Abstract

The UN agency noted that violence experienced by women knows no age, many women who experience violence from an early age are still very young. It is not surprising if you look at statistics throughout a woman's life, one in three women in the world, or about 736 million people, experiencing physical or sexual violence by intimate partners or sexual violence from non-partners. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. with external and internal analysis. The data obtained are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from respondents by filling out questionnaires in 77 SMA and 21 SMK in Sukabumi, while secondary data was obtained from P2TP2A data in Sukabumi City. Results and discussion Based on data from P2PTA Sukabumi City, there were 8 cases of physical violence/domestic violence, 3 cases of child abuse, 1 case of abortion, 17 cases of sexual intercourse, and 7 cases of obscene acts. In it discusses the strategy formulation stage, which refers to Law No. 7 of 2021 concerning changes to the Sukabumi Regency Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2013 related to the Sukabumi Regency RPJMD for 2010-2015, this strategy has many clear guidelines, DP3AKB Sukabumi Regency has many shortcomings but also has weaknesses. the opportunities are the same, apart from the lack of strategy, it also has threats but has the same number of strengths. ABSTRAKLembaga PBB mencatat bahwa kekerasan yang di alami perempuan tidak mengenal usia, banyak perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan sejak usia dini mereka masih sangat muda.tidak mengherankan jika di lihat secara statistik sepanjang hidup perempuan, satu dari tiga perempuan di dunia, atau sekitar 736 juta orang, mengalami kekerasan fisik atau seksual oleh pasangan intim atau kekerasan seksual dari non pasangan nya, Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan Analisa eksternal dan internal. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari responden dengan cara mengisi kuesioner di 77 SMA dan 21 SMK di Sukabumi sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data P2TP2A Kota sukabumi. Hasil dan pembahasan Berdasarkan data dari P2PTA Kota sukabumi didapatkan 8 kasus kekesaran fisik/KDRT, 3 kasus penganiayaan anak, 1 kasus aborsi, 17 kasus persetubuhan, dan 7 kasus perbuatan cabul. Didalam nya membahas tahap perumusan strategi, yang mengacu dari UU no 7 tahun 2021 tentang perubahan perda kabupaten sukabumi no 18 tahun 2013 terkait RPJMD kabupaten sukabumi tahun 2010-2015, strategi ini memiliki banyak pedoman yang jelas, DP3AKB Kabupaten Sukabumi memiliki banyak kekurangan namun juga memiliki peluang yang sama banyak nya, selain kekurangan strategi tersebut juga memiliki ancaman namun memiliki kekuatan yang sama banyak nya juga.

Abstract

The problem of short toddlers (stunting) is a priority problem that occurs in Cisaat Sukabumi village. the results of data from 20 villages in Sukabumi, the priority for the village with the most stunting is Cisaat Village, Sukabumi, with 131 children under five. The impact of stunting can affect children's growth and development, cognitive abilities, and even cause mortality. The purpose of this article is to explain, and analyze the development and prevention of stunting in Cisaat Sukabumi Village. The writing of this article uses a literature review study of the literature review data carried out by searching for relevant articles from electronic databases (Google Scholar, DOAJ, Pubmed, Garuda portal, Mendeley, Sinta and Rama). cognitive decline, and if preventive measures are not taken, it can cause children to be disturbed in brain development, body metabolism, and physical growth. ABSTRAKPermasalahan balita pendek (stunting) merupakan prioritas masalah yang terjadi di desa cisaat sukabumi. hasil data dari 20 desa yang ada di Sukabumi, yang menjadi prioriras desa terbanyak stunting adalah desa cisaat sukabumi 131 anak balita. Dampak dari stunting dapat memengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak, kemampuan kognitif, dan bahkan menyebabkan mortalitas. Penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan, dan menganalisis pembinaan dan pencegahan stunting desa cisaat sukabumi. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan studi literatur review data Tinjauan Pustaka dilakukan melalui pencarian artikel yang relevan dari database elektronik (Google Scholar, DOAJ, Pubmed, portal Garuda,mendeley,sinta dan rama) didapatkan hasil stunting memiliki implikasi biologis terhadap perkembangan otak dan neurologis yang diterjemahkan kedalam penurunan nilai kognitif, dan apabila tidak dilakukan tindakan pencegahan dapat menyebabkan anak terganggu perkembangan otak, metabolisme tubuh, dan pertumbuhan fisik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai upaya penanggulangan peredaran dan penyalahgunaan narkoba pada masyarakat khusus nya masyarakat Tanjung Sari kota Sukabumi, tingginya penyalahgunaan narkotika merupakan suatu pertarungan berfokus yang harus segera ditangani. Bahaya narkotika dapat mengancam kesehatan bahkan nyawa orang yg menggunakannya. Narkotika mempunyai akibat negatif jika disalahgunakan pada penggunaannya, terlebih Jika seseorang telah kecanduan buat menggunakannya. Tindak kejahatan peredaran serta penyalahgunaan narkotika ini bila tidak ditindak secara tegas maka akan menyebabkan jumlah peredaran narkotika akan terus meningkat. sebagai akibatnya Bila hal ini terjadi, bisa menyampaikan dampak buruk pada rakyat. Pendekatan yg dipergunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. sumber bahan hukum yang digunakan artinya bahan hukum primer serta sekunder. karena berbagai faktor, serta jaringan pengedar narkotika sudah masuk ke dalam masyarakat, berbaur dan menjadikan narkotika menjadi barang yang banyak dikonsumsi anak muda karena lemahnya pengawasan orang tua , dan kurang nya edukasi tentang bahaya narkoba dan cara penanggulangannya.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Sukabumi Regency is at 6.9 percent based on data received until December 2020, this number is decreasing when compared to several years ago, based on Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of stunting in Sukabumi Regency is 41.35 percent. Sukabumi Regency has 365 villages where the attention is 20 villages that are the goal of researchers in conducting research, therefore it is necessary to use a methodology in research using observation and interviews. With the steps that must be taken together with the Government and the Community, where this community service aims to solve problems in handling stunting in 20 villages in Sukabumi Regency with two alternatives, namely planning to provide donations in the form of nutritious rice. The next plan is to provide socialization to posyandu officers about stunting which focuses on 20 villages that are fostered villages, then the second plan is carried out together with posyandu officers in 20 villages experiencing stunting to minimize stunting in 2025. The Sukabumi government is targeting zero new stunting according to the President's instructions

Abstract

Sistem informasi Recruitment Online sangat berguna terhadap penyeleksian atau penerimaan anggota Polri. Dalam penyeleksian atau penerimaan anggota Polri, menggunakan Sistem Informasi Recruitment Online agar mereka memiliki kemampuan, kecerdasan dan keterampilan hal ini dikarenakan penyeleksian masuk anggota Polri sangat ketat. Dibuktikan dengan contoh siswa SMAN 5 Sukabumi, siswa yang mendaftar Polisi hanya memiliki peluang 0,1% saja. Selain itu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai rekrutmen dan teknis fungsi polisi juga berpengaruh terhadap peluang seleksi menjadi anggota Polri. oleh karena itu perlu metodologi pada penelitian dengan menggunakan kualitatif dengan survey, pengamatan dan wawancara langsung kepada kepala sekolah dengan menggunakan data primer. Dengan langkah – langkah yang harus dilakukan Bersama dengan Pemerintah daerah (Kapolres, Bupati, Walikota dan Dinas Pendidikan) dan para siswa siswi SMA khususnya SMAN 5 Sukabumi. dimana Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meminimalisir kegagalan dalam cara masuk ke polisi sekolah bintara polisi dengan cara memberikan sosialisasi rekruetmen dan teknis fungsi masuk polisi bagi sman 5 sukabumi dalam memotivasi siswa untuk masuk pendidikan. Perencanaan selanjutnya memberikan sosialisasi kepada para siswa-siswi SMAN 5 Sukabumi, , selanjutnya perencanaan kedua dilakukan bersama dengan para Serdik SIP 51 Setukpa dalam memberi sosialisasi agar para siswa siswi lebih paham dan bisa berinteraksi langsung dengan para polisi yang mengisi acara sosialisasi rekrutmen sehingga menghasilkan informasi bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi SMAN 5 Sukabumi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi tentang kinerja pekerjaan dalam organisasi dapat ditemukan penggunaan yang luas terutama di sektor bisnis. Di sektor tubuh berseragam, kajian tentang kinerja masih kurang, terutama di kepolisian yang terkait dengan perlunya kinerja terbaik anggota untuk menjamin ketentraman dan ketertiban di masyarakat. Kajian tentang prestasi kerja seringkali melibatkan data persepsi responden pada dimensi penelitian termasuk data wacana kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memperhatikan konstruk kualitas lingkungan kerja (QWL) dan budaya organisasi (OC) untuk menunjukkan kinerja kerja menggunakan konstruk kepuasan kerja sebagai faktor mediasi yang direpresentasikan oleh dimensi reward dan dimensi relasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dan SMART-PLS untuk mendapatkan model hubungan dengan menggunakan (i) konstruk kualitas lingkungan kerja dan (ii) konstruk budaya organisasi, sekaligus dimediasi oleh konstruk kepuasan kerja. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini dapat digunakan secara signifikan dalam menilai kinerja pekerjaan dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi akademis dalam penilaian kinerja pekerjaan.. Abstract

The involvement of human resources (HR) is key to company operations. Human resources play an important role from family to community scale. HR management aims to maximize HR capabilities to achieve the organization's vision. HR management components include planning, recruiting, development, and others. Recruitment techniques can be grouped into formal and informal categories. The National Police is responsible for maintaining national security and ensuring the optimization of its human resources. The National Police's mission includes optimizing resources with the principles of transparency and modernization. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques. Primary data was obtained through interviews and observation, while secondary data was obtained through documentation studies. The research location is SMA 3, Sukabumi City, with a focus on recruitment procedures for Polri members. Recruitment and selection play a vital role in ensuring the right individuals are placed in the right positions. Police recruitment criteria must be met by each candidate. The selection process includes health examinations, psychology, academic tests, and physical tests. The quota determined by the National Police Headquarters makes the selection of candidates competitive. The existence of difficulties in assessing candidates demands a better assessment system. The BETAH principle emphasizes quality and transparent recruitment. This research highlights the need for information about national police recruitment for students at SMAN 3, Sukabumi City. The workshops held presented information through various delivery techniques.

Abstract

Public speaking is an important communication skill in today's digital era. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the IBC (Introduction, Body, Conclusion) method in training students' public speaking skills. The research was conducted in batch 7 of public speaking training at Nusa Putra University Sukabumi with 40 students participating. The research method is qualitative with observation, interview and documentation study techniques. The results showed that the IBC method was very effective in equipping participants to become professional speakers. Participants were able to create an attention-grabbing introduction, deliver the content systematically, and make a conclusion that summarizes the main points. Regular application of the IBC method is proven to improve students' public speaking skills. This study recommends that the IBC method be applied to public speaking training to produce professional speakers in the digital era

Abstract

Transforming employee performance through the implementation of efficient management information systems has become a major focus in modern management literature. The literature study highlights the importance of efficient integration of management information systems in increasing employee productivity and performance. Previous research shows that the implementation of efficient management information systems can provide significant benefits, such as increased data accessibility, faster decision making, and improved coordination between business units. In addition, the literature also highlights the important role of information technology in facilitating the employee performance transformation process. With the adoption of the right technology, organizations can improve business processes, reduce the time required for administrative tasks, and increase overall operational efficiency. In this context, the literature study emphasizes the importance of integrating management information systems with existing business strategies to achieve optimal results. However, research also highlights some of the challenges that may be faced in implementing an efficient management information system, including resistance to change, high implementation costs, and a lack of understanding of its benefits. Therefore, a good understanding of organizational needs, support from leadership, and appropriate training for employees are key factors in the successful implementation of an efficient management information system. Overall, the literature study confirms the importance of implementing efficient management information systems in improving employee performance and providing competitive advantages for organizations in this digital era. With a good understanding of the benefits, challenges and effective implementation strategies, organizations can harness the full potential of employee performance transformation through the implementation of efficient management information systems.

Abstract

This research aims to present an in-depth review of the revitalization of human resource management (HR) through the implementation of integrated information systems (SIT) in a modern organizational environment. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, we explore the effectiveness, benefits, and challenges associated with SIT integration in HR management. The research method used involved a systematic review of various journal articles, books and related reports. The research results show that the application of SIT in HR management can improve operational efficiency, data-based decision making, and the overall quality of HR services. Nonetheless, challenges such as resistance to change, data security issues, and the complexity of technology integration remain major concerns. This research also presents practical recommendations for organizations that wish to successfully adopt and implement SIT in the context of HR management.
