Abstract

Abstract:one of the businesses in Tenggarong is the Sinar Kumala Electronic, which is engaged in the sale of electronic goods such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioners and others. As for the items contained in the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop originating from the city of Samarinda, Surabaya and Jakarta.Data analysis tool that used to find out the cost of goods sold at the Sinar Kumala Electronic shop in Tenggarong by using inventory and sales data as well as repurchase of goods made. Based on the research note that the hypothesis that has been stated "that the cost of goods sold by the entrepreneur is smaller than the researcher version in May 2017" then the hypothesis proposed by the researcher is accepted and proven to be true Keyword: Cost Of Goods Sold, Full Costing

Abstract

Abstract :           PT Tri Mandiri Selaras is a showroom company of Daihatsu cars equipped with authorized workshops for routine checks and maintenance as well as vehicle engine repair customers who are located on Aji Lake RT.05 Malay Village Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The number of employees working on PT Tri Mandiri Selaras are 26 people divided into 7 people mechanics, 6 administrators, 4 sales people, 2 office boys, 2 cashiers, 1 person, 1 head marketing and 3 human resouch developmen. The study was conducted in April 2018, the population data available in April 2018 was 25 people and the number of samples used in this study were 25 people. The analysis tools used are multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using F test and t test with the help of SPSS For Window 20.0. The results of F test calculations (simultaneous correlation / joint), variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2) simultaneously affect employee work discipline. Then the independent variables have a significant relationship or employee discipline variables influenced by the variable punisment (X1) and reward (X2). From both result of partial correlation test above seen the biggest punisment variable value compared to reward variable, so the punisment variable is the most dominant variable affecting employee work discipline.  Keywords: Punishment, Reward, Work Discipline

Abstract

Abstract :PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is one of the companies engaged in the industry and trade plywood (plywood) is located in the street Yos Sudarso. 18 Village Jembayan District Loa Kulu. The existing system of incentives at PT. Rimba Raya Lestari is to apply the system of achievement of predetermined targets with the amount of wages or salaries that are adjusted to the number of productivity successful employees do in the day. The number of population in this study amounted to 70 permanent employees of the production and the number of samples used amounted to 70 employees. Analyzer tool in this research is multiple regression analysis that is Test of t and Test F with help of Program SPSS For Window version 20.1 The results of F test calculations can be said incentive variables (X1) and wages (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) able to show the effect on the work of employees. Then the first hypothesis states that "Incentive Incentives And Wages Influence significantly on Employee Results At PT. Rimba Raya Lestari In Kecamatan Loa Kulu "is accepted and proven to be true. From both result of partial correlation test seen value of incentive variable the biggest influence compared wage variable, so that incentive variable is the most dominant variable influence to employee work result. From that description, hence can be concluded that second hypothesis in this research "That Variable Giving Incentives have a dominant influence on Employee Results At PT. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know and examine the influence of relationship marketing and company reputation on consumer trust in Sharia Pawnshop Unit Kutai Kartanegara. Based on the reality as far as the researchers see marketing strategy that has been implemented the Sharia Pawnshop Unit Kutai Kartanegara has not produced maximum results, where the number of customers since 2017 until now in each month began to decline and began to rarely come or move using other similar business services. This study used quantitative data obtained from questionnaire data. The number of research samples as many as 45 people with the method of taking by saturated sampling. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression. Studies have found that 1. Relationship marketing and company reputation are simultaneously affecting on consumer trust, 2. Relationship marketing has a positive effect on consumer trust, 3. Company reputation has a positive effect on consumer trust, 4. The most dominant variable is relationship marketing. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment and Work Safety and to determine the most dominant variable influencing the Work Environment and Work Safety on the Risk of Accidents at the Oil Palm Plantation Company PT. Niagamas Gemilang, in Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a sample of 91 people. The results showed that the variables of the Work Environment and Work Safety had a simultaneous effect on the Risk of Accidents at Work. Work Environment and Work Safety variables have a partial effect on the Risk of Work Accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Besides that, the work safety variable has a dominant effect on the risk of work accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Keywords: Work Accident and Occupational Safety, Risk of Work Accident

Abstract

Abstrak : Upaya untuk mengembangkan potensi ekonomi pada dasarnya diperlukan ketersediaan data dan informasi lapangan yang memadai. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian dan dari analisis yang cermat, selanjutnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menyusun strategi peningkatan ekonomi. Namun potensi yang dikandung oleh kawasan ini nampaknya belum terekam dalam bentuk data yang memadai. Data yang tersedia selama ini pada umumnya tidak disusun secara sistematis dan teratur. Demikian pula data-data dari BPS tidak menjangkau sampai ke Desa maupun Kelurahan secara lengkap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and brand attitude either simultaneously or partially on brand equity. Besides that, to find out the variables that have the most dominant influence on brand equity at Pondok Three All restaurants in Tenggarong. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with the number of samples in this study as many as 74 people. The results of the study show that: First, the calculation results from the F test or simultaneously indicate that brand image and brand attitude have a significant influence on brand equity, so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Second, the results of the t test or partially show that brand image and brand attitude have a positive and significant effect on brand equity at Pondok Three All Restaurant in Tenggarong, so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Judging from the two independent variables, the variable that has the most dominant influence is brand attitude (X2), thus the fourth hypothesis proposed is accepted because it is proven true.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui: 1). Pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan; 2) Pengaruh motivasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Pengaruh komitmen organisasional karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 4) komitmen organisasional karyawan memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; 5) komitmen organisasional memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di Perumda Air Minum Tirta Mahakam Kutai Kartanegara dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan Software Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi dan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi kerja karyawan. Terdapat Pengaruh negatif antara variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organsiasional karyawan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan karena nilai P-Values lebih kecil dari 0,050. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organsasional karyawan. Variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional karyawan. Hal ini berarti bahwa komitmen organsiasional karyawan memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction based on service quality and marketing mix variables using the Importance Performance Analysis Method and in which quadrant is customer satisfaction at Anyi Ethnik Stores in Tenggarong using the Importance Performance Analysis Method. The population in this study were all consumers who were directly involved and had made purchases at the Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong in August 2021 for 10 days. The total number of samples used in this study was 50 people. The results showed that there was a high level of customer satisfaction with Anyi Ethnic Shops using the Importance Performance Analysis Method where there were 6 factors Tenggarong Anyi Ethnic Shops did not provide the best service on this attribute. In order for management to concentrate on improving all of its performance on this attribute (concentrate here). The services provided to the attributes in Quadrant B need to be maintained (keep up the good work). The Anyi Ethnic Shop in Tenggarong provides good service to customers. Therefore, this area is called an excess area (possible overkill).
