Abstract

Irregularity and instability in adolescence organize, acquiring responsibility, and awareness of various careers or occupations become problems for adolescents in reaching the early stages of a career. Other studies that meet that there are adolescents who are in the identity diffusion status, namely adolescents who have never experienced an identity crisis and do not make commitments to their career choices, so they usually do not care about the formation process because they consider it important. Whereas Erikson said that the most important problem faced was the problem of career immaturity. Therefore, there is an ideal condition for adolescents to reach career maturity, and there are still many students who show irregularities and instability in career planning and have discussions of vocational identity status. This article aims to study various guidance and counseling service strategies that can be used by effective guidance and counseling teachers in developing youth careers. The research method of this article uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method through a study of 19 articles and one book. The results obtained are that various career guidance and counseling services can be carried out in basic services, responsive services, individual planning, and system support.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things in our lives, one of which is the way we Social media is replaced by social media. Social media has becomes an integral part of a teenager. Because of course teenagers do their social activities with social media at this time. But social media certainly has a negative or positive impact. It depends on how wisely teenagers use social media. And this negative impact will certainly affect the mental health of teenagers. Even though during a pandemic, mental health is as important as physical health. Where adolescents in this period experience significant changes from psychology, physical, and social. So that requires them to constantly adapt to the environment. Therefore, of course it will be very dangerous if the mental health of adolescents is disturbed, because it will greatly affect their ability to adapt to the environment. This article discusses the analysis of the impact of social media during the pandemic on the mental health of the Darul Arqam Putri Islamic boarding school students who are currently still doing online learning at their respective homes. By using the literature study method and qualitative methods through interview techniques, it is hoped that it can provide a real picture of the mental health state of Darul Arqam students at this time.

Abstract

Research is a scientific activity to examine and approve the theory or assumption. In examining assumption, research needs approach and method. Researcher should determine not only the appropriate approach but also the right method to manage finding of research. One of the methods used in quantitative research is T Test. T Test could be used in experimental research design. This study is aimed at exploring the experimental research design by using T Test. This study is a literature review. The result of this study explained the concept of T Test, the concept of experimental research, and the application of T Test in experimental research. The T Test is applied to examine the hypothesis in experimental research

Abstract

The role of the family is very important in building children's mental health and preventing children's mental disorders. The family is the smallest unit in society which plays an important role in children's education, where interaction and communication occur by sharing love, happiness, and sadness so that it is closely related to the child's development process. Therefore, family counseling is very important in helping to improve the system within the family, where this system will greatly influence the child's mental health. Family counseling is a process of assistance provided by counselors to help clients as family members through the family system to solve problems by improving communication or the family system so that the family can return to being functional and harmonious. So the role of family counseling is very important in developing children's mental health, one of which is its role in restructuring the family unit which is very important in building children's mental health. This scientific paper uses the literature review method by exploring several journals, books, and documents, both printed and electronic, as well as other sources of data or information relevant to the study.
