Abstract

Chrome is a substance belong to high toxicity heavy metal group which can causeboth acute and chronic poisoning. One of the methods that can be used to reduceits concentration is biosorbtion with bagasse biomass. The objectives of the studywere to understand the chrome concentration before and after absorbed, as wellas to understand the amount of the most effective biomass.The study was an experimental with three treatments of which consisted of eightrepetitions. The sample was synthetic liquid waste and the treatment absorbentwas bagasse biomass which was processed as activated carbon of 10, 15, and 20grams weight. The chrome concentration were measured by using AAS method.The results showed that the chrome concentration before treated was 10,196mg/l, and the average of the reduction from the three absorbents weight were:0.174 mg/l, 0,099 mg/l, and 0,011 mg/l respectively.It can be concluded that there were reduction differences amongst the threetreatments, and 20 gr absorbent was the most effective one (99.88 % reduction).It is advised for further study to apply the bagasse for processing liquid waste fromindustrial activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar IPA siswa melalui pendekatan inkuiri di kelas V SDN 23 Tanjung Bingkung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian tindakan Kelas (PTK). Yang menjadi subyek dalam PTK ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 23 Tanjung Bingkung Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok sebanyak yang berjumah 17 orang, yang terdiri dari 7 orang siswa laki-laki dan 10 orang siswa perempuan. Prosedur penelitian yang terdiri dan empat komponen yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/pengamatan, dan refleksi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Dari uraian di atas dapat diihat dari hasil pengamatan siklus I dengan rata-rata 6,6 dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar 58,82 % masih agak kurang, maka pelaksanaan siklus II rata – rata 7,8 dan ketuntasan hasil belajar 88,23 % sudah baik dan guru sudah berhasil menggunakan Pendekatan inkuiri untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran sifat-sifat cahaya pada kelas V SDN 23 Tanjung Bingkung Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok.

Abstract

Synthetic unit hydrograph is a synthetic based hydrograph of watershed parameters. One way to find out the magnitude of the flood watershed of Way Tebu River Basin is to predict the amount of flow from existing rain data, Therefore rainfall data as the main input of rain diversion process becomes a very important thing and must have a high level of accuracy. The research presents a simple approach to determine peak discharge and unit hydrograph form in the Waytebu River Basin. Several methods of unit synthesis hydrograph such as Nakayasu, Limantara and Snyder are used to calculate peak discharge and hydrograph form. Flood discharge plans with various reworks in each method, providing mixed results. The greatest result is the Limantara HSS (Q25 = 1,413.13 m3 / sec) and the smallest HSS Snyder (Q25:814,57 m3 / s), while HSS Nakayasu (Q25 = 922.93 m3 / s). From the hydrograph comparative analysis of the three methods for Limantara method, the top time is happened at (Tp: 5.57) with top flow (Qp: 10,19 m3 / s), While Nakayasu method has the same top time at (Tp: 5,93 ) with top flow (Qp: 11.65 m3 / s) and Snyder method top time happened ad (Tc: 5.57) with top flow (Qp: 10.19 m3 / s)

Abstract

Job enrichment and delegation of authority are widely recognized as effective strategies to enhance the performance of educational staff and increase organizational productivity. However, at the Tanah Datar Regency Education and Culture Office, these strategies are not yet being implemented as expected. This study aims to optimize worker education by examining the contributions of job enrichment and delegation of authority to work motivation. The study tests three hypotheses: (1) job enrichment contributes to the work motivation of educational staff; (2) delegation of authority contributes to the work motivation of educational staff; and (3) job enrichment and delegation of authority together contribute to the work motivation of educational staff. The research involved 140 educational staff members, with a random sample of 57 selected using a stratified proportional random sampling technique based on educational level, class, and length of service. Data were collected using a validated and reliable Likert scale questionnaire. The findings reveal that job enrichment contributes 16% to work motivation, delegation of authority contributes 28.09%, and the combined contribution of both factors is 42%. The current levels of job enrichment and delegation of authority at the Tanah Datar Education and Culture Office are considered sufficient, while the work motivation of educational staff is rated as good. The study underscores the importance of enhancing job enrichment and delegation of authority to further boost staff motivation and achieve better organizational outcomes.

Abstract

Anggota polisi sebagai pelindung dan pelindung publik serta petugas penegak hukum tidak boleh melakukan kejahatan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Namun kenyataannya ada banyak anggota polisi yang terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkoba, baik itu sebagai konsumen, dealer atau pendukung narkotika. Untuk itu terhadap tindak pidana penyalahgunaan narkoba yang dilakukan oleh anggota Polri tersebut diberlakukan sanksi melalui mekanisme peradilan umum dan sanksi khusus melalui mekanisme disiplin dan penerapan kode etik polisi, seperti yang terjadi di Polda Solok. Berdasarkan Keputusan Komisi Kepolisian Nomor Kep Kep/1/VIII/2012 tanggal 1 Agustus 2012, setelah didengar oleh peserta ujian, Komisi Kepolisian Kode Etik Terhadap peserta ujian untuk menjatuhkan sanksi berupa Pemberhentian Dengan Salam (PTDH). PTDH adalah penghentian pelayanan kepolisian oleh pejabat yang berwenang terhadap Anggota Polri karena terbukti telah melanggar disiplin dan/atau tindak pidana.
