Abstract

 ABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to get the data, process, analyze and discuss of the sosio economic study of farmer cages in district pauh of padang city. This research is a used descriptive. Samples were 62 families collected by total sampling technique . Instrument used in this study was a questionnaire . Data analysis using the percentage formula. Based on the result of data analysis of the obtained result of the research findings that : 1) farmed fish famers in the district of Padang Pauh obtaining venture capital from it own capital. 2) the level of knowledge cage farmers in the district of Padang Pauh weight usually sown seed growers as much as 40-49 gram a day, spreading seed by farmers cage in the morning. 3)the level of production of cage farmers in the district of Padang Pauh preserved fish cage farmers in general is  one type of fish mujahir any heavy crop production yield obtained as much as 201-300 kg/head. 4) the level of farmers income cages in Padang Pauh subdistrict average is Rp.1,000,000 – 2,000,000 / month in general there cage farmers have additional income. 5) social interaction cage farming community in the district of Padang Pauh that communication among farmers cage very well established farmers never completely feel unrivaled by other farmers.

Abstract

Penggajian dan pengupahan merupakan aktivitas utama dalam memotivasi setiap karyawan dalam melakukan tugas dan tanggung jawab pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peranan sistem akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan pada PT. Semen Padang dan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan sistem akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan oleh perusahaan sudah sesuai PSAK No.24.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT. Semen Padang sudah melaksanakan sistem akuntansi penggajian dan pengupahan dengan baik dalam mendukung pengendalian intern gaji dan upah. Selain itu perusahaan juga sudah melakukan pencatatan, pengakuan dan pengungkapannya sesuai dengan PSAK No.24. Hal ini baik karena perusahaan mempekerjakan karyawan dari berbagai tingkatan dan memberikan imbalan atas jasa mereka berupa gaji dan upah sehingga perusahaan  memilki sistem akuntansi yang efektif.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Current Ratio dan Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan Eviews 10 untuk memperoleh gambaran yang menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antar variabel satu dengan variabel lainya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 32 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 5 tahun dari 2014- 2018 dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Current Ratio secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.Hasil regresi secara simultan diperoleh bahwa ukuran perusahaan, current ratio dan perputaran persediaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata kunci: Ukuran Perusahaan, Current Ratio, Perputaran Persediaan, Pertumbuhan laba. Abstract: This study aims to see the influence of the Company Influence, Current Ratio and Inventory on Profit Growth in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The data used is secondary data and the method used in this study is panel data regression analysis with the help of Eviews 10 to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. The sample in this study consisted of 32 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years from 2014-2018 with purposive sampling as the sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the company size variable partially has a significant effect on profit growth, the current ratio partially has a negative and significant effect on profit growth and inventory turnover has a significant effect on profit growth. The simultaneous regression results show that company size, current ratio and inventory turnover together have a significant effect on profit growth. Abstract

The purpose of the research in this thesis is to examine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on employee performance in the Department of Education and Culture of Pesawaran District. This study uses a survey research method with 65 respondents. This analysis uses qualitative analysis and data processing using the SPSS program. The results showed that the Leadership Style had a positive effect on employee performance with the effect of a contribution of 69.4%. Furthermore, Organizational Culture also has a positive influence on employee performance with a contribution of 68.3%. The regression test shows that there is a positive influence between Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the two variables X1 and X2 on Y is 78.9%, the remaining 21.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication on employee performance and the effect of work discipline on employees and want to know the effect of communication and work discipline together on the performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires/questionnaires to 35 respondents using the SPSS program. The study results show the following: that Communication (X1) affects the performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency by 82.20% while Work Discipline (X2) affects employee performance by 84.30%. Furthermore, Communication (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) together affect the Performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Way Kanan Regency employees by 86.90%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Locus of Control, Total Quality Management on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable. The object of research is the Padang UNAND Hospital. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. Analysis Data by Path Analysis. Based on the results of this test indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between Locus of Control on Job Satisfaction at Padang UNAND Hospital (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Total Quality Management on Job Satisfaction at Padang UNAND Hospital (3) there is a positive and significant influence between Locus Of Control on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (4) There is a positive and significant influence between Total Quality Management on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (5) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (6) Job Satisfaction does not mediates Locus of Control on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital (7) Job Satisfaction does not mediates Total Quality Management on Employee Performance at Padang UNAND Hospital.

Abstract

AbstractThe object of this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020 with a total population of 196 companies. The sample of this research is 44 companies that meet the criteria based on purposive sampling. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression.The results of this study there is a significant relationship between the independent board of commissioners on firm value. Institutional ownership has no effect on firm value. There is a significant relationship between the audit committee and the investment opportunity set on firm value. The results of other studies indicate that there is an influence of the CSR moderating variable between the independent board of commissioners' relationship to firm value. It is different with institutional ownership that has no effect on the value of the company which is moderated by CSR. There is a significant effect between the audit committee and the investment opportunity set on firm value moderated by CSR in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.Keywords: CSR, independent board of commissioners, investment opportunity set, institutional ownership. audit committee, firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of board gender, board experience and board education on financial performance in manufacturing firms in Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The total population is 168 manufacturing companies. A sample of 38 manufacturing companies was determined by using purposive sampling techniques. Research data was obtained from the financial statements of companies for the period 2015-2019. Data analysis techniques using a descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, estimation test and panel data regression. Hypotheses testing by using F-test dan t-test. The results showed that board gender did not affect company performance. The board experience and board education had a positive and significant effect on firms performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value with financial performance as an intervening variable. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports (annual report) for 2015-2019. Technical analysis of the data using multiple regression analysis with random sampling with a total of 35 companies from a total population of 61 companies. The results showed that environmental performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Corporate social responsibility disclosure had a positive and significant effect on firm value, and financial performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value. Environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure has no positive and significant effect on financial performance and financial performance is able to intervene in environmental performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure on company value

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the discussion of Company Value through Institutional Ownership as a moderation variable: Managerial Ownership and Company Growth (In Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2020). Data collection methods through ICMD and IDX sites and literature studies. The method of analysis used is regression analysis.The results of this study were obtained: (1) Managerial Ownership partially affects the Value of the Company (2) Company Growth partially has a significant effect on the Company Value (3) Managerial Ownership and Company Growth partially affects the Value of the Company (4) Managerial Ownership partially affects the Value of the Company with institutional ownership as a moderation variable (5)  The Company's growth partially has no significant effect on the Value of the Company with institutional ownership as a moderation variable (6) Managerial Ownership and Company Growth partially affect the Value of the Company with institutional ownership as a moderation variable.
