Abstract

Distributor merupakan kegiatan mendistribusikan barang atau jasa yang dihasilkan produsen ke konsumen. PT. Buana Sentosa Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk Mayora dengan berbagai jenis makanan dan minuman yang ditawarkan. Banyaknya perusahaan sejenis yang muncul mengakibatkan pesaing yang semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan harus memiliki keunggulan sehingga dapat terus bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya. Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi yang baik dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan keunggulan tersebut serta dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada PT. Buana Sentosa Nusantara sehingga dalam proses bisnis yang dilakukan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard dengan tools SWOT, Value Chain, CSFs, PESTEL dan McFarlan Grid serta metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengetahui lingkungan bisnis dan lingkungan sistem informasi perusahaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini berupa usulan SI/TI, prosedur dan struktur organisasi yang menggambarkan PT. Buana Sentosa Nusantara untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

Sebuah usaha tentunya harus memiliki strategi bisnis untuk mencapai sebuah tujuan dan menghadapi pesaing bisnis yang ada. Pembisnis tentunya akan berusaha semaksimal mungkin agar bisnis mereka sukses dan mencapai tujuan yang mereka inginkan. Dengan adanya strategi bisnis yang baik maka akan mempermudah dalam meningkatkan bisnis serta bisa memudahkan dalam mengatasi persamasalahan yang akan dihadapi nantinya. Hotel merupakan salah satu bidang yang berpotensi dalam penerapan Sistem Informasi karena hotel adalah sebuah bisnis yang mengutamakan kepuasan dalam hal pelayanan. Hotel Anugerah merupakan salah satu Hotel di Kota Palembang tepatnya di Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 149. Dalam permasalahan yang terdapat pada Hotel Anugerah penulis mencari suatu strategi sistem informasi yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada Hotel Anugerah. Oleh karena itu, Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan keunggulan serta mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard yang nantinya akan memberikan sebuah usulan penyusunan strategi SI/TI, prosedur, serta struktur organisasi yang menggambarkan Hotel Anugerah dikemudian hari.

Abstract

Maraknya tren penggunaan Artificial Intellience (AI) di era teknologi saat ini. Salah satu contoh nya yakni chatbot yang bernama chatgpt. Telah banyak topik  obrolan atau pertanyaan yang telah dilontarkan melalui chatgpt ini dari berbagai kalangan seperti orang biasa, pelajar, guru atau dosen, hingga tenaga peneliti. Hal tersebut dapat dideteksi untuk mengetahui tren topik  hangat yang paling dominan dibicarakan di twitter. Namun dengan ratusan metadata tersebut akan sulit dicari dan dibaca.  Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. LDA mampu melakukan analisis tentang tren topik hangat yang sedang dibahas di twitter mengenai chatgpt. Dari 202304 ulasan twitter mengenai chatgpt, didapat sejumlah 30 kata tren secara keseluruhan hasil dari topic modelling yang dilakukan dengan masing – masing 10 topik berdasarkan yang sudah dimodelkan.

Abstract

This research aims to address two crucial issues in the world of shark conservation, namely the decline in the number of shark species facing the risk of extinction and the difficulty in distinguishing visually between several similar shark species. To achieve this goal, the research applies the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the ResNet-50 architecture. The decision to use the ResNet-50 architecture is based on its ability to handle complex training issues, computational efficiency, and high performance in image recognition. The dataset used consists of 1497 images of sharks, divided into training data, validation data, and test data with a ratio of 60:20:20. Each image is resized to 224x224 pixels to facilitate analysis. The results of the study indicate that the method used successfully classified 14 species of sharks effectively, with an average accuracy of 96.16%. This discovery provides new hope in shark conservation efforts and opens opportunities for the development of similar methods to safeguard the sustainability of shark populations in the future.

Abstract

The attendance application for lecturers and employees of Multi Data University Palembang was built with Java language and based on Android. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application's compliance with Clean Architecture rules and SOLID design principles, and refactoring the application source code based on these rules and principles. Refactoring is done on seven classes that do not comply with the Single Responsibility principle. Refactoring is done by breaking functions with the same responsibility into a class, and removing unnecessary function implementations to comply with the principle of interface segregation. Four classes that did not comply with the Dependency Inversion principle were adjusted by creating dependencies on abstraction classes and using dependency injection with Hilt. The Clean Architecture concept is also applied by creating a domain layer that contains entities and use cases that contain the application's business logic. This makes the presentation layer not directly dependent on the data layer, but rather dependent on the domain layer. The application of Clean Architecture and SOLID design principles results in a smaller amount of source code and code recommendations from this research are expected to facilitate developers in maintaining applications.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of the Clean code principle to the development of the CodeIgniter 3-based SIIZIN application by applying smells and heuristics analysis. Code smells are found in the Names, Comments, and Generals categories, such as N1: Choose Descriptive Names, C5: Commented-Out Code, C3: Redundant Comment, G5: Duplication, G20: Function Names Should Say What They Do, and G12: Clutter. Through in-depth analysis and application of Clean code principles, it succeeded in improving the readability and efficiency of the code, eliminating duplication, and describing functions according to their names. Not only that, this research also managed to eliminate useless comments to improve code clarity and maintainability. The results of this research are expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the SIIZIN application, so as to ensure its sustainability and effectiveness in licensing management.

Abstract

This research explores the analysis of the MDP SIGN application by applying clean code principles based on code smells and heuristics. The main focus of clean code, which emphasizes writing code that is easy to understand, is key for efficient maintenance and team collaboration. Code smells, as indicators of code structure issues, and heuristics as rules of thumb, became the basis for analyzing this application. The refactoring process was applied to MDP SIGN, a QR code-based digital signing application. The analysis identified potential improvements by finding code smells such as N1: Choose Descriptive Names, N4: Unambiguous Names, G5: Duplication, F4: Dead Function, and C5: Commented-Out Code. Through the implementation of clean code, the author managed to reduce 330 lines of code and improve efficiency. Validation involved the original developer, improving understanding of the code. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the application of clean code in application development.

Abstract

PT. Supra Indolub Perkasa is an official distributor of ExxonMobil Lubricants in Indonesia. Currently, the company faces challenges in the employee evaluation process, which remains conventional, lacks proper documentation, and has limitations in terms of objectivity and accuracy. This process often takes a long time, is prone to data entry errors, and lacks transparency, which can lead to suboptimal decision -making. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web -Based Decision Support System (DSS) using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The system is developed by implementing the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology and the Laravel framework to support a more systematic employee data management process. The evaluation criteria include attendance, technical skills, non-technical skills, and personality aspects. The results of the study indicate that this system can improve accuracy, accelerate the evaluation process, and support fair, transparent, and data -driven decision-making. With this system, the company can more easily determine the best employees in an objective manner.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency and performance of the poverty recording application at the Communication and Information Office of Musi Banyuasin Regency by implementing SOLID design principles and query optimization techniques. Using a quasi-experimental approach, the study compares the system before and after code refactoring, The analysis results indicates that the application of SOLID principles and optimization techniques resulted in reduced volume of source code and improved code recommendations. This resulting application is more modular, efficient, and easier to maintain.

Abstract

Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver that can be caused by viral infections, genetic factors, alcohol, and medications. This disease is difficult to diagnose clinically due to its varying symptoms. This study aims to classify the types of hepatitis using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The method employed is SVM with various kernels, utilizing a dataset consisting of 620 records with 19 features and 1 class attribute. The data is split into 80% for training and 20% for testing. The results show that the polynomial kernel delivers the best performance with an accuracy of 96%, precision of 100%, recall of 81%, and F1-score of 89%. The conclusion of this study is that the SVM method with a polynomial kernel can serve as an effective tool in detecting the presence or absence of hepatitis.
