Abstract

Desa Durian Luncuk merupakan daerah endemis malaria di Kabupaten Batang Hari, jambi dengan Annual Parasite Incidence (API) 11,16 pada tahun 2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan suhu, kelembaban dan penggunaan kelambu dengan kejadian malaria di Desa Durian Luncuk, Jambi Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasioanl analitik dengan desain case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk yang berada di Desa Durian Luncuk denga n Sampel sebanyak 92 responden yang terdiri dari 46 penderita positif malaria dan 46 responden yang bukan penderita malaria analisis data yang digunakan yaitu univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95% dan untuk melihat besarnya risiko menggunakan nilai OR (Odds Ratio). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar rumah memiliki suhu yang sesuai untuk kehidupan nyamuk yaitu 48 (52,2%) responden, kelembaban rumah yang sesuai untuk aktifitas nyamuk yaitu 54 (58,7%), serta responden yang tidak menggunakan kelambu yaitu 60 (65,2%) responden. Berdasarkan uji statistik terdapat hubungan antara suhu dengan p-value=0,022; OR=2,917 (CI 95%, 1,249-6,809), kelembaban dengan p-value=0,006; OR=3,683 (CI 95%, 1,529-8,873) dan penggunaan kelambu dengan p-value=0,016; OR=3,300 (CI 95%, 1,330-8,187) dengan kejadian malaria di Desa Durian Luncuk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi dalam menurunkan kejadian malaria di Desa Durian Luncuk dengan cara meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat bahwa pentingnya menggunakan kelambu pada saat tidur. Durian Luncuk Village is malaria endemic area in Batang Hari Jambi province  with Annual Parasite Incidence (API) 11,16 in 2014. The aimed of this study to determine of the relationship between temperature, humidity and the use of nets with the incidence of malaria in the Durian Luncuk Village, Jambi in 2015. This research was observational analytic using case control study. The population of this study was resident in the Durian Luncuk Village. The sample in this study were 92 respondents consisting of 46 patients with a positive malaria as cases and 46 respondents were not malaria as control group. Data were analyzed by univariate  an bivariate analysis using chi-square test with confidence interval 95% and to identified risk factor between the variable we using OR (Odds Ratio). The results showed most of the houses of the respondents have a temperature suitable for life of the mosquitos that 48 (52,2%) of respondents, humidity suitable home for mosquito activity 54 (58,7%), and respondents who did not use mosquito nets is 60 (65,2%) of respondents. Based on bivariate analysis showed there is relationship between temperature with p-value=0,022; OR=2,917 (95% CI, 1,249 to 6,809), humidity with p-value=0,006; OR=3,683 (95% CI, 1,529 to 8,873) and the use of nets with p-value=0,016; OR =3,300 (95% CI, 1,330 to 8.,87) with the incidence of malaria in the Durian Luncuk Village.  According to the research we suggest the community can participate in reducing the incidence of malaria in the Durian Luncuk Village by increasing public awareness of the importance of using mosquito nets while sleeping

Abstract

Kualitas guru sampai saat ini tetap menjadi persoalan yang penting, karena pada kenyataannya keberadaan guru di berbagai jenjang, dari Taman Kanak-kanak sampai Sekolah Menengah Atas oleh sebagian kalangan dinilai jauh dari kinerja yang distandarkan. Kinerja guru banyak disangkutpautkan dengan rendahnya mutu pendidikan. Guru sebagai makhluk sosial juga memerlukan kebutuhan yang lain untuk dapat bekerja dengan baik. Untuk dapat berpikir serta bekerja secara maksimal dalam kerjanya, guru sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan kerja dimana mereka berada serta kepala sekolah yang profesionalTujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola kepemimpinan dan komitmen kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, Uji Prasyarat, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji determinasiBerdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pola kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. 2) Komitmen kerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo. 3) Pola kepemimpinan dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs 1 Negeri Situbondo

Abstract

Tujuan dari pendidikan adalah menjadikan peserta didik tidak hanya cerdas dalam intelektual tetapi juga memiliki karakter karakter yang baik dan Sistem pendidikan juga harus mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Sistem pendidikan harus dapat menghasilkan peserta didik milenial yang mampu bersaing dalam menghadapi era industri 4.0. Di era industri 4.0 semua berbasis digital, oleh karena itu sistem pendidikan di Indonesia selalu mengalami perbaikan dan perubahan. Perubahan dalam pendidikan diawali dengan pidato Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim yang mengusulkan tentang gerakan “ Merdeka Belajar “. Dalam merdeka belajar ada empat kebijakan yang diusulkan oleh Mendikbud yaitu pertama USBN diganti ujian (asesmen), kedua 2021 UN diganti dengan Asessment Kompetensi Minimum ( AKM ), dan Survey Karakter (SK ), ketiga RPP dipersingkat, keempat Zonasi PPDB lebih fleksibel. Usulan Mendikbud ini adalah untuk mengubah pola lama dalam pendidika yang hanya mementingkan penguasaan materi saja. Sehingga peserta didik tidak dapat berfikir kritis dan inovatif. Merdeka belajar usulan Nadiem, memiliki maksud bahwa guru merdeka memiliki makna unit pendidikan atau sekolah guru dan muridnya mempunyai kebebasan untuk berinovasi, belajar dengan mandiri, dan kreatif.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of this paper is to examine the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) applied at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School through a learning system that is internalized in the form of activities, programs and habituation patterns in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to shape the character of students, develop knowledge, insight, increase motivation , positive thinking, creative, critical and independent behavior. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and documentation. In this study the author intends to reveal how the PAI learning system based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) is implemented at the Nurul Jadid Islamic boarding school. The results of this study are: Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Based Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Based PAI Learning System Innovations at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo through habituation patterns, doctrinal patterns, Furudhul 'Ainiyah development, and organizational culture patterns.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and examine the role of the kiai as the head of an Islamic boarding school (pesantren) in modernizing its management practices to ensure the achievement of the institution's vision and mission. The study uses a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzing it through data reduction, data display, and verification. The research focuses on understanding the kiai's leadership patterns in the context of modernization, revealing that this leadership is characterized by exemplary behavior (Uswah Hasanah), concern for subordinates, and a strong emphasis on service-oriented training. The findings contribute to the discourse on how pesantren can adapt traditional educational models to modern management practices while preserving their cultural and religious values.

Abstract

Religious education and Islamic morals have a very important role in shaping the religious character of elementary school (SD) children. This article examines the importance of religious education and Islamic morals as the main foundation in building religious character at an early age. Islamic religious education equips children with an understanding of religious values, introduces religious teachings, and forms a sense of obedience to God. Meanwhile, moral education helps children understand the difference between right and wrong, and develops good attitudes and empathy towards fellow humans and the environment. This article discusses various strategies and approaches that can be applied in integrating Islamic religious and moral education in the school environment. The role of teachers as role models and facilitators in helping children understand and apply religious and moral values is the main focus of this article. Apart from that, the importance of the role of parents and their cooperation in supporting religious character education at home and at school is also discussed in depth. The research method used in preparing this article is the literature study research method (Library Research) and includes qualitative research. By implementing effective Islamic religious and moral education, it is hoped that elementary school children can grow into individuals with strong religious character. They will be able to face situations and moral dilemmas with integrity and wisdom. Thus, this article emphasizes that religious education and Islamic morals in elementary schools have an important role in forming a young generation who are religious, have noble character, and are ready to become pillars of the nation who make positive contributions to society and the world

Abstract

The advancement of technology requires us to keep pace with its developments. Today's technology makes everything more modern, practical, and efficient. This research aims to understand our perception of using mobile devices in developing learning models and strategies. Mobile devices play a crucial role in developing learning models and strategies. Moreover, these devices can make the development of learning models and strategies more practical and efficient.This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results show that the impact of mobile devices is significant and greatly aids in developing learning models and strategies. This makes the learning process easier and more comprehensive. Through mobile devices, students find learning more accessible and can engage in it anytime and anywhere

Abstract

Earing the word education is certainly no stranger to the public. Education is addressed with school and learning. The word education in terms of language is derived from the word "pedagogy" namely "paid" which means child and "agogos" which means guiding. So pedagogy or education is the science of guiding children. Education can also be defined as a process of changing the attitude and behavior of a person or group in an effort to mature a human being or a student through teaching and training efforts. The word management is often heard in our daily lives. Management is used to assist us in doing things. The role of management is needed in daily life which is intended to regulate all work. Through management, all work can be done and done well and systematically. We usually get quality when we discuss about industries related to the provision or delivery of services. The field of education is one area that provides services to its customers. The intended customers in the world of education are divided into 3 groups, namely primary customers (directly involved, namely students), secondary customers (who support education such as parents), and tertiary customers (indirectly involved but have an important role in education, namely employees, community, and government).
