Abstract

Terdapat suatu perbedaan yang membentang antara manusia perspektif religi dan materi. Dalam pandangan materi, manusia seperti binatang yang dibekali akal dan kemampuan lainnya untuk kesejahteraan hidupnya. Sementara dalam perspektif religi, manusia merupakan makhluk mulia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji manusia sebagai makhluk relegi dan implikasinya dalam bimbingan karier modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) hubungan karir dengan agama memiliki pada periode awal perkembangan bimbingan karir adanya perbedaan antara pandangan agama dan pekerjaan, (2) pada periode selanjutnya agama dan karier saling mendekat, dan (3) pada saat ini, agama dan karier menjadi kesatuan yang terintegrasi.

Abstract

Parenting guidance is a crucial concern for parents as they play a significant role in fostering their children’s moral and religious development, which in turn contributes to their academic success. However, numerous cases indicate a lack of parental involvement in cultivating their children's upbringing, leading to deficiencies in parenting skills. This study aims to enhance the understanding of parenting skills in guiding children towards the development of moral and religious values. Employing a multiple-case study approach, data from TK IT Little Moslem, TK Labschool UPI, and RA Syifaaush Shuduur in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, were analyzed. Through a quantitative method involving 101 respondents, the study reveals that parenting guidance significantly influences the development of moral and religious values by approximately 61%, while other factors contribute to around 39% of the impact. The findings underscore the pivotal role of parental guidance in enhancing children's learning abilities and fostering an early understanding of morality and religious values. As a result, this research contributes to the existing literature by exploring the nexus between ethics and religions, particularly in the context of parental and teacher guidance in nurturing children during their formative years.   Keywords: Parenting Guidance, Guiding Ability and Moral Religious Values.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the role of Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) guidance in building prophetic motivation for motivators at biMBA AIUEO Ciparay. Prophetic motivation which includes the values ??of faith, being a learner, and doing good becomes an essential moral-spiritual foundation in carrying out the mission of mentoring, namely guiding children's learning interests in a fun, individual, and compassionate manner. However, before ESQ guidance was implemented, some motivators still viewed this task as merely routine work or achieving academic targets. This research aims to: (1) Describe the concept of ESQ guidance in increasing prophetic motivation of motivators at biMBA AIUEO Ciparay; (2) Analyze the implementation of ESQ guidance in building prophetic motivation of motivators; and (3) Identify the impact of ESQ guidance on prophetic motivation of motivators. The research results show that ESQ guidance at biMBA AIUEO Ciparay is structured through biMBA Joint Learning (BBb) activities, Volunteer Refresher Training (TPR), and Rohis Study which are carried out regularly. Its implementation focuses on internalizing the values ??of faith, becoming a learner, and doing good through a fun and responsible mentoring process. The impact is seen in increasing the spiritual awareness of motivators, the ability to manage emotions, a paradigm shift in the main purpose of life, and a reinterpretation of the mentoring process as worship and a field of charity.

Abstract

School community counseling is a guidance and counseling approach that involves all elements of the school community—counselors, teachers, principals, parents, and the wider community—in providing psychological, social, and educational support for students. This approach is grounded in the school’s role as an environment for character development, prevention of negative behavior, and a space for cultivating students’ potential and overall well-being. This study discusses the concepts of counseling and community as defined by various experts, the fundamental principles of service delivery, the implementation of school community counseling, as well as the benefits and challenges that emerge in its practice. This research employs a literature study method to explore school community counseling by collecting and reviewing references from books and research journals. The findings indicate that school community counseling contributes to improving students’ social skills, learning motivation, emotional resilience, and the prevention of bullying. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as limited resources, resistance to change, and insufficient collaboration among stakeholders. Therefore, stronger institutional support and policy reinforcement are needed to ensure that school community counseling can be implemented optimally and sustainably.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas fenomena meningkatnya kecenderungan Generasi Z untuk lebih memilih bercerita kepada Artificial Intelligence (AI) dibandingkan kepada orang tua, khususnya dalam konteks keluarga muslim di era Society 5.0. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma interpretatif, mengkaji makna subjektif yang dibangun individu dalam interaksi sosialnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua yang otoriter, abai, atau terlalu sibuk menyebabkan jarak emosional antara anak dan orang tua, sehingga kebutuhan emosional anak tidak terpenuhi. Dalam perspektif psikoanalisis, AI berfungsi sebagai objek transisional yang memberikan kenyamanan emosional melalui mekanisme pertahanan diri seperti represi dan displacement. Anak-anak Gen Z memandang AI sebagai ruang aman yang netral, tidak menghakimi, dan mampu memberikan validasi emosional yang tidak mereka dapatkan dalam relasi keluarga. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi nilai-nilai konseling keluarga Islami untuk membangun kembali kedekatan emosional antara orang tua dan anak, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis agar keluarga dapat menjadi ruang aman utama bagi anak dala mengekspresikan diri di tengah tantangan era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) service model integrating Stoicism principles to enhance emotional awareness among vocational high school students. This holistic approach combines Stoic wisdom with Islamic spirituality. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using semi-structured written interviews, participant observation, and documentation involving 27 students of SMKN 1 Sumedang. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with triangulation for validity. The findings indicate: (1) students initially lacked systematic emotional identification strategies, which improved through Islamic-Stoic reflective approach; (2) integrative counseling services effectively helped students understand and manage emotions rationally and spiritually; (3) significant improvement in emotional awareness based on indicators K1–K11; and (4) a systematic Stoicism-based Islamic counseling service unit was designed for replication in schools. These findings provide conceptual, methodological, and practical contributions to integrative Islamic Guidance and Counseling.   Keywords: Islamic Counseling Guidance, Stoicism, Emotional Awareness, Adolescents
