Abstract

This research is an experimental research. Overall, the treatment was given for 6 (six) meetings. The material applied is the even semester physical education learning material. Before carrying out the learning process, an initial test is carried out, namely a test of interest and motivation to determine the interest and motivation of students in taking Physical Education lessons. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 3 Gowa Regency. The conclusions in this study are 1) Interest has a significant contribution to the learning outcomes of physical education; 2) Motivation has a significant contribution to the learning outcomes of physical education.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction Students who are also social creatures are required to carry out various activities, both individually and in groups. In order to fulfill their roles, students are also encouraged to focus more on conducting their activities in order to achieve maximum results. For this reason, students are expected to be in a state of flow (calm, relaxed, concentrating, feeling comfortable) so that they are able to carry out their academic assignments well. One aspect that can make students in a state of flow is emotional autonomy (freedom to act, not dependent on other people, not affected by the environment and free to manage their own needs). Method Population in research is student of sport science faculty of UNM. Research samples use random sampling, totally 170 heads. Data collection uses likert scale. Data research analysist uses descriptive statistic and inferensial statistic, data analysist technics to test the hypotesist using moderated regression analytic. Results Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between emotional autonomy and academic flow in students of the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences (FIKK) Makassar State University. Conclusions The higher the emotional autonomy ability possessed by students, the higher the academic flow that occurs. On the other hand, the lower the student's emotional autonomy ability, the lower the academic flow will be for students of the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences (FIKK) at Makassar State University. ABSTRAKPendahuluan Mahasiswa yang juga merupakan makhluk sosial dituntut untuk melakukan berbagai aktivitas, baik itu secara individu maupun secara kelompok. Mahasiswa sebagaimana perannya juga didorong untuk lebih fokus dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya agar dapat mencapai hasil yang lebih maksimal. Untuk itu mahasiswa diharapkan mampu berada dalam kondisi flow (rasa tenang, rileks, konsentrasi, dan nyaman) agar mampu mengerjakan tugas-tugas akademiknya dengan baik. Salah satu aspek yang mampu membuat mahasiswa berada dalam kondisi flow adalah emotional autonomy (kebebasan untuk bertindak, tidak bergantung kepada orang lain, tidak terpengaruh lingkungan dan bebas mengatur kebutuhan sendiri). Metode Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan UNM. Sampel dari penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 170 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial, teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dengan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil Berdasarakan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara emotional autonomy dengan flow academic pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan (FIKK) Universitas Negeri Makassar Kesimpulan Semakin tinggi kemampuan emotional autonomy yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi juga flow academic yang terjadi. Sebaliknya makin rendah kemampuan emotional autonomy mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah pula terjadinya flow academic pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan (FIKK) Universitas Negeri Makassar. Kesimpulan Semakin tinggi kemampuan emotional autonomy yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, maka semakin tinggi juga flow academic yang terjadi. Sebaliknya makin rendah kemampuan emotional autonomy mahasiswa, maka semakin rendah pula terjadinya flow academic pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan (FIKK) Universitas Negeri Makassar. Kata Kunci: Flow, emotional autonomy, konsentrasi, merasa nyaman.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this service activity is to provide an understanding to the SMPN 1 Polewali futsal team regarding the adobe flash-based referee signals. The method used is by means of training and outreach by holding adobe flash-based referee signal socialization, Participants can receive material with great enthusiasm and willingness so that the material can be absorbed by all participants properly so that this also has an impact on increasing the capacity of SMPN 1 Polewali students in a futsal match.ABSTRAKTujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada tim futsal SMPN 1 Polewali mengenai sinyal wasit berbasis adobe flash. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan cara pelatihan dan sosialisasi dengan mengadakan sosialisasi sinyal wasit berbasis adobe flash, Peserta dapat menerima materi dengan bersemangat dan kemauan yang besar sehingga materi dapat diserap oleh seluruh peserta dengan baik sehingga Hal ini juga   memberikan   dampak   pada peningkatan kapasistas siswa SMPN 1 Polewali dalam pertandingan futsal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction This research aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of the use of instructional self-talk and motivational self talk on the free throw accuracy of FIKK UNM basketball athletes. Method There were 20 basketball athletes (14 men, 6 women) who were FIKK UNM students and met the requirements to be the research sample. All participants were divided into two groups using the match subject ordinal pairing method based on free throw shot accuracy rankings. The data analysis technique used is the paired t test with a significance level of 0.005. Result Based on the research results, it was found that there was no significant difference between the use of instructional self-talk and motivational self-talk in increasing athletes' accuracy, but both self-talks were proven to increase athletes' shooting accuracy. Although it turned out that instructional self-talk showed a higher increase in accuracy (28.49%) than motivational self-talk (18.54%). Keywords : motivation self talk, instructional self talk, free throw shoot ABSTRAK Pendahuluan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas dari penggunaan self-talk instruksional dan self-talk motivational terhadap akurasi free throw shoot atlet basket FIKK UNM. Metode Terdapat 20 atlet bola basket (14 laki-laki, 6 perempuan) yang merupakan mahasiswa FIKK UNM dan memenuhi syarat menjadi sampel penelitian. Seluruh peserta dibagi kedalam dua kelompok menggunakan metode match subject ordinal pairing berdasarkan peringkat akurasi tembakan free throw. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired t test dengan taraf signifikansi 0,005. Hasil Penelitian Berdasarkan temuan didapatkan bahwa ternyata tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan self-talk instruksional dan self-talk motivational dalam peningkatan akurasi atlet, namun kedua self-talk ini terbukti meningkatkan akurasi shooting atlet. Meski ternyata self-talk instruksional lebih memperlihatkan peningkatan akurasi yang lebih tinggi (28,49%) dibandingkan self-talk motivational (18,54%).
