Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and financial compensation on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Capella Medan. The population of this study were 95 employees of PT. Capella Medan. Saturated sampling technique. The sample of this research is 95 employees of PT. Capella Medan. The data analysis tool uses SPSS 25 with path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the leadership style does not have a positive influence on the variable performance of permanent employees at PT. Capella Medan. Financial compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Capella Medan. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on motivation at PT. Capella Medan. Financial compensation has a significant influence on motivation at PT. Capella Medan. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Capella Medan. There is no influence of motivational variables in mediating the influence of leadership style on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Capella Medan. It has no effect, this shows that there is no influence of motivational variables in mediating the effect of financial compensation on the performance of permanent employees at PT. Capella Medan

Abstract

his research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, company image, and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on consumers who use online transportation applications either directly or indirectly. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Psychology T.A. 2021-2022, the sampling technique uses the accidental sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 84 people, the data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire distributed via a google form link and the data analysis method used was path analysis. The results showed that service quality had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty by 0.150, company image had a significant effect on customer loyalty by 0.001, price had an insignificant effect on customer loyalty by 0.077, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on customer loyalty by 0.000, service quality had an insignificant effect. to customer satisfaction is 0.152, company image has no significant effect on customer satisfaction is 0.019, price has no significant effect on customer satisfaction is 0.595, customer satisfaction mediates service quality to customer loyalty is 0.0227, customer satisfaction mediates corporate image to customer loyalty is 1, satisfaction customers mediate price on customer loyalty of 0.652.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing and advertising on customer satisfaction with price as a moderating variable which is motivated by the development of the era and technology in the digital world through social media. Fraud, the number of sellers, advertisements that do not match the facts, and prices that do not match the quality are the main factors for the decline in customer satisfaction at Shopee. The theory used in this research is the theories of Marketing Management, which are related to digital marketing, advertising, customer satisfaction and price. The research method used by the researcher is a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection is done by online questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical method used is SEM-PLS, coefficient of determination (R2), hypothesis testing (P values), and analysis of moderating variables (effect size). The population used is Shopee e-commerce users who are domiciled in Medan and the number of samples is 100 respondents using accidental sampling. The results show that digital marketing and advertising have an effect on customer satisfaction and can be moderated by price although it is not significant with a coefficient of determination of 0.573 which indicates that digital marketing and advertising have an effect on customer satisfaction which is moderated by price with a percentage level of 57.3% while the rest 42.7% is another factor that is not studied. Based on the overall results of the study, it can be concluded that digital marketing and advertising have an effect on customer satisfaction which can be moderated by price.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether motivation and work discipline through organizational culture affects performance. The population in this study were all employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office. The sample in this study amounted to 86 employees of the North Sumatra Province Manpower Office. Data analysis techniques in this study used two statistical approaches, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) models. Data collection techniques in this study used observations, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study showed that: (1) Motivation positive and significant effect on organizational culture (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, (3) Motivation has no significant effect on performance, (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, (5) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. significant effect on performance, (6) Motivation through organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance, and (7) Work Discipline through organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the overall results of the study, it can be concluded that Motivation and Work Discipline have implications for Kine work through Organizational Culture

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is one of the main indicators of health facility standards. Improving the quality of service is absolutely necessary in order to face the era of globalization. The research location was conducted at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic, which is located at Jln. Border No. 21 Lubuk Pakam, Deli Serdang. The time of the study was carried out in July – August 2021. The population in this study were all patients who came for treatment at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic in July – August 2021. The sample was part of the population consisting of several members of the population. The sample in this study were patients who came for treatment to the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic for 2 months, namely from July to August 2021 and obtained a total sample of 100 respondents by accident. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, the following conclusions are drawn: Location affects patient loyalty at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic, meaning that the better the location of the dental and oral health service provider, the patient's loyalty will increase. Service affects patient loyalty at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic, meaning that the better the services provided by dental and oral health service providers, the patient's loyalty will increase. Community culture affects patient loyalty at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic, meaning that the better the community culture for dental and oral health services, the patient's loyalty will increase. Location affects satisfaction at the Spirit Dental Clinic Pratama Special Dental Clinic, meaning that the better the location of the dental and oral health service provider, the satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

Organizational success is strongly influenced by the performance of its employees, and in improving employee performance, adequate competence and ability are needed. This study aims to determine the role of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee performance with competency mediating variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with SPSS software and involves 65 employees of PT. Pegadaian Medan. The results of this study found that motivation, compensation, and work environment affect the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian Medan. Competence affects the performance of employees at PT. Pegadaian Medan. Motivation, compensation, and work environment affect employee performance with competence as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Medan. Companies need to increase the above variables in improving the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tuition fees and facilities on student decisions to choose to study at the Faculty of Agro Technology, Prima Indonesia University partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted on students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. The population in the study were students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is the Random Sampling technique. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that a total sample of 121 students was obtained from a total population of 173 students from the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. Test prerequisite analysis using validity, and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 20.0. The results of research originating from data processing show a positive relationship between the variables of education costs and facilities on the decision to choose students of the Faculty of Agro Technology UNPRI. Partially, the effect of education costs and facilities on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers is 0.129 each; and 0.144. Simultaneously, the variable costs of education and facilities have a significant influence on the decision to choose students from the Faculty of Agro Technology, UNPRI, which is 0.273. From the results of the analysis, it was found that part of the influence of competence, training, and motivation on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers was 12.9% and 14.4%, respectively. Simultaneously the effect of competence, training, and motivation on the performance of UNPRI permanent lecturers is 27.30% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and interest rates on stock prices partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted on Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population in the study is a Banking Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Determination of the number of samples in this study using the samnpel selection table so as to obtain a total sample of 36 companies. Partially the Inflation and Interest Rate variables have an influence on the Stock Price variable. Both partially and simultaneously. Simultaneously the effect of Inflation and Interest Rates on Stock Prices is 39.1% and the rest is influenced by other variables not proposed in this study

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of price, promotion and location on consumer loyalty at PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative research method with a type of quantitative descriptive research that is explanatory. This analysis method uses software tools from SPSS 25 to analyze the results of the calculations of tests, such as classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression. The population in this study are all customers of PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. . The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The number of non-probability samples is 100 consumers, namely by determining 10 customers for 10 days of research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the f test research where the result is that F count > F table (18.825 > 2.70) and a significant 0.000 <0.05 indicates Price, Promotion and Location on Customer Loyalty at PT simultaneously. Successful Work Moving Forward Together. The results of the t test research where Price, Promotion and Location partially have a positive and significant effect on the valid price of Customer Loyalty at PT. Karya Sukses Maju Bersama. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained an Adjusted R2 value of 0.148, meaning that the variation of the Price (X1), Promotion (X2) and Location (X3) variables on Customer Loyalty (Y) is 35.1%. In comparison, the remaining 64.9% is explained by other variables which were not used in this study.

Abstract

Transportasi online merupakan transportasi yang berbasis suatu aplikasi tertentu dimana pelanggan memesan sarana transportasi melalui sistem aplikasi di dalam smartphone. Saat ini dari berbagai konsumen yang membutuhkan jasa dari transportasi online, mahasiswa merupakan konsumen yang paling potensial karena banyak sekali mahasiswa yang biasanya tidak memiliki kendaraan sehingga membutuhkan jasa dari transportasi online terutama perempuan walaupun tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa banyak laki-laki yang juga menggunakan jasanya. Salah satu jasa transportasi online yang tersedia untuk digunakan adalah Gojek. Populasi penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian adalah: seluruh mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Prima Indonesia pengguna aplikasi Gojek yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti atau bias. Karena populasinya tidak diketahui, maka teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah rumus Lemeshow didapatkan sebanyak 96 sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pengguna Gojek pada mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pengguna Gojek pada mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan. Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pengguna Gojek pada mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan. Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pengguna Gojek pada mahasiswa program studi S1 manajemen Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan.
