Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk's financial performance from 2019 to 2020. Financial report data from www.IDX.co.id was used for data analysis. The ratio is a statistical method used in this study to compare large amounts of data to determine a company's financial situation over time. The liquidity ratio, represented by the current and quick ratios, and the profitability ratio, represented by the return on assets and equity, are all utilized. Between 2019 and 2020, the Liquidity Ratio as measured by the current ratio and the Quick Ratio increased. The rise happened between 2019 and 2020 due to an increase in current assets to meet obligations. Thus, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur tbk falls within the criteria of a good company. As measured by the gross profit margin, the profitability ratio increased from 2019 to 2020, owing to the company's efficiency in utilizing assets to generate revenue, putting the company's financial health in the "excellent" category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi tentang kinerja pekerjaan dalam organisasi dapat ditemukan penggunaan yang luas terutama di sektor bisnis. Di sektor tubuh berseragam, kajian tentang kinerja masih kurang, terutama di kepolisian yang terkait dengan perlunya kinerja terbaik anggota untuk menjamin ketentraman dan ketertiban di masyarakat. Kajian tentang prestasi kerja seringkali melibatkan data persepsi responden pada dimensi penelitian termasuk data wacana kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memperhatikan konstruk kualitas lingkungan kerja (QWL) dan budaya organisasi (OC) untuk menunjukkan kinerja kerja menggunakan konstruk kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi yang direpresentasikan oleh dimensi reward dan dimensi relasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dan SMART-PLS untuk mendapatkan model hubungan dengan menggunakan (i) konstruk kualitas lingkungan kerja dan (ii) konstruk budaya organisasi, sekaligus dimediasi oleh konstruk kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini dapat digunakan secara signifikan dalam menilai kinerja pekerjaan dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi akademis dalam penilaian kinerja pekerjaan.. Abstract

Kulon Progo Government plans to make Pasir mendit and Pasir kadilangu areas agro-tourism of shrimp ponds. The success of a regional development program is usually associated with technical problems and socialization. However, the readiness and ability of the community and the positive perception of the community affect the success of regional development programs. This study aims to assess the socio-economic conditions, determine the public perception of agro-tourism shrimp pond development, and determine the factors that affect public perception of agro-tourism shrimp pond development. Primary data were obtained using a survey method with observation and interview techniques. Descriptive-qualitative analyzed the data through frequency tables, cross tables, and images, while quantitative analysis was carried out based on the regression and multiple linear regression results. The results showed that social and economic conditions are pretty good and rising after the development of shrimp pond farming in Pasir mendit and Pasir kadilangu. In this regard, the public perception of agro-tourism development of shrimp farming areas can be pretty high and agreed on the construction of several considerations. The factors that significantly affect the public perception of agro-tourism products are general knowledge about agro-tourism and income levels.

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of business technology in management, specifically examining a case study of a conventional bank in Sukabumi. The objective of the study is to explore the use of technological innovation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations at the bank. The research methodology involves a comprehensive analysis of the technological innovations implemented, their impact on customer service and transaction processing, and the overall organizational performance. The findings reveal that the bank has successfully implemented online banking platforms, a mobile application, and advanced ATMs, resulting in improved customer service, streamlined transaction processing, and enhanced organizational performance. The study contributes to the existing literature by emphasizing the importance of technological innovation in the banking sector and providing recommendations for banks to optimize their technological investments.

Abstract

This study attempts to explore the existence of the Helvetica font in several design works by borrowing the typographical semiotic perspective offered by Theo van Leeuwen. This study applies qualitative research methods by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results show that the Helvetica font still exists in design works because of its neutral, neutral character in the sense of not taking sides in any of its meanings, for example only thin which can be interpreted as exclusive, luxurious or black which is interpreted as bold, arrogant. because Helvetica weights ultra light to extra black. Then the expansion is created and compressed (strongly narrowed), compressed (narrowed), and extended (expanded). This feature is commonly used for space requirements in a design work. The slope feature indicates that the Helvetica font has a regular type (upright), italic (italics). and curvature where Helvetica has a rounded version that allows Helvetica to be used for the needs of friendly, soft, and natural types of designs. The features in the Helvetica typeface can answer the design needs of any type, a typeface with neutral, readability and legibility characteristics that only present clear information and without exaggerated ornaments such as Decorative typefaces. This then allowed Helvetica to be included in several design works and made Helvetica itself still exist today.

Abstract

Community service is an activity that aims to help the community in several activities without expecting anything in return. Community Service Activities are one part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The purpose of holding student collaboration in community service is to hone soft skills and partnerships, cross-disciplinary or scientific team collaboration (cross-competence) and student leadership in managing development programs in rural areas. Facilitating students to apply their knowledge in solving problems at the village level. Forming attitudes and feelings of love, social care, and student responsibility for the progress of society. The service targets cover several aspects, including the implementation of participation in village government, family assistance, school programs, entrepreneurship, professors' seminars, and commemoration of the Republic of Indonesia's Independence Day. During service students are taught to be critical in various matters and learn problem solving that occurs in the community. Argapura Village is a village with a lot of potential, with several programs that we have implemented to make Argapura Village even more developed.

Abstract

Tanggal 21 November 2022 siang hari (13:21:10 WIB) terjadi gempa bumi Mw 5.6 di daerah Cianjur,Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan data BMKG, hingga tanggal 22 November 2022 telah tercatat 140 gempa-gempasusulan (aftershocks) dengan magnitudo 1.2-4.2 dan kedalaman rata-rata sekitar 10 km, dimana 5 gempadiantaranya dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar. Gempa bumi utama (mainshock)Mw 5.6 berdampak dandirasakan di Kota Cianjur dengan skala intensitas V-VI MMI (Modified Mercalli Insensity); Garut dan SukabumiIV-V MMI; Cimahi, Lembang, Kota Bandung, Cikalong Wetan, Rangkasbitung, Bogor dan Bayah dengan skalaintensitas III MMI; Tangerang Selatan, Jakarta dan Depok dengan skala intensitas II-III MMI. Menurut informasisementara dari BNPB sampai tanggal 22 November 2022 pukul 17.00 WIB bahwa gempabumi ini menimbulkan 268 korban jiwa dan lebih dari 2.000 rumah mengalami kerusakan. Selain mengakibatkan hancurnya harta benda dan korban jiwa, tentunya bencana alam gempa juga bisa menyebabkan trauma yang dirasakan para korban khusunya anak-anak. Trauma merupakan gangguan psikologis yang rentan yang dapat merusak keseimbangan kehidupan individu. Maka dari itu, Kegiatan pengabdian masyakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi sekaligus hiburan atau biasa disebut dengan trauma healing pasca bencana gempa bumi yang terjadi hampir di seluruh wilayah Cianjur khususnya Kecamatan Cugenang. Hiburan yang dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan bermacam- macam perlombaan mulai dari lomba kerupuk, kelereng, mewarnai, lcc dan lain-lain.
