Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the pattern of adaptation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) on the phenomenon of digitalization of learning. The phenomenon of using digital in learning begins with the phenomenon of Distance Learning (PJJ) as a response to the emergence and outbreak of Covid-19 which has become a pandemic in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. The research locus is at SMP Negeri 2 Bojong. Geographically, SMP Negeri 2 Bojong is located in a mountainous area. The reason for choosing the locus is the peculiarity of the locus because it is located in a mountainous area while digitization is closely related to urban areas. The informant selection technique is purposive sampling, which is selecting informants based on the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection is done by means of observation, interviews and documentation, the data will be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique. The results showed that PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Bojong were fully prepared. The teacher uses the "Student PAI" application in carrying out the PJJ process. While the application used by the teacher in providing material, evaluation, and follow-up uses the "AGPAII MODUL" application. Both applications can be downloaded on the Playstore, even one of the PAI teachers at the school is part of the development team. The geographical location at the foot of Slamet Mountain is not an obstacle for teachers to adapt to distance learning’s policies.Keywords: Adaptation, PAI Teacher, Digitalization of Learning, Distance Learning

Abstract

Beragam kekerasan baik fisik maupun verbal mengatasnamakan agama masih marak di Indonesia. Masyarakat minoritas kerap menjadi korban. Melihat hal tersebut, tidak hanya represif yang dilakukan, namun perlu upaya preventif untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dapat menjadi corong dalam mengambil peran ini. Kurikulum sebaiknya dikembangkan ke arah kontraradikalisme. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kepustakaan atau riset literatur, Pengumpulan data berupa data-data kepustakaan baik berupa buku, manuskrip, jurnal, maupun sumber-sumber berbentuk dokumentasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya preventif dalam melakukan kontraradikalisme melalui jalur pendidikan. Pendidikan dapat menjadi senjata dalam mengonter radikalisme. Tataran praktisnya tercermin pada kurikulum PAI yang dikembangkan. Hal yang perlu digarisbawahi adalah definisi kurikulum memiliki jangkauan yang luas (tujuan, materi, strategi, media, dan evaluasi), kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

Penguatan pola pikir dari kebimbangan anak muda dalam mencari figur pemimpin pada era disrupsi menjadi fokus utama kegiatan pengabdian ini. Timbul kekhawatiran sosok yang layak menjadi pemimpin adalah sosok yang viral, followers/subscriber banyak, dan jumlah like tiap postingan mencapai ribuan. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa harus dibekali dengan penguatan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan perspektif Islam agar memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan (leadership) yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Objek kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mahasiswa semester II UPS yang akan dibatasi pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Prodi Manajemen Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Kegiatan pengabdian terbagi menjadi 3 tahap: tahap persiapan kegiatan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap setelah pelaksanaan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan penguatan. Hasil refleksi pengabdian melalui form yang dibagikan menunjukkan peserta senang mendapatkan wawasan baru dan rencana tindak lanjut mereka salah satunya dengan rutin meningkatkan keterampilan agar dapat menjadi pemimpin yang baik dan islami.Kata kunci : Pengabdian, Penguatan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan, perspektif Islam

Abstract

The teacher's role in improving students' communication skills when learning economics in boarding-based schools has a big influence in the classroom. Teachers must know the appropriate steps to determine the success of learning through the cooperative learning model. The cooperative learning model can improve critical thinking skills, formulate arguments, and work together to solve problems. The aim of this research is to improve the communication skills of students in boarding-based schools when learning economics through a cooperative learning model. This research uses quantitative methods with experiments.  Sampling used a cluster random sampling technique. The research sample is class X SMA Al-Irsyad Tegal which is based on boarding. Researchers conducted experimental research by giving each sample the same treatment. The results of the Paired t-test in this study show that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.00 < 0.05. This means that applying the cooperative learning model can optimize communication skills. So, it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model implemented in high school based on boarding can be used as an alternative to improve communication skills

Abstract

The phenomenon of dehumanization still often occurs in the world of education, in the form of bullying, exclusion and superiority over others. This is an inhumane action and has deviated from Islamic teachings, so it needs to be corrected. The process of humanism in Islamic education can be done in various ways, one of which is through the Naruto anime series. This research aims to analyze the humanist value of Islamic education or the human values contained in the Naruto Anime series. This research is a type of qualitative literature study. So research data is obtained from journals, books and other documents related to research. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses pragmatic content analysis. The results of the research show that there are humanist values of Islamic education in the Naruto series which are dominated by hablum mina annas values. In the Naruto series, a process of becoming (becoming) and self-perfection as an individual (self-improvement) is shown. There are six main things that are the focus of humanism in Islamic Education namely, (1) common sense, (2) individualism towards independence, (3) thirst for knowledge, (4) pluralism education, (5) contextualism which is more concerned with functions than symbols, and (6) a balance between reward and punishment.

Abstract

Purpose – The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which facilitates open internet access, has presented an era of disruption in human life. The impact is the rapid dissemination of news and information in society. Using religious issues in Indonesia, the radicalism (radical movements) use this situation to spread provocations through social media. This study aims to examine deradicalization efforts through the development of intellectual traditions at the Fadhlul Fadhlan Islamic Boarding School Semarang (Pondok Pesantren Fadhlul Fadhlan Semarang). Design/methods/approach – This research is a qualitative field research with a case study approach. Field data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interview techniques on two groups of resource persons, boarding school caregivers (Kiyai, Bu Nyai) and 20 students. Findings – Deradicalization efforts at the Fadhlul Fadhlan Islamic Boarding School are carried out without any social frictions, namely by developing digitalization of pesantren traditions, such as creating content for yellow book recitation, halaqah, and seminars. These activities can be accessed not only by students but also by the general public through Pesantren's digital media like YouTube and Facebook. Research implications/limitations – This study provides a scientific contribution that has a significant impact on the learning development in Islamic boarding schools in the disruption era. However, some limitations still exist, such as limited research places, namely only conducted in one Islamic boarding school. Therefore, similar research needs to be carried out in other Islamic boarding schools to strengthen or develop deradicalization models in Islamic boarding schools. Originality/value – Digital technology has a significant role in the dynamics of Salaf Islamic boarding schools (pesantren salaf). These findings contribute to the discourse of education in Islamic boarding schools that can adapt to modern educational paradigms. From this discourse, it was found that the integration of Islamic boarding schools with modern technology can be a means of massive deradicalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan Manajemen Keuangan dan Gaya Hidup terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif mahasiswa penerima KIP Kuliah di Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode asosiatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 124 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 95 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tertutup, dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Kemampuan Manajemen Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif, demikian pula Gaya Hidup yang juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif. Secara simultan, kedua variabel bebas tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola keuangan, gaya hidup konsumtif tetap muncul dan mendorong perilaku konsumsi yang tinggi, terutama dalam konteks sosial dan tren yang sedang berkembang.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen Keuangan, Gaya Hidup, Perilaku Konsumtif

Abstract

Finding out how much influence self-perception and social environment on lending decisions on Fintech Lending applications is the purpose of this study. Using a quantitative approach with an associative correlation research method, the population is active students of the Undergraduate Program (S1) of Pancasakti Tegal University in 2019. Sampling was done using a proportional random sampling technique. The results of the study stated that self-perception had an effect on the decision to borrow with a significance of 0.00 and the magnitude of influence of 28.9%. Meanwhile, the social environment has a positive effect on the decision to borrow with a significance value of 0.00 with a greater effect of 18.9%. In addition, self-perception and social environment have an effect on the decision to borrow with a significance value of 0.00 and a magnitude of influence of 31.8%.  Fintech applications used to borrow money by students are sinjam and exist with use to meet personal needs, lectures and lifestyle fulfillment.

Abstract

Fintech lending adalah sebuah layanan pinjam meminjam uang secara online melaui aplikasi atau website yang sedang marak di kalangan masyarakat umum maupun mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai literasi mahasiswa tentang fintech lending, khususnya yang berfokus pada manfaat, risiko, dan perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Manfaat dan risiko fintech lending dalam penelitian ini dikaji menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat pemahaman literasi yang cukup bagus di kalangan mahasiswa mengenai manfaat, risiko, dan perspektif Islam dari fintech lending. Namun perlu dicatat bahwa terlepas dari pemahaman ini,  dilihat berdasar sudut pandang Islam mahasiswa di Universitas Pancasakti Tegal saat ini belum mengamalkan pinjam meminjam sesuai dengan prinsip atau syariat Islam.
