keywords: Competitive Strategy Analysis, SWOT Method
