Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived quality dan perceived usefulness terhadap continuance usage intention melalui customer satisfaction pada pelanggan GrabFood di Jakarta. Jenis desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna GrabFood di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebar secara online dengan google form. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan metode partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) dan program SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance usage intention, perceived quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance usage intention, perceived usefulness berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance usage intention, perceived quality berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance usage intention melalui customer satisfaction dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance usage intention melalui customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived quality and perceived usefulness on continuance usage intention through customer satisfaction on GrabFood customers in Jakarta. The type of research design used in this study is a descriptive research design. The sampling technique was carried out by means of purposive sampling and the number of samples studied was 100 respondents who are GrabFood users in Jakarta. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were distributed online with the Google form. The data analysis technique uses the partial least square-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method and the SmartPLS version 4 program. The results of this study indicate that perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention , perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention through customer satisfaction and perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap persepsi harga dan loyalitas merek serta menguji persepsi harga sebagai mediasi antara citra merek dan kepercayaan merek dengan loyalitas merek. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 130 responden dari pengguna dan konsumen dari PT Shopee International Indonesia. Metode purposive sampling digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online melalui Google Form secara online yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi Smart PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah citra merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap persepsi harga, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas merek, loyalitas merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap persepsi harga, citra merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap loyalitas merek melalui mediasi persepsi harga. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand image and brand trust on price perception and brand loyalty and to examine price perception as a mediation between brand image and brand trust and brand loyalty. The population of this study were 130 respondents from users and consumers from PT Shopee International Indonesia. The purposive sampling method was used by distributing online questionnaires through online Google Forms which were then processed using the Smart PLS application. The results of this study are brand image and brand trust have a significant and positive effect on price perception, brand image and brand trust have a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty, brand loyalty has a significant and positive effect on price perception, brand image and brand trust have a significant and positive effect on brand loyalty through the mediation of price perceptions.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah perusahaan, kepuasan kerja merupakan isu penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Cara yang dilakukan oleh PT Perfect Companion Indonesia untuk mempertahankan karyawannya adalah dengan mengubah gaya kepemimpinan, memotivasi karyawan dan mendisiplinkan karyawan dalam pekerjaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Perfect Companion Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan PT Perfect Companion Indonesia dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan SEM (Structual Equation Modeling) yang diolah dengan SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Perfect Companion Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu PT Perfect Companion Indonesia meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan melalui gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja. Organisasi juga diharapkan memahami manfaat kepemimpinan yang baik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. In a company, job satisfaction is an important issue that needs attention. The method used by PT Perfect Companion Indonesia to retain its employees is by changing leadership styles, motivating employees and disciplining employees in their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction of PT Perfect Companion Indonesia employees. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT Perfect Companion Indonesia with a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used SEM (Structual Equation Modeling) approach which was processed with SmartPLS version 3.3.3 software. The results of this study indicate that leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of PT Perfect Companion Indonesia employees. The results of this study aim to help PT Perfect Companion Indonesia pay attention to employee job satisfaction through leadership style, work motivation and work discipline. Organizations are also expected to understand the benefits of good leadership, work motivation and work discipline to increase employee job satisfaction.
