Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the money supply and the exchange rate of foreign trade on inflation in Indonesia. This study concludes that the money supply has a positive and significant influence on inflation. The foreign trade exchange rate has a negative relationship to inflation, but the effect is not statistically significant. For further research, it is recommended to add other independent variables that are related and take into account the exchange rate of foreign trade according to the group of goods.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect foreign investment and domestic investment in Indonesia during the period 1990 to 2011. There are five independent variables used in this study, namely the gross domestic product (GDP), interest rate, money supply, wage rate and currency exchange rate. In this study, the dependent variable is foreign investment and domestic investment. Results of this study found that the variable GDP, interest rate, money supply, wage rate and currency exchange rate simultaneously (together) with a significant influence of foreign investment.

Abstract

Recently the value of the rupiah against the US dollar is weakened and becomes about Rp 9,000 per US dollar. This condition means that the crisis will end in the year 2000 seems to be far away. Therefore, it is a must for the government and people must work hard for the stabilization of the exchange rate of the rupiah. This article aims to examine the impact of the value of the rupiah on the Indonesian economy and suggest some critical policies to solve the problem.

Abstract

In general trade between nations can occur only if it is possible to exchange the currency of one nation for that of the other. The exchange of one currency to another one is called a foreign exchange transaction. The exchange rate is determined by the equality between supply and demand for currency which is called the Flexible Exchange Rate. The exchange rate used to maintain the exchange rate at a particular value is said the Fixed Exchange Rate.

Abstract

A country’s balance of payment has two main parts, i.e. the current account and the capital account. The current account covers imports and exports of goods and services. While the capital account is money lent or invested abroad. By definition, the balance of payment must be in balance. A country with a $ 1 billion deficit on its current account must get $ 1 billion in foreign currency to finance it. This paper explains the deficit current account on Indonesia’s balance of payment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of distributive justice and procedural justice on turnover intention with employee engagement as a mediating variable at PT. XYZ The sample used was 83 respondents with a sample selection method using saturated sampling techniques. The study was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire to collect data. The results of this study concluded that distributive justice and procedural justice had a positive effect on employee engagement. Distributive justice has a negative effect on turnover intention, but the effect of procedural justice on turnover intention is not significant. Employee engagement acts as a partial mediation in distributive justice relations to turnover intention and acts as a full mediator on the influence of procedural justice on turnover intention. The next finding is that employee engagement has a negative influence on the desire to.

Abstract

The commitment to green behavior can be implemented through some activities in Raudhatul Athfal Toufiqurrahman. However, the implementation of such commitment faces two problems, namely social cultural aspects and the lifestyles of society. Differences in knowledge, educational background, and experience or lifestyle may hinder parents and teachers from being able to give proper guidance to their children and students about environment-friendly activities. Schools have limitation in organizing these activities and therefore they need to be helped. The goal of the community service program reported in this paper was to supervise teachers when introducing and evaluating environment-friendly activities. Teachers were chosen to be involved in this program so that they would be able to improve parents’ and students’ awareness about environment-friendly activities. The results showed that there was a change in students’ behavior, for example in using different types of garbage bin, in maintaining the cleanliness of the river, and in recycling unused materials for students’ crafts. However, other types of behavior such as energy-saving behavior and parents’ supervision tended to be getting lower and some were similar to those others observed before. We found that parents and students would support the green behavior movement and encourage pro-environmental behavior among kindergarten students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and compensation on employee loyalty. The research method uses a causal method with the type of quantitative research. Data were collected from 50 respondents using saturated sampling via google form. The data is then processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee loyalty and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kausal dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari 50 responden dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh malalui google form. Data kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all 42 employees of PT Corpus Prima Mandiri Sekuritas. The sample selection method uses a sampling technique saturated with quantitative research and uses a questionnaire to collect data. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance.And then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This study found that direct organizational citizenship behavior mediates the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Corpus Prima Mandiri Sekuritas yang berjumlah 42 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan kemudian motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa secara tidak langsung, organizational citizenship behavior memediasi hubungan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Komitmen organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dimiliki para anggota organisasi karena tingkat komitmen yang tinggi membantu karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas secara efisien dan selanjutnya berkontribusi pada tujuan dan hasil yang diinginkan oleh organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi sekolah X. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dengan menggunakan kuesioner/angket yang diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Organizational commitment is a very important thing that members of the organization have because a high level of commitment helps employees to complete tasks efficiently and further contributes to the goals and results desired by the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of the school X. The sample taken for this study was 50 people using a questionnaire which was processed using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment.
