Abstract

−Computer technology is no longer something foreign to society, especially for those who are directly involved in the computer world. With computer technology, data processing is much faster and easier and produces more accurate data compared to manual systems. The medical record application is an application that can manage patient data, in the application it contains the patient's identity, examination results, payments and other services that have been provided to patients. Practicum at the Computer Laboratory of the DIII Medical Record and Health Information Study Program at Awal Bros University is carried out every semester from semester I to semester V. To support student practicum activities, we need a medical record application that can be used by students in the Computer Laboratory. In the Computer Laboratory of the DIII Medical Record and Health Information Study Program, there are already several applications installed on each computer. However, it is still not enough to support activities during practicum. For this reason, it is necessary to add applications to each computer, so that students can better understand the use of medical record applications during the practicum. The purpose of this study was to design a medical record application in the Computer Laboratory of the Medical Record and Health Information Study Program at Awal Bros University. The method used in this research is the prototype method and the system is designed using the figma application.

Abstract

Rekam medis merupakan berkas/dokumen penting bagi setiap instansi rumah sakit. Untuk itu format dan pengisiannya harus dilakukan secara cermat dan harus relevan dengan kondisi pasien. Segala perubahan yang ada dilakukan secara kronologis dengan penjelasan alasan perubahan tersebut. Rekam medis yang telah diisi tidak boleh diubah, dihapus atau ditambah. Pada penelitian sebelumnya banyak permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan rekam medis diantaranya adalah pengisian rekam medis, masih adanya lembar rekam medis yang tidak diisi oleh perawat dan dokter, dan masih terdapat berkas rekam medis yang pengembaliannya tidak sesuai dengan Minamal yang ada. Standar Pelayanan (SPM). Informasi dari rekam medis belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, hal ini disebabkan karena pengembalian rekam medis rawat inap ke ruang rekam medis selalu terlambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan rekam medis rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Charis Medika Batam. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan sistem input, proses dan output. Informan penelitian berjumlah 8 orang, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen, dan observasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jumlah pegawai di unit rekam medis yang berjumlah empat orang masih kurang dan peralatan seperti rak penyimpanan yang menunjang pemeliharaan rekam medis sangat minim, termasuk pembinaan dan pelatihan namun dalam jumlah sedikit. Penyelenggaraan rekam medis di RS Charis Medika Batam pada tahun 2022 belum sepenuhnya terlaksana dengan baik baik dari segi input, proses dan outputnya. Untuk itu perlunya penambahan tenaga rekam medis khususnya yang memiliki pengetahuan dasar rekam medis, pembinaan dan pelatihan/seminar, penambahan ruang penyimpanan rekam medis, serta perlunya kesadaran dan motivasi dari tenaga medis, paramedis rawat inap dan tenaga medis. petugas rekam medis untuk melengkapi rekam medis yang tidak tersedia. lengkap terutama pada bagian diagnosa dan tindakan pasien.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology in the Industrial Revolution 5.0 era has opened up significant opportunities for education, particularly through the application of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies. These technologies can also be utilized as learning media. However, at the high school level, the use of AR and VR is still very limited, and many teachers and students do not yet understand how to use them. The learning process is still dominated by textbooks, making it less engaging for students. This community service program aims to introduce and implement AR and VR as interactive learning media in the school environment. The activity took place at SMAN 23 Batam and was attended by 35 participants. The implementation method for this activity included socialization and AR and VR simulations. The activity was evaluated using a questionnaire to measure the level of understanding and perception of participants regarding the implementation of the activity. The evaluation results showed that 88.57% of participants strongly agreed that this activity increased their insight into AR and VR technology, 74.29% of participants strongly agreed that they understood the differences between AR and VR, and 82.86% of participants strongly agreed that the activity provided benefits to them. These results indicate that the AR/VR introductory activity successfully increased students' understanding, interest, and motivation towards using digital technology in learning. Therefore, this activity can be an effort to support increased technological literacy and the implementation of technology-based learning in the school environment.

Abstract

Indirect registration is conducted online with the aim of reducing patient accumulation caused by lengthy registration times. The online registration system implemented by Awal Bros Hospital Batam offers four options: registration through the Haloawalbros application, Stardok, Chatbot (specifically for online registration via WhatsApp), and the Mobile JKN application for BPJS patients. This study aims to determine the procedures for the online appointment registration system at Awal Bros Hospital Batam. The research methodology includes population sampling techniques and operational definitions of research variables. Based on the research findings, Awal Bros Hospital Batam has successfully implemented an online appointment registration system. Four applications are available for conducting online appointments at Awal Bros Hospital Batam: Haloawalbros, Stardok, Chatbot with WhatsApp, and the Mobile JKN application for BPJS-insured patients.
