Abstract

Abstract The traditional House is a building that has a structure, preparation, form and function accompanying motif that has its own characteristics. One of the tribes that have a distinctive custom homes i.e. Using existing tribes in the region of Banyuwangi Regency. Custom homes Using formerly in many Indigenous Villages Using Kemiren, Kecamatan Glagah, Banyuwangi. The condition of Using custom homes at this time greatly reduced capacity due to the development of modern homes, so that the Indigenous Village of cultural heritage Using Kemiren in the form of custom homes are increasingly eroded. It is expected the public can participate in a government program Using Custom Kemiren Village in order to maintain the cultural identity of the tribe Using and custom homes Using be brand image of Village Customs Using Kemiren. Therefore the author does this research as a form of Indigenous Village reputation formation Using Kemiren through the image Using custom homes. Abstract

This community service investigates the designation of Tambong Village as a Tourist Village by the Banyuwangi Regency Government, focusing on the development of agriculture-based tourism (agrotourism) under the initiative "Ider Galengan Tourism." This program combines educational activities in rice fields with recreational tubing. To enhance the capabilities of BUMDes Rekso Wijoyo in tourism management, a Development Program will be implemented through a Regional Partnership Based Service scheme. This initiative aims to address challenges in creating and marketing thematic tour packages, providing training and resources for effective package preparation, proposal development, and marketing partnerships. The expected outcomes include a comprehensive guidebook and product catalog to support the management and promotion of Tambong Village's tourism offerings.

Abstract

The growth of the tourism sector in Indonesia encourages an increase in the number of tourists, which also raises environmental challenges, especially related to waste management in tourist attraction areas. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of waste management policies at Blimbingsari Beach, with reference to Blimbingsari Village Regulation Number 14 of 2024. The research uses qualitative with a descriptive-analytic approach to the intended object, through interviews, direct observation, and data triangulation techniques for data validation and validity. The results of the discussion show that some policy points have been implemented, such as waste socialization and education, waste sorting, routine waste collection and transportation, involvement of village institutions, and community participation. However, some points are not optimal, especially in terms of the application of environmentally friendly waste management technology, lack of cleaning workers, and limited infrastructure, which affects the effectiveness of existing waste management. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of strengthening regulations, procuring specialized cleaning personnel, and adding supporting facilities to achieve effective and sustainable waste management at Blimbingsari Beach attraction

Abstract

Sejile Beach is one of the beaches in the Baluran National Park area located in Sumberwaru Village, Banyuputih District, Situbondo Regency. This beach is know as Sejile because it has the potential and tourist attraction to be transformed into ecotourism by taking into account the existing problems. The aim of the research is to anlyze the principles of conservation and tourism with possible risks that occur through the AS/NZS 4360 in 2004 Risk Management approach, which is beneficial for managers and the community in managing tourism objects. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a risk management approach AS/NZS 4360, 2004, while the stages are: determining the risk context, risk analysis, evaluation, and risk control, for data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. This research is expected as a recommendation to the management and the community to consider frameworks or programs that have been built or are still in the planning stages at tourist sites, with possible risks that occur, both environmental and human factors, in order to make conservation tourism sustainable.

Abstract

Gunung Bromo merupakan tempat yang selalu ramai menjadi tujuan wisata, baik wisatawan domestik maupun wisatawan mancanegara sehingga perlu adanya pelayanan yang baik. Salah satu upaya dalam memenuhi kepuasan pengunjung adalah pelayanan yang baik. Pelayanan pertama pengunjung dalam menikmati wisata adalah pembelian tiket. Pelayanan dalam pembelian tiket penting untuk kesan pertama pengunjung. Dalam pelayanan yang dilakukan pada pintu masuk Cemorolawang memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu pembelian tiket secara online justru memberikan kesan kurang baik terhadap pengunjung dikarenakan terlalu banyak isian yang harus diisi dan dibuktikan dengan data yang valid serta terjadinya perbedaan pelaksanaan retribusi tiket masuk yang harus melakukan pembayaran 2 kali sehingga mengakibatkan komplain pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan ticketing terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di pintu masuk Cemorolawang di Taman Nasional Bromo Tengger Semeru yang kemudian dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan, perbaikan serta evaluasi untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner/angket, studi literatur. Teknis analisis data yakni uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan terhadap pelayanan pengunjung terutama di area pintu masuk Cemorolawang agar semakin lebih baik kedepannya
