<![CDATA[This decision support system was created to assist the school in making decisions related to the problem of selecting scholarships for students who really deserve to get scholarships, where the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students is still done manually. From each prospective scholarship recipient will be selected based on criteria, these criteria consist of parents' occupations, parents' income, number of dependents of parents and the average value of report cards. The method used in the scholarship selection process is the WP method. The WP method or the Weighted Product method is one of the methods used in helping the decision-making process by multiplying, where each attribute rating will be raised to the power of each weight. After that, the final result of the calculation of the Weighted Product method will be a ranking process that will determine the chosen alternative in the process of determining scholarship acceptance. The purpose of this research is to assist the school in the process of selecting scholarships for underprivileged students. The design of this decision support system uses Unified Modeling Language diagrams and is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the calculations that have been carried out using the Weighted Product method, the results with the highest value are found in alternative A8 with a value of 0.2012 so that alternative A8 is the best alternative and can be used as a recommendation for prospective scholarship recipients]]>

<![CDATA[−Computer technology is no longer something foreign to society, especially for those who are directly involved in the computer world. With computer technology, data processing is much faster and easier and produces more accurate data compared to manual systems. The medical record application is an application that can manage patient data, in the application it contains the patient's identity, examination results, payments and other services that have been provided to patients. Practicum at the Computer Laboratory of the DIII Medical Record and Health Information Study Program at Awal Bros University is carried out every semester from semester I to semester V. To support student practicum activities, we need a medical record application that can be used by students in the Computer Laboratory. In the Computer Laboratory of the DIII Medical Record and Health Information Study Program, there are already several applications installed on each computer. However, it is still not enough to support activities during practicum. For this reason, it is necessary to add applications to each computer, so that students can better understand the use of medical record applications during the practicum. The purpose of this study was to design a medical record application in the Computer Laboratory of the Medical Record and Health Information Study Program at Awal Bros University. <![CDATA[Rekam medis adalah sebuah catatan yang berisikan tentang identitas pasien, diagnosa pasien, pengobatan dan pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien selama pasien berobat di rumah sakit, puskesmas ataupun klinik. Rekam medis tidak hanya sekedar mengisi data medis pasien, tapi juga melakukan pengodean penyakit. Pengodean tersebut dilakukan agar fasilitas kesehatan dapat mengklaim biaya yang dikeluarkannya dalam menangani seorang pasien. Kualitas rekam medis sangat penting karena dapat menentukan mutu pelayanan pada fasilitas kesehatan. Hal ini disebabkan karena rekam medis merupakan salah satu standar yang harus dipenuhi dalam mendapatkan predikat akreditasi, sehingga perlu untuk diberikan pemahaman tentang rekam medis kepada masyarakat agar nantinya banyak masyarakat yang lebih mengerti betapa pentingnya rekam medis bagi pasien di fasilitas kesehatan. Untuk saat ini, tahap awal pemahaman tentang rekam medis diberikan kepada siswa siswi SMKN 7 Batam. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari Jum’at, tanggal 18 Februari 2022 di lapangan SMKN 7 Batam. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan yang telah disusun. Semua peserta terlihat antusias dalam mendengarkan materi yang disampaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan tanya jawab. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah siswa siswi SMK 7 Batam mulai dari kelas 1 sampai kelas 3. Secara keseluruhan kegiatan sosialisasi ini berjalan dengan lancar, dimana semua peserta yang hadir mengikuti kegiatan ini dari awal hingga akhir.]]>

<![CDATA[Acceptance of new students in MAN 2 Jambi City is about 2 registration lanes namely the test path and the non test path. Reception of new students is always at school every year. However, the limitations of school facilities and infrastructure make it unable to accommodate all prospective students who have just registered, for this reason it is necessary to select the admission of new students. In this study, the authors approve computer-based decision support systems. This decision support system only supports limited assistance or provides recommendations in decisions not to support the decision maker's job. This new student selection decision support method was built using 2 methods, the SAW and WP methods. Then it is designed using case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams.]]>

<![CDATA[Inpatient and outpatient medical record files at X Batam City Hospital have increased the number of medical record files, because every year the number of outpatient and inpatient visits at X Batam City Hospital has increased significantly, so that the medical record file storage area is also narrower too. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of the accumulation of medical record files in the Filling Room at X Batam City Hospital. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method by taking data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the cause of the accumulation of medical record files is that officers have never participated in medical record training so that the lack of knowledge from medical record officers regarding the storage of medical record files and shelves in the filling room at X Batam City Hospital is not in accordance with the SOP. The medical record file storage system at X Batam City Hospital is placed in one room where the storage system uses a centralized system. Aspects that cause the accumulation of medical record files in the filling room at X Batam City Hospital, namely for the first aspect are medical record officers, the second aspect is infrastructure suggestions and the third aspect is Method.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction of outpatients at the Baloi Permai Health Center. The method used is quantitative method with survey research used is cross sectional to determine the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction at the Baloi Permai Health Center. The results of this study were carried out by a chi square statistical test showing that the quality of patient care at the Baloi Permai Health Center was considered good by 81,2% with a total of 81 respondents. While patients who said they were not good were 18,8% with a total of 19 respondents. Patient Satisfaction at the Baloi Permai Public Health Center who rated satisfaction as much as 68% with a total of 68 respondents. While patients who said they were not good were 32% with a total of 32 respondents. Since the p value is 0,000 <0,05, thereby H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is a relationship between service quality and outpatient patient satisfaction at the Baloi Peria Health Center in 2022.]]>
