Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the pattern of adaptation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) on the phenomenon of digitalization of learning. The phenomenon of using digital in learning begins with the phenomenon of Distance Learning (PJJ) as a response to the emergence and outbreak of Covid-19 which has become a pandemic in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The research locus is at SMP Negeri 2 Bojong. Geographically, SMP Negeri 2 Bojong is located in a mountainous area. The reason for choosing the locus is the peculiarity of the locus because it is located in a mountainous area while digitization is closely related to urban areas. The informant selection technique is purposive sampling, which is selecting informants based on the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation, the data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results showed that PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Bojong were fully prepared. The teacher uses the "Student PAI" application in carrying out the PJJ process. While the application used by the teacher in providing material, evaluation, and follow-up uses the "AGPAII MODUL" application. Both applications can be downloaded on the Playstore, even one of the PAI teachers at the school is part of the development team. The geographical location at the foot of Slamet Mountain is not an obstacle for teachers to adapt to distance learning’s policies.Keywords: Adaptation, PAI Teacher, Digitalization of Learning, Distance Learning

Abstract

Nagham Al-Qur’an adalah seni membaca Al-Qur’an dengan lagu. Membaca Al-Qur'an dengan lagu yang indah dan suara yang merdu akan memberikan ketenangan jiwa dan ketenteraman hati, baik bagi pembaca maupun pendengarnya. Namun, pengajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren masih menggunakan model klasikal yang kurang membuat santri aktif dalam belajar serta hasil capaian yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor penyebab kurang aktifnya santriwati dalam pembelajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an, memaparkan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share mata ajar seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal, dan menjabarkan hasil dan dampak dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk memastikan data terhadap fokus yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab kurang aktifnya santriwati dalam pembelajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an terbagi menjadi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari motivasi, Kesehatan fisik, dan rendahnya self-esteem, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi model pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan kurangnya pembiasaan kerja kelompok atau diskusi di kalangan santri. Adapun penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share pada kelas seni Nagham Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal terbagi menjadi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share pada kelas seni Nagham Al-Qur’an berdampak sangat baik pada peningkatan kompetensi Nagham, Al-Qur’an, dengan nilai capaian rata-rata kelas yang mengakami kenaikan signifikan dari dua periode yang telah dituntaskan. Diharapkan Pondok Pesantren dan seluruh elemennya untuk saling bersinergi mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga bakat-bakat santriwati dalam seni nagham Al-Quran dapat terakomodir dan terfasilitasi dengan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of meaningful learning in improving fifth-grade students' conceptual understanding of mathematics at Dabin Werkudara Elementary School, Bumijawa District, Tegal Regency. The research approach used was a qualitative case study method involving five elementary schools: Dukuhbenda 01 Elementary School, Dukuhbenda 02 Elementary School, Dukuhbenda 04 Elementary School, Muncanglarang 02 Elementary School, and Sigedong 02 Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as direct observation during the learning process. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that meaningful learning helps students connect mathematical concepts with real-world experiences, thereby enhancing conceptual understanding and learning motivation. Teachers play a crucial role in creating a contextual learning environment through the use of concrete media, discussions, and collaborative activities.
