Apotek merupakan salah satu sarana dilakukannya pelayanan kefarmasian oleh seorang apoteker. Dilaporkan bahwa 50% pasien gagal menerima pengobatan secara tepat karena peresepan dan praktik pemberian obat (dispensing) yang tidak sesuai. Apoteker memiliki peran untuk lebih terlibat dalam pelayanan kefarmasian (pharmaceutical care) yang berorientasi pada pasien. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi perawatan pasien (patient care) di Apotek Pendidikan Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) Kota Bandung, pada bulan JuliâOktober tahun 2017, dengan menilai beberapa faktor dalam pemberian obat sesuai dengan ketentuan instrumen indikator perawatan pasien dari WHO. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel minimal 20 pasien. Indikator yang digunakan meliputi: lama waktu konsultasi, lama waktu pemberian obat, persen obat yang dapat diserahkan, pelabelan yang benar, dan pengetahuan akan dosis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata waktu pemberian obat 264 detik, persentase obat yang diserahkan 97,18%, persentase obat yang terlabeli dengan benar 100%, dan waktu rata-rata konsultasi 99,03 detik. Indikator pengetahuan pasien mengenai obatnya hanya 17,07% dan waktu konsultasi bervariasi yaitu 10â370 detik, dibandingkan waktu rekomendasi yaitu 60 detik. Tingkat pengetahuan pasien mengenai obat atau dosis hanya 21,17%. Kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Pendidikan Unpad dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan indikator WHO dan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan pasien akan dosis obat dipengaruhi oleh jenis penyakit yaitu penyakit degeneratif dan nondegeneratif, sedangkan waktu pemberian obat dan pelabelan obat yang benar dipengaruhi oleh jenis resep pasien yaitu resep racikan atau nonracikan. Kecepatan waktu pelayanan untuk pasien nonkonseling perlu ditingkatkan sehingga diharapkan pasien dapat menerima obat dengan cepat. Pengetahuan pasien mengenai terapinya yang masih rendah juga diharapkan dapat meningkat dengan pemberian informasi obat atau konseling.Kata kunci: Indikator pasien, pelayanan kefarmasian, pengetahuan pasien, waktu konsultasi, waktu dispensing, tepat labelPatient Care Indicator: Degenerative-Nondegenerative Patients and Compounded-Non-Compounded Prescription in One of Community Pharmacy in BandungAbstractPharmacy is one of facilities for pharmacist to do a pharmaceutical care. It has been reported that 50% of patients failed to receive a treatment properly because of error in prescription and dispensing practices. Pharmacist has to be more involved in patient-oriented of pharmaceutical care. This study was conducted to evaluate pharmaceutical care in Apotek Pendidikan Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) Bandung from JulyâOctober in 2017, by assessing several factors in drugs dispensing using WHO patient indicators instrument. This cross-sectional study was conducted with a minimum sample size of 20 patients. The indicators that we used based on WHO assessment were average consultation time, dispensing time, percent of drugs that can be delivered, percent of labeling, and knowledge of dosage. The results showed that the average of consultation time was 99.03 s, average of dispensing time was 264 s, percentage of delivered drug was 97.18%, and 100% of correctly labeled drugs. Patientsâ knowledge about their drug was only 17.07%, and consultation time varied from 10 to 370 s, compared with recommended time which is 60 s. Patientsâ knowledge about dose was only 21.17%. Pharmaceutical care in Apotek Pendidikan Unpad Bandung could be assessed by WHO indicators and can be seen that patientsâ knowledge of drug dose was influenced by type of disease which is degenerative and nondegenerative diseases, while time of drug administration and correct drug labeling was influenced by type of prescription of patients that is prescription of compounded medicine or non-compounded medicine. Pharmacists need to increase their service time so that patients can receive the drug quickly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah penduduk, inflasi, dan investasi swasta terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengangguran di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Penelitian ini bersifat eksplanatif (eksplanatory research), yakni berusaha menjelaskan hubungan kausalitas (causality relationship) antara jumlah penduduk, inflasi, dan investasi swasta terhadap pengangguran melalui pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan menggunakan data panel, tahun 2003-2014 di 9 kabupaten/ kota. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kalimantan Timur, sedangkan inflasi dan investasi swasta secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kalimantan Timur. Kemudian, Pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi dan investasi swasta secara langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Kalimantan Timur. Sedangkan jumlah penduduk secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Kalimantan Timur. Selanjutnya, jumlah penduduk, inflasi dan investasi swasta secara tidak langsung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Kalimantan Timur.

In this paper, the writer would like to investigate the sub-sectors of the economy categorized as superior, potential, and non-superior, determine the magnitude of multiplier income arising from these sub-sector on household income and job opportunities, and identify the sub-sector of the economy which can be placed as a superior in Samarinda. This study employed Input-Output approach which later discovered several factors which were considered as superior, namely food and beverage industry; Paper and printing industry; electricity; construction / building; land transportation; and other services, while the sub-sectors which were included in non-superior categories were rice, cassava, vegetables, fruits, other staple food crops, plantation crops, timber and forest products, fisheries, mining, timber industry, chemical industry, hotels, telecommunications, insurance, government, education services. In addition, the results of forward and backward linkages analysis and multiplier income calculating of household income and job opportunities found that those sub-sectors of food and beverage industry, building/ construction, other services, and land transportation were categorized into major sub-sectors.

Maraknya fenomena perkawinan usia dini yang terjadi di lingkungan pondok pesantren khususnya di daerah Madura, Jawa Timur, merupakan salah satu masalah yang harus segera diselesaikan oleh pemerintah. Presentasi perkawinan usia dini di Kabupaten Bangkalan, angka pasangan yang menikah di bawah usia 20 tahun tercatat sebanyak 23,25%. Di Kabupaten Sumenep tercatat 41,72% yang usia kawin pertamanya kurang dari 20 tahun. Sedangkan di Pamekasan sebesar 19,39%, dan Sampang angkanya sebesar 17,47%. (data BAPPEDA Jawa Timur).Dengan adanya perkawinan usia dini ini akan menyebabkan hilangnya hak anak khususnya pada anak perempuan, atas hak pendidikan, hak untuk hidup bebas dari kekerasan dan pelecehan, hak kesehatan, hak dilindungi dari eksploitasi, dan hak tidak dipisahkan dari orang tua. Resiko anak perempuan yang telah melakukan perkawinan usia dini menyebabkan kondisi anak tersebut akan rawan terjadi gangguan mental seperti down syndrome serta berisiko mendapatkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, emosional, dan sosial jika dibandingkan mereka yang lahir dari pernikahan usia matang dan bahagia. Juga menyebabkan kondisi psikis yaitu dapat menyebabkan trauma dan krisis percaya diri, kemudian emosi tidak berkembang dengan matang. Tujuan utama dari penulisan ini adalah agar berkurangnya keinginan anak perempuan di Pondok Pesantren khususnya wilayah Madura untuk menikah di usia dini. Juga untuk melindungi anak-anak perempuan agar tidak dipaksa untuk melakukan perkawinan usia dini. Serta menciptakan kesadaran terhadap masyarakat mau pun lingkungan agar tidak melakukan perkawina dini karena perkawinan dini memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kedua pasangan terutama perempuan, juga jalannya kehidupan berkeluarganya nanti. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah metode pendekatan empiris yuridis, yaitu dimana penulis mencari, menggali, dan menemukan fakta-fakta serta kenyataan yang ada di dalam masyarakat dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and physical work environment on employee performance at PT Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats. Data collection was used in this study in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used by the author in the form of multiple linear regression analysis serves to determine the effect / relationship of the independent variable with the dependent variable, validity test and reliability test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test / Goodnes of fit test. Based on the results of the research partially, it shows that only compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats. While the results of testing simultaneously show that compensation behavior and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Inno Wangsa Oils And Fats.

The progress of internet-based communication technology has influenced the pattern of information delivery in the business world. Internet Financial Reporting (IFR) has become a medium of communication between companies and investors in delivering company financial reporting information. For this reason, this research is needed to identify what factors can influence IFR implementation at the Indonesian public company. This study aims to identify whether the level of technology and foreign ownership can affect IFR implementation in public companies in Indonesia. A total of 87 public company samples were used to test the research hypothesis. Research data were analyzed using multiple regression models. The results found indications that the level of company technology has a positive influence on the implementation of IFR in public companies in Indonesia. However, foreign ownership does not provide an effect for IFR implementation in public companies in Indonesia.

The nurse is a profession that determines the success of the hospital in the health service in the community due to the nurse role face the problem of the health of the patient continuously for 24 hours. High workload is a problem that often occurs in the workplace. Mental workload is the difference between the work load with the maximum capacity of the mental load of a person. This study aims to analyze the relationship multicarakteristik nurse with mental workload nurse General Hospital Royal Prima 2020 with the method of Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME). This research type is quantitative analytic observational with the approach of cross-sectional studies and MANOVA. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. The sample in this study as many as 100 people. The results of the chi-square test showed no significant relationship between age of the nurses (p=0.001), gender of the nurse (p=0,025), the nutritional status of nurses (p=0,041), work station nurse (p=0.010), post work nurses (p=0.000), shift work nurses (p=0.000), the work of nurses (p=0.000) to the value of the mental workload of the nurse General Hospital Royal Prima 2020. The results of the multivariate test showed no relationship to age the nurse (Sig.0,010), nutritional status (Sig.0,030), office work (Sig.0,000), shift work (Sig.0,000), work period (Sig.0,000). No gender relationship (Sig.0,094), work station (Sig.0,053) against the mental workload of the nurse General Hospital (RSU) Royal Prima 2020. The Hospital is expected to improve the procedure of recruitment of nurses based on the characteristics and through a psychological test more stringent so as to absorb the nurses who have stress levels better. The nurse is expected to improve coping mechanism on the stressors that come that can do the heavy duty as a nurse.

ABSTRACT` This study aims to determine the effect of different pressure cooker on the quality characteristics of shredded carp (Cyprinus carpio). The research method used was experiment by making carp shredded with different pressure cooking times. The design used was a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with different presto cooking times, consisting of L0 (steamed carp for 30 minutes), L1 (carp press for 30 minutes), L2 (carp pressure for 45 minutes). ), L3 (goldfish pressure with a time of 60 minutes). Parameter analysis is organoleptic test (taste, texture, color, aroma). The results of the organoletic assessment analysis showed that the shredded carp with different pressure cooking times showed that the taste, color and texture, and aroma gave the highest value to the 60 minute pressure cooking time treatment, rather than the 30 minute and 45 minute pressure cooker treatment. Different presto cooking time affects the quality of shredded carp. Shredded carp with different presto cooking time of 60 minutes is produced shredded with a characteristic taste of shredded carp, the spices are strong, the color of the brown thorn shreds is no longer visible, the aroma is very fragrant without a fishy smell, the texture is crunchy, slightly oily and soft.Keywords: characteristic, , oganoleptic test, presto, floss

On yearly basis, many new students coming from outside the city who plan to continue their education in a new environment or place. Because of this, the need for housing also increases proportionally, especially in the areas that are close to university institutions. But often due to the limited information confused the prospective and new coming students in finding the housing to live on. Therefore, the author intends to develop a boarding house web application that can provide this information and connect the boarding house provider with the boarding house seeker. This is also very flexible as it can be accessed anytime and anywhere as long as it has an internet connection. The author applies the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology during this research process. At the end of the research, a boarding house web application will be produced where the boarding house owner can promote their housing and the boarding house seeker can find the desired housing with all the information listed inside the application. From this research, the author concludes that the boarding house application is needed at this time. And the application of XP methodology is very suitable because of the short period of research and of course because the XP methodology is very structured.

Pasar Keputran di Surabaya merupakan suatu pasar induk di kota Surabaya, yang berfungsi mewadahi kepentingan berbelanja pedagang sayur eceran dan masyarakat sekitar dalam skala besar. Latar belakang perancangan pasar keputran ini adalah dengan bergesernya minat masyarakat dalam berbelanja. Masyarakat lebih memilih berbelanja pada pasar modern dan online dibandaingkan berbelanja secara langsung pada pasar tradisional. Dasar dari pergeseran minat itu adalah anggapan masyarakat bahwa pasar tradisional adalah pasar yang kotor, bau, dan tidak tertata dengan baik. Pasar yang akan terdesain nanti akan memiliki beberapa area, yang terdiri dari area pasar utama itu sendiri, area utilitas, dan area tambahan. Pada pasar utama area akan dibagi menjadi area ikan, area daging, dan area sayur. Pada bagian pasar utama diberikan juga fasilitas tambahan berupa area sembako, area berdagang hobi dan area foodcourt. Pada area utilitas terdiri dari area PLN, genset, Loading barang, Penampungan ikan, Pemrosesan ungags, Penyimpanan daging dan sayur, dan area pemrosesan kompos. Pada area tambahan terdiri dari Musholla, area tunggu porter, dan area pengelola. Pendekatan desain yang dipilih adalah pendekatan sistem dan perilaku. Pendekatan perilaku diperlukan karena dasar permasalahan adalah perilaku masyarakat yang tidak sesuai. Pendekatan sistem dipilih karena cara merubah perilaku masyarakat itu perlu menggunakan sistem yang tepat, sehingga dapat teratasi dengan maksimal. Konsep yang muncul dari pendekatan tersebut adalah efektif dan efisien. Dalam perancangan pasar ini, perlu adanya sistem yang efektif dan efisien, agar masyarakat mau datang ke pasar keputran ini.
