This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-concept and student prosocial behavior. The population of this research is 10 SMA 4 Denpasar students. While the number of research samples is 280 people. The sampling technique used is Stratified Proportional Random Sampling. In collecting data using a questionnaire method with a Likert model measurement scale. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, the results of the study are significant. The amount of the null hypothesis rejection limit value obtained in the Product Moment value table is 0.113. When compared with the value of the research results obtained by 0.649 then the value of the results of the study is above or greater than the value of the null hypothesis rejection limit obtained from the table, so the proposed null hypothesis is rejected so that this research can be said to be significant.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kondisi self-esteem siswa dan mengetahui keefektifan layanan konseling kelompok teknik manajemen diri untuk meningkatkan self-esteem siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 siswa sebagai sampel. Berdasarkan hasil uji lapangan, tingkat self esteem siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah mengikuti kegiatan konseling kelompok dengan teknik manajemen diri. Ditunjukkan dengan perubahan tingkat efikasi diri siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan (evaluasi awal) dan sesudah (evaluasi akhir) sebesar 103 poin. Hasil didukung data hasil perhitungan dengan uji rata-rata uji wilcoxon yang menunjukkan nilai hitung 0,026 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik manajemen diri efektif untuk meningkatkan self esteem siswa.

This study aims to increase students social interaction through Balinese traditional games. The subjects in this study were nine grade IV students of elementary school 2 Jagapati who had low social interaction. To measure the level of student social interaction is the social interaction scale. To improve students' social interaction, researchers applied the traditional Balinese game Juru Pencar as a technique in providing group guidance, so that students can apply aspects of communication, social contact, cooperation and mutual respect and motivation in the play activities they participate in. Group guidance through traditional games is carried out in four activities. The results showed that there was an increase in the increase in students social interaction before and after the traditional scavenger game activities. The pretest results are 288 with an average of 32, while the posttest results are 554 with an average of 62, where the difference is 266, so it can be said that group guidance by applying the traditional Balinese game technique of scattering can increase student social interaction.

This research aims to improve the Social Interaction of Class X Students of SMK PGRI 2 Denpasar for the 2022/2023 Academic Year through the Implementation of Peer Guidance. Students who were used as subjects in this study were students of class X Office Administration 1, totaling 42 students, focusing on 8 students who had low social interaction. This research is Guidance and Counseling Action Research on the implementation of peer guidance to improve students' social interaction. The research was conducted in two cycles. The implementation of the actions of each cycle consists of four main activities, namely: Action planning, Action implementation, Observation/evaluation, and Reflection. From the results of the research before the action obtained a score percentage of 49.5% and classified as low category, after being given the first cycle of action, it was found that there was an increase in student social interaction of 63.87% in the sufficient category, and in the second cycle there was an increase of 76 .25% in the high category. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Peer Guidance can Increase the Social Interaction of Class X Students in Office Administration 1 SMK PGRI 2 Denpasar in the Academic Year 2002/2023.

This research aims to instill positive attitudes, traits and characteristics from the application of tri hita karana in the form of classical guidance services based on tri hita karana which was tested on class VII B students of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is a type of action research which covers several aspects, namely planning, implementation, observation/evaluation and reflection stages and uses 2 cycles. The hypothesis proposed in this research is that by using classical guidance services based on Tri Hita Karana, it can improve the character of class VII B students at SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research subjects in the tri hita karana-based classical guidance service were all students in class VII B of SMP Negeri 1 Mengwi for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the application of classical guidance services based on tri hita karana could improve student character where there were significant changes, there was an average increase of 27% in cycle I, while in cycle II the average increase was 57.6%, so the application of guidance services Classical based on Tri Hita Karana is considered effective for improving students' character problems in the modern era.

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat kontrol diri pada siswa, (2) tingkat perilaku cybersex pada siswa, dan (3) hubungan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku cybersex pada siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dari 460 siswa SMK PGRI 1 Tulungagung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 138 yang diambil melalui teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kontrol diri siswa kelas X sebesar 76,1% masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Tingkat perilaku cybersex sebesar 76,1% masuk dalam kategori rendah. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara kontrol diri dengan perilaku cybersex pada siswa kelas X SMK PGRI 1 Tulungagung yang ditunjukkan dari analisis correlation pearson product moment yaitu -0,993 dan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kontrol diri yang dimiliki seseorang maka akan semakin rendah perilaku cybersex, sebaliknya jika semakin rendah tingkat kontrol diri yang dimiliki seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi perilaku cybersex.

The study aims to analyze the relationship between mindfulness teaching and the level of teacher flourishing at elementary schools in Denpasar during the Merdeka Curriculum era. The study involved 30 elementary school teachers who were selected through a purposive sampling technique using a quantitative approach and correlational design. The data were collected through a questionnaire adopting the MAAS and PERMA Profiler instruments and analyzed using simple linear regression aided by SPSS. The results showed a significant positive relationship between mindfulness teaching and flourishing, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.469 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.220. This finding indicates that 22% of the variation in flourishing can be explained by mindfulness teaching. Teachers who displayed more mindfulness exhibited better emotional, social, and psychological well-being, and were able to face professional challenges more positively. The study provides theoretical and practical contributions, confirming the importance of mindfulness teaching in improving teachers' flourishing while encouraging the development of mindfulness training to support teachers' roles in dynamic educational environments.

The COVID-19 pandemic led to prolonged isolation and a widespread shift to online education, which has influenced students' emotional well-being. As schools transitioned back to in-person learning, many students exhibited signs of anxiety. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is recognized as a promising method for addressing post-isolation anxiety by helping students develop rational thoughts and emotional regulation. This study explores the prevalence of anxiety among students involved in distance learning and examines the effectiveness of REBT in alleviating this anxiety. A single case design was employed with 6 students, selected from an initial group of 121 participants from five junior high schools in Denpasar, Indonesia. After filling out an anxiety questionnaire, 6 students were selected based on their anxiety levels and willingness to participate. These students underwent 12 REBT sessions, which included both group therapy and individual techniques. The analysis of pre- and post-test data revealed a significant reduction of 33.5% in anxiety levels, with statistical analysis showing a p-value of 0.025 (<0.05), confirming the positive impact of REBT. The study highlights the importance of addressing anxiety during transitions in education and underscores the potential of REBT in improving students' emotional well-being in post-pandemic learning environments. Further research can explore the long-term effects of REBT and its integration into school-based mental health programs.
