Abstract

Munculnya wabah covid-19 (corona virus disease  2019) membuat warga kasongan kebingungan karena negara melakukan lock down bahkan PSBB ( Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar). Warga harus bekerja dan beraktivitas di rumah saja dan perjalanan pun dibatasi. Dengan kondisi ini, beberapa warga baru mulai memperdayakan lahan sendiri di rumah dengan bertanam atau berkebun dan juga berternak akan tetapi masih banyak juga warga yang belum mengetahui budidaya sayur maupun ternak yang bisa dilakukan di lahan sempit terutama di perumahan-perumahan. Hal ini juga dialami ibu-ibu muda anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiah Katingan. Dengan kondisi tersebut, tim pengabdian melakukan pengabdian dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra yaitu anggota NA Katingan dalam budikdamber dan sayuran. Pelatihan meliputi pelatihan sistem budikdamber, pemeliharaan budikdamber, usaha ikan lele dan pengolahan produk ikan lele. Sedangkan pembinaan dilakukan saat pembuatan media untuk budikdamber, saat pemeliharaan ikan dan sayuran dan saat panen ikan dan sayuran.            Hasil capaian pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah terlaksananya pelatihan tentang budikdamber dan sayuran. Pelatihan dilaksanakan via zoom yang dihadiri oleh dua puluh anggota NA Katingan. pedampingan dilakukan kepada lima orang yang berdomisili di Kasongan,Katingan Hilir Kalimantan Tengah. Kelima orang yang didampingi dalam budikdamber semuanya memiliki rumah yang lahannya terbatas. Kelima orang tersebut mampu membuat budikdamber dengan memadukan dengan sayuran kangkung. Budikdamber yang dilakukan oleh subyek sasaran masih dalam tahap memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi sendiri karena dari kelima subyek yang didampingi hanya satu orang saja yang menjual ikan lelenya, itupun masih dalam skala kecil, hanya 1 ember untuk budikdamber yang berisi 60 ekor ikan lele.Kata Kunci : budikdamber, ikan lele, sayuran

Abstract

For elementary school students, online learning can cause students' learning motivation to decrease if the learning activities are not interesting for students. One of the applications used in online learning today is Google Classroom. The google classroom application provides various features that can be used for learning activities by teachers and students and is easier to use. This research is quantitative which consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable. The research sample was the fifth grade students of SDN-4 Palangka with a total sample of 54 students. Data from the variables of the use of the google classroom application and learning motivation data were collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data that has been obtained, tabulated and then analyzed using the product moment correlation formula to determine whether or not there is a relationship between research variables, then analyzed by t-test to determine whether or not the relationship is significant. The trial and the results were analyzed using the SPSS 25 program. Based on the data analysis of the results of this study, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between the use of the google classroom application and learning motivation in fifth grade students at SDN-4 Palangka, this is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the product moment correlation. it is known that the value of r-count = 0.509 > r-table of 0.263 at an error level of 5% and the magnitude of N = 54 and the results of the calculation using the t-test, it is known that the t-count is 4.26 greater than the value of t-table = 2.00 which means that there is a significant relationship between google classroom application and learning motivation.

Abstract

The transformation of digital technology has resulted in fundamental changes in various sectors of life, including the field of education which is experiencing a significant paradigm shift. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of teacher professional education in improving educational technology skills in the digital era. Along with the rapid development of technology, teachers' ability to integrate technology into the learning process becomes a key element in creating innovative and relevant learning experiences. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach involving teachers who have participated in the professional education program as the main participants. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis of the education programs followed by the teachers. The results show that professional education substantially improves teachers' skills in utilizing various technological tools, including learning software, digital platforms and technology-based teaching techniques. In addition, the program also encourages the development of positive attitudes towards the use of technology as an integral part of learning. However, the effectiveness of the program is inseparable from challenges such as limited access to technology facilities, lack of follow-up training, and differences in the level of individual readiness to adopt technology. This study concludes that systematically designed professional education with a focus on educational technology has great potential to strengthen teachers competencies in the digital era. These results provide important implications for policy makers and education providers to continue developing needs-based programs, providing adequate infrastructure, and creating a supportive ecosystem that supports the application of technology in learning.
