Abstract

Public service bureaucracy reform is one of the important and strategic issues of its nature, absolutely necessary to produce an effective organizational profile, concise management, and professional HR. One of the reform efforts undertaken by the government and regional government is to establish the One-Stop Integrated Investment and Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Maluku Province, with the aim of improving the performance of licensing services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the public service bureaucracy and public service bureaucratic reform in the Maluku Province DPMPTSP. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive survey. The respondents of this research were the leaders and employees of the Public Licensing service sub-sector, which numbered 19 people. Data collection uses observation techniques, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this research indicate that the performance of the licensing service process affects the performance of the results, and both of these service performance is influenced by public service bureaucratic reforms carried out in Maluku Province DPMPTSP.

Abstract

Public services by local government officials are currently required to be carried out professionally is a tough task to improve the expected quality. In reality, the service quality has not been satisfactory, including at the Ambon City Population and Civil Registry Service (Hereinafter known as DISDUKCAPIL). This research aims to analyze and explain the description of how the quality of public services in this department, and the dimensions of employee service professionalism, are determinants of support and obstacles. The number of informants in this research was 11 people. The research data were collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation, and analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The findings of this research indicate that the level of service quality in the field of population administration at the research location is in quite good condition. This is a contribution from several dimensions of the professionalism of employees' work.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the profile of good and quality public services at the Samsat of Maluku Province. The problems in this research are: (1) How is the profile of good public service at the Samsat of Maluku Province?. The respondents of this research were 59 people who were considered to have closeness and clear knowledge of the data and information needed at the research location. To collect the data needed in this research, a list of questions with a scale of 4 from Likers was used. The data collected from the field were processed and analyzed using non-parametric statistical techniques. The finding of this research shows that the Samsat of Maluku Province has practiced the good and quality public services. However, there are some notes that need to be considered in order to realize the maximum profile of good and quality public services.

Abstract

Local wisdom is a determinant in providing the best service to the community. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The location of the research was carried out in the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation with an analytical approach, namely: 1) Data Collection, 2) Data Presentation, 3) Data Condensation, 4) Conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that public services have been running well, this is tied to the existence of a brotherly bond between service providers and service recipients with the slogan Siri' Na Pacce. However, the government still faces obstacles, especially people who have different characteristics and needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the performance of election during the covid-19 pandemic and the effectiveness of the supervisory role by the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) in Southwest Maluku Regency. This research seeks to find out: How was the performance of voting activities during the Covid-1 pandemic in the regional head election of Southwest Maluku Regency? and How effective was the role of the Election Supervisory Board in supervision the during the Covid-19 pandemic in Southwest Maluku Regency? This research is qualitative in nature with the number of informants as many as 8 people. Data were collected and analyzed through qualitative analysis techniques. The findings of this research suggest that the performance of voting activities in the regional head election during the Covid-19 pandemic was in good condition. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the role of monitoring the performance of these voting activities by the Election Supervisory Board of Southwest Maluku Regency was in an optimal position. The implication of the results of this research is that to improve the performance of voting activities during the COVID-19 pandemic, then the effectiveness of the supervision by the Election Supervisory Board in a Regency must be optimized.
