Abstract

Penerapan penyelesaian sengketa kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Solok dilakukan secara kekeluargaan antara pihak keluarga suami dan pihak keluarga istri serta mamak kedua belah pihak sebagai penengah. Apabila masalah tersebut tidak bisa diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, maka masalah itu diselesaikan secara pidana melalui Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru maupun penyelesaian secara perdata di Pengadilan Agama Koto Baru. Proses penyelesaian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga secara kekeluargaan maupun hukum di Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru belum sepenuhnya mencapai tujuan dari UU Nomor 23 tahun 2004 tentang PKDRT pasal 4 huruf d untuk menjaga keutuhan rumah tangga yang harmonis dan sejahtera. Hal ini terlihat dengan perkara KDRT diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan berakhir dengan Penyelesaian secara hukum di Pengadilan Agama dan Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru. Proses penyelesaian secara pidana ke Pengadilan Negeri Koto Baru berakhir dengan hukuman, serta penyelesaian secara perdata di Pengadilan Agama Koto Baru yang berakhir dengan perceraian. Tinjauan Hukum Keluarga Islam terhadap proses penyelesaian kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di Kabupaten Solok ini sesuai dengan hukum keluarga Islam, sebagaimana yang dijelaskan dalam surat an-Nisa ayat 35 tentang mengutus hakam dalam menyelesaikan perselisihan suami istri. Keberadaan Hakam dalam penyelesaian sengketa dalam rumah tangga bukan merupakan perbuatan yang menyalahi aturan yang berlaku di Indonesia, bahkan kehadiran Hakam justru menjadi solusi yang harus ada dalam penyelesaian prahara rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study aims to see the extent to which character values can be embedded in students in the management process in learning citizenship education. Limitation of value assessment is seen as limited to interactive social communication in the classroom through learning. Research method by describing how the process of managing learning itself. The results obtained are seen how the formation of student karate values in civic education through the interaction process in wellmanaged learning. With this result, even though there is only one semester of learning time, it can be seen that the character pattern that is embedded in students is done in Arabic language students.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 opened the eyes of every leader to fundamentally change, in every aspect of life. Changes and effects of the 4.0 revolution on education, progress and improvement in the quality and personality of its leaders. The development of science and technology undeniably influences the process of school organization in producing outputs that are ready to compete in the world of big data and discruptions. Responding to the challenges of the digital age, leaders need to prepare capable and skilled human resources, able to solve problems, communicate and collaborate with all lines. Teachers must get out of the mindset and safety zone for the learning process in an all-digital era and the principal is prepared externally and internally to adjust to the development of the industrial era 4.0 and distribution. The leader's personality is the total ethical appearance in leading and communicating and socializing with members of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to provide descriptive information regarding the dynamics of concepts and management that are understood by academics of Islamic Religious Higher Education campuses with their roles as citizens. As citizens, academics get a strengthening of national commitment from Pancasila and Citizenship Education courses at the beginning of the semester as character building on campus through the concept of religious moderation. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design. The results obtained are data obtained according to indicators of understanding of religious moderation. Respondents were considered to have had an attitude of religious moderation related to national commitment and managed an attitude of commitment as part of the Indonesian nation. However, it needs to be maximized by individuals as academic beings in placing themselves and adapting to the environment.

Abstract

This study is aimed at describing parents’ symbolic behavior in educating children. This behavior is displayed symbolically in the form of parenting. Parenting is carried out are in a perspective of gender: boys and girls. Data were collected through literature review from various sources based on experts’ judgements and in accordance with public opinion of educating children in a family. The result shows that in educating children, both parents are obliged to provide positive symbolic behavior because it will have an impact on children behavior as reactions and consumption in satisfying impulses in the form of responses of parents’ symbolic behavior in educating children.

Abstract

Every family member has different needs from one another. Children are the most important members of the family, especially in completing their needs. Each child has different basic needs. In the case of gender, sometimes boys are often prioritized over girls. But on the other hand girls also have many needs related to their nature as women. This various cases cause different need compliance that requires parents’ consideration. Therefore, parents need to accommodate their children needs which have gender diversity. In managing these children's needs, parents' creativity and understanding of their children are needed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine cases of inheritance from different religions that have been decided by the Religious Courts, High Religious Courts, and the Supreme Court in Indonesia. Inheritance from different religions can be classified into inheritance from Muslim heirs to non-Muslim heirs and inheritance from non-Muslim heirs to Muslim heirs. This study uses a judicial case study approach by examining five decisions, consisting of two religious court decisions, two cassation decisions, and one Supreme Court jurisprudence. This study shows that in cases of inheritance from non-Muslim heirs to Muslim heirs, religious court judges allow Muslim heirs to receive inheritance. This is in line with the opinion of some fiqh scholars who allow such provisions. Meanwhile, in cases of inheritance of Muslim heirs to non-Muslim heirs, judges at the religious court, high court, and the Supreme Court did not decide this case as an inheritance, but as a mandatory wasiat, so that the provisions prohibiting a Muslim from inheriting a non-Muslim were still obeyed by these judges. while the relationship between the heir and the heir is maintained because the heir still receives the heir's inheritance. The formulation of this obligatory will does not conflict with the opinion of the clergy, because there are no religious requirements in wasiat.

Abstract

Orphanage assistance is carried out, in an effort to improve the feasibility of orphanage services inthe welfare of children. The orphanage children provide the best services and improvements to prosper andincrease individual independence. The service process is carried out using the Participatory Action Research(PAR) methodology or better known as conducting to promote understanding of community life situationsas a basis for action. The activities carried out are training activities in cooking or otherwise known ascatering for orphanage children. Catering activities for orphanage children were carried out with as many as20 participants and also attended by the caretaker/manager of the orphanage. The material presented is toprovide skills in processing religious food raw materials as a source of the productive economy, to traingradually to have entrepreneurial and business competencies, and to develop children as human resourcesso that they are able to create job opportunities for themselves and others. Participation of children andorphanage managers are actively involved in an effort to maximize the results achieved

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa siswa di sekolah dasar mengalami penurunan konsentrasi belajar mereka setelah memulai pembelajaran daring. Hal ini disebabkan oleh siswa yang mudah bosan dengan sesuatu; siswa yang tidak betah duduk di satu tempat; siswa yang suka mengganggu temannya dan siswa yang membahas betapa pentingnya tetap konsentrasi selama proses pembelajaran di kelas. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat konsentrasi belajar siswa di kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Luhak Nan Duo, Pasaman Barat, mengikuti pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif atau deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 siswa kelas IV dari sekolah dasar negeri 01 Luhak Nan Duo di Pasaman Barat. Metode pengambilan sampel total adalah 100 persen dari populasi, yaitu 30 siswa kelas IV. Untuk mengumpulkan data, lembar observasi yang berisi 16 item pernyataan berfungsi sebagai angket. Analisis data menggunakan deskripsi data dan penghitungan rata-rata.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas IV yang mengikuti proses pembelajaran online di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 01 Luhak Nan Duo memiliki konsentrasi kategori sedang dengan persentase rata-rata 56 persen.
