Abstract

Decree of the Minister of Forestry Number SK.978/Menhut-II/2013 dated 27 December 2013 concerning determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) in Seram Bagian Timur Regency. But they are not given the authority to work in the district because it is based on Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning regional government. Not in the forestry law and its derivative regulations. This is a problem related to the authority in determination of areas for production forest management which lies in management of policy implementation for determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) in Seram Bagian Timur Regency, Maluku Province. This study aims to analyze, reveal and describe, management of policy implementation for determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) in Seram Bagian Timur Regency, Maluku Province. The findings of this study have implications for its optimization and contribute to the improvement and strengthening of management of policy implementation for determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) in Seram Bagian Timur Regency. Theoretically, management of policy implementation for determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) model is explored as a scientifically based concept for the development of public administration science. Practically designing the framework for management of policy implementation for determination of areas for production forest management wae bubi model (unit x) as a follow-up process that has implications for constructive production forest management unit management in Seram Bagian Timur Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, and to find out the obstacles and steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency. This research is a combination of quantitative descriptive using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were all service users of the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency who needed public services. The data analysis of this study used the frequency value and the average score. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the level of public service at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Districts, West Seram Regency is in the B- or Good category with a note. This assessment is reviewed from 6 aspects, namely service policy, HR professionalism, infrastructure, public service information systems, consultation and complaints, and service innovation. The obstacles in public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency, namely: The condition of employees who are generally still high school educated, lack of technological knowledge in employees due to lack of training, and limited facilities and infrastructure. The steps to optimize public services at the Education Coordinator Office of Taniwel and Taniwel Timur Subdistricts, West Seram Regency are to cultivate excellent service, increase supporting facilities, increase HR professionalism, and evaluate the results of satisfaction assessments with services.

Abstract

The results of the study show that Ambon City has received the title of a Primary Child-friendly City in Makassar in 2019 and also has a legal basis which is the Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning Child-friendly Cities. Based on this, one of the ways to create a child-friendly city according to Kooten's theory in Salusu (1996: 104) are through 4 strategies, namely: a) Organizational strategy, b) Program strategy, c) Supporting resource strategy, and d) Institutional strategy. The methodology used in this study is qualitative with primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results reveal that even though Ambon City has had the label of Primary Child-friendly City, the Disability-friendly public facilities are still not adequate yet. Besides, there is no child-friendly integrated public spaces that exist in Ambon City.

Abstract

Local wisdom is a determinant in providing the best service to the community. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. The location of the research was carried out in the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation with an analytical approach, namely: 1) Data Collection, 2) Data Presentation, 3) Data Condensation, 4) Conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that public services have been running well, this is tied to the existence of a brotherly bond between service providers and service recipients with the slogan Siri' Na Pacce. However, the government still faces obstacles, especially people who have different characteristics and needs.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemerintah Negeri Wakal tentang tata cara Penggalian dan Pemetaan Potensi Negeri, Penyusunan Gagasan Dusun dan Penyusunan Rencana Pembangunan Jangkah Menengah Desa di Negeri Wakal kecamatan Leihitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah melalui penyuluhan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pelatihan. Penyuluhan diberikan dalam bentuk ceramah, Pengisian Formulir Data Desa Daftar Sumber Daya Alam, Sumber Daya Manusia, Daya Pembangunan dan Formulir Data Desa Daftar Sumber Daya Sosial Budaya, FGD dilakukan dalam bentuk curah pendapat dan pengisian formulir gagasan dusun dalam bentuk sketsa desa dan kalender musim, sedangkan pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk curah pendapat, pembagian kelompok, diskusi dan pengisian contoh-contoh Berita Acara Penyusunan RPJM Desa, Formulir Rancangan RPJM melalui musrembangdes, dan Formulir Berita Acara tentang Hasil Penyusunan Rancangan Musyawarah Desa. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah, 1. Pendekatan kepada khalayak sasaran, 2. Identifikasi masalah bersama mitra, 3. Penyusun Instrumen Penyuluhan, FGD dan Pelatihan, 4. Kompilasi data hasil Penyuluhan dan FGD bersama mitra, Pelatihan. Dari kegiatan itu, aparatur Negeri Wakal sudah dapat membuat pemetaan potensi desa, menentukan indikator kemiskinan dan Penyusunan Gagasan Dusun serta dapat menyusun draf RPJM Desa di Negeri Wakal kecamatan Leihitu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah.

Abstract

This activity identifies and analyzes the ability of health services with special qualifications for covid and non-covid, increases the knowledge and skills of the community in anticipating the spread and transmission of the Corona Virus and enforces a locally-based Health protocol in the West Sulabesi sub-district, Sula Islands Regency. The method used in the implementation of this service is through counseling about community strengthening in implementing Health Adaptation towards the new order in the Sula Islands Regency and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) is carried out in the form of brainstorming about local ideas that can be used as learning materials towards a new order in Indonesia. Sula Islands district. The process of implementing activities. The process of implementing activities begins with 1). Approaching with partners, namely the Sula Island District Health Office, the Head of the Kabau Health Center, the Kabau Village Head and the community. 2). Identifying potential partners and problems, 3). Develop counseling instruments and FGDs, 4. Abstract

Efforts to develop tourism in Maluku by implementing the Pentahelix Concept are one of the offers from the Ministry of Tourism related to tourism development in an area. However, the application of the pentahelix concept is not yet fully optimal in strategic tourist areas such as Liang Country. The important role of all stakeholders in tourism development. These parties are the regional government, Liang state government, business actors, and the community/society plus the media. These parties constitute a unit that is complementary and interrelated. The pentahelix model seeks to encourage the tourism sector and the tourism system by increasing roles in creating economic benefits that can be taken from tourism activities in Liang Country, thereby creating a wide multiplier effect for the people of Liang Country

Abstract

The research was conducted to examine the implementation of government policy on charging frame energy (TCBM) as well as improving the well-being of staff at Yos Sudarso Ambon port. The results of the researchers' observations that the implementation of employee welfare standards has not been optimized in accordance with the regulations in force. Furthermore, wages paid to officials on the basis of boarding are not on the amount of income so it is still weak in the administration of financial administration. As for the research method used, it is qualitative descriptive by conducting in-depth interviews with the chosen informants. As for the findings of the research, (1). There's still recruitment of port workers based on the family system. Besides, there's still a weak motivation to do the hard work itself. (2). That the reality of a balanced and harmonious social life between the working groups in the port of Ambon can be used as an example of a good working relationship.

Abstract

Rendahnya kualitas pendidikan di pengunungan seram utara antara lain dari karena faktor tenaga pendidik, sarana prasarana, kondisi lingkungan, transportasi dan lain-lain. Kenyataan yang terjadi menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan siswa yang tertinggal. Aktivitas peserta didik yang berhubungan dengan proses belajar kurang optimal dikarenakan miskinnya sumber belajar yang digunakan. Sumber belajar yang digunakan terbatas pada sumber utama yaitu guru dan buku, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan objek penelitian berdasarkan data dan fakta di lokasi penelitian. Pengumpulan data penelitian, dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga teknik, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pendidikan adalah wadah untuk memanusiakan manusia. Karena itu, Masalah-masalah yang dapat terpecahkan sedikit demi sedikit lebih baik daripada pemerintah tidak memberikan solusi sedikitpun. Bergerak bersama untuk menaikkan mutu Pendidikan dan membawa Maluku menjadi daerah yang memiliki pendidikan kualitas baik.

Abstract

This qualitative and descriptive study delves into the implementation of E-Government in Banda Subdistrict, Central Maluku, Indonesia. Utilizing purposive sampling, data was gathered through field observations, documentation, and interviews. The research aims to comprehend the significance of E-Government in Banda Subdistrict, evaluating the benefits, challenges, stages, and strategies involved in its implementation. Emphasis is placed on the observation that despite the presence of websites in many villages, only a few remain active and visited by the community. Success in E-Government for village administrative services is influenced by factors such as technological infrastructure, community understanding of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This study underscores the need for a comprehensive approach to address these factors, enhancing the effectiveness of E-Government initiatives in rural areas. Highlights: Strategic Evaluation: Assessing the benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies of E-Government in Banda Subdistrict provides insights into its overall effectiveness. Community-Centric Approach: Highlighting the importance of community engagement, the study underscores that successful E-Government relies on the understanding and active participation of the local population. Technological Foundations: Emphasizing the role of technology infrastructure, the research identifies it as a critical factor influencing the success of E-Government initiatives, particularly in rural administrative settings.
