Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic is one of the viruses that threatens many lives and sectors throughout the world, one of which is Indonesia. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the economic sector because social vulnerabilities make the position of economic resilience experience shocks. Many MSMEs experienced a decrease in income so that the impact was a lot of reduction in employees and even stopped operating. To be blea to survive and get out of the crisis, the presence of MSME Innovation is the right solution. This study discusses the application of innovations that need to be applied to MSMEs affected by the covid-19 virus, innovation from the marketing side, and product flexibility, rather than creating new products. This research relates to the theme of MSMEs only to describe and problems through the solution of related literature studies that have occurred in Indonesia, secondary data obtained from MSMEs in Central Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors affecting assets misappropriation from new fraud triangle theory perspective. This new perspective has four components that trigger fraud, namely: pressure, opportunity, capability, and integrity. In this study pressure factor is separated between financial and non-financial. This study’s population was all holding company employee, totaling 350 employees. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling. Respondents of this study are employee that member of a holding company in Central Java. Employees chosen as samples are employees who have the authority to carry out certain tasks or positions, and the number of samples is proportional to each company. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 88 employees. The data analysis then utilized Wrap PLS analysis tool version 6.0 software. The results of this study indicate that financial pressures, opportunities, and capabilities influence assets misappropriation. Meanwhile, non-financial pressure and integrity do not affect the misappropriation of assets.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important item to support the company's success in achieving its goals. A company will easily achieve its goals if a company has employees with quality and quantity performance, but different, if in the company there are employees with unqualified performance, then it is certain that the company will experience difficulties in achieving its goals. Employee performance will increase if at work, employees get an adequate work environment and compensation in the form of promotion. This study aims to determine the relationship between work environment and job promotion on employee performance at a PT in Brebes Regency. Population of data used in this research process is private university in kendal, amounting to 50. Questions in this questionnaire are closely related to the work environment and promotion from the perspective of employee performance perceptions. This study explains results that work environment has a relationship that does not affect employee performance improvement and job promotion has a relationship that has an influence on improving employee performance.

Abstract

With the development of time in establishing a business, of course there are many challenges that must be faced and anticipated, one of which is competition. Business competition here, companies or business people are required to be more intensive in facing increasingly fierce competition. Business competition faced by entrepreneurs or business people does not only involve on a local basis but also involves business actors. The competition during the Covid 19 pandemic was no exception, which had a tremendous impact, thus hampering various areas of life. One of the sectors most affected is the economic sector. Competition in the business world as a benchmark in creating better and more valuable products, competition is a developmental stage of a cultural phenomenon that inevitably has to be passed, the most important thing is how to respond and prepare for the face because it is not easy to compete with other products, business actors are challenged to be more competitive strategically by increasing their ability to compete in domestic competition and also increasing their ability to compete professionally, with the right strategy that must be applied to ensure success through exploiting existing opportunities, one of them. The tobacco business is a very promising business, even though there are many challenges, but the tobacco business is able to survive the competition even during the Covid 19 pandemic.Of course, by creating innovations, creative ideas and loyalty to consumers are things that must be prioritized in order to be able to compete with actors. other businesses, in order for the survival of a tobacco business to survive and not be eroded by competition, this business actor has much to deal with, of course by creating solutions to overcome the problem of competition in the business itself, because tobacco is one of the most important agricultural commodities. high value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Manfaat Return On Asset, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Manajemen Laba (Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2019). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur yang berjumlah 74 perusahaan. Sampel yang diambil adalah yang di gunakan 32 Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Industri Dasar dan Kimia yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017-2019. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Manfaat Return On Asset, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan sebagai variabel bebas serta terhadap Manajemen Laba sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel profitabilitas (ROA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap manajemen laba. Variabel leverage (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap manajemen laba. Variabel ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap manajemen laba. Variabel profitabilitas (ROA), leverage (DER) dan ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

Kabupaten Kendal dilalui jalur pantura yang ramai lalu lintas, sehingga tersedia banyak berdiri rumah makan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh penerapan etika bisnis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan salah satu warung makan yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan accidental sampling. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa, penerapan etika bisnis yang diproksikan dengan (1) Keadilan berpengaruh secara negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (2) Kejujuran berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara bersama-sama penerapan etika bisnis berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kepercayaan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dari variable etika bisnis yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Ecofeminisme merupakan gerakan kepedulian perempuan yang menuntut haknya untuk disejajarkan dengan laki-laki dalam perencanaan dan proses pembangunan yang mengulas gender dan ekologi dengan mengutamakan kepedulian generasi mendatang untuk menjaga kelestarian dan keberlanjutan kehidupan. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis untuk memaparkan data dari hasil observasi, wawancara,  dokumentasi serta studi literatur yang bertujuan menganalisis ecofeminisme dalam kebijakan dan strategi pengelolaan permukiman berkelanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan secara sampling pada permukiman kota, permukiman pedesaan, serta permukiman kumuh di Kabupaten Kendal. Subjek penelitian berupa masyarakat dan dinas terkait. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ecofeminisme perlu dipertahankan dengan didukung kebijakan dan strategi yang tegas dan relevan untuk menciptakan permukiman berkelanjutan baik berupa fisik maupun non fisik yang memberikan kenyamanan dan ketenteraman bagi penghuni permukiman. Adapun kajian prioritas berupa sampah yang masih membutuhkan strategi dan kebijakan tegas dari pemerintah serta kepedulian seluruh masyarakat baik laki-laki maupun perempuan.
