Abstract

Museum Blambangan termasuk dalam daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Fokus pelayanan di Museum Blambangan adalah pelayanan wisata edukasinya, namun dalam hal tersebut belum maksimal karena belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) sebagai bentuk acuan tertulis dalam melaksanakan pelayanan edukasi wisata. Tujuan utama dalam riset ini adalah membuat sebuah SOP pelayanan kunjungan Museum Blambangan berdasarkan GAP Analysis Method. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun partisipan yang dipilih yaitu Kepala Bidang Kebudayaan dan Edukator Museum Blambangan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan GAP Analysis yaitu mencari kesenjangan dari data yang diperoleh dan menyusunnya kedalam suatu pola yang memuat data informasi hingga mudah untuk dipahami. Hasil dari riset ini berupa dokumen SOP pelayanan kunjungan Museum Blambangan dengan 2 format, yaitu hierrarchical steps (langkah berurutan) dan flowchart (diagram alir) yang sudah terverifikasi oleh Kepala Bidang Kebudayaan Dinas Pariwisata Banyuwangi.

Abstract

n order to support the Banyuwangi Rebound Movement, Pondoknongko Village Government has launched an Economic and Tourism Improvement Program in 2022 through the Pondoknongko Festival Event. The purpose of this research is to: find out the management of the Pondoknongko Festival event; identify potential cultural tourism attractions; identify internal and external factors for the development of cultural tourism events; and determine the priority order of alternative strategies for developing cultural tourism events in Pondoknongko Village. This study used a descriptive research method with a mixed-method approach, exploratory sequential design model. The analysis technique used is Internal External (IE) Matrix, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) Matrix, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results showed that the Pondoknongko Festival Event Management had been well implemented starting from the research stage, design, planning, coordination, to the evaluation stage; Pondoknongko Village has a variety of potential cultural tourism attractions that can be developed and packaged as cultural tourism event activities; the position of the development of cultural tourism events is in cell IV grow and build and 10 alternative strategies have been formulated with a priority strategy that can be applied is to arrange tour packages that are integrated with cultural tourism events in Pondoknongko Village.

Abstract

This community service investigates the designation of Tambong Village as a Tourist Village by the Banyuwangi Regency Government, focusing on the development of agriculture-based tourism (agrotourism) under the initiative "Ider Galengan Tourism." This program combines educational activities in rice fields with recreational tubing. To enhance the capabilities of BUMDes Rekso Wijoyo in tourism management, a Development Program will be implemented through a Regional Partnership Based Service scheme. This initiative aims to address challenges in creating and marketing thematic tour packages, providing training and resources for effective package preparation, proposal development, and marketing partnerships. The expected outcomes include a comprehensive guidebook and product catalog to support the management and promotion of Tambong Village's tourism offerings.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a culturally-based tour package by highlighting the local wisdom of Penglipuran Tourism Village, Bali, particularly through workshop activities on making Penjor and Canang Sari. The method used is a mixed method approach that combines qualitative and quantitative techniques through observation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires to tourists. The results show that the majority of tourist are interested in authentic cultural experiences, are around 20 years old, and are predominantly female. Based on the identification of tourist attractions, tourism facilities, and other services, a 2-day, 1-night tour package was designed with the theme “Spirit of Bali: Learning the Meaning Behind Penjor and Canang Sari”. This tour package combines natural, cultural, and man-made attractions with a structured schedule, including cultural workshops and educational visits. The tour package the pricing is determined based on the number of participants, with cost calculations considering profitability. This initiative is expected to enhance tourism products while contributing to the local economy and cultural preservation.
