Community relations are an important pillar in the development of institutions, including the development of madrasas. Public relations management is needed as an effort to create harmonious relations between institutions and the community. Various models of public relations that have been put forward by experts include the Press Agentry model, Public Information and the Two-way Asymmetrical Model which are models that are often used in building institutional and community relations. Through qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of data on community relations were processed using data and source triangulation. The results obtained from this study are that MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran applies a public relations model through the press agentry model with various forms of programs and activities including routine recitations, year-end activities, performing arts and others. These programs and activities are carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran in order to strengthen relations with the community.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the murabahah contract on micro business capital financing. This research is a field research by taking the location at BMT Khairul Amin Martapura. The data in this study are qualitative data consisting of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained through the method of documentation, observation and interviews. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The results of this study resulted in the findings that the implementation of micro business financing products using murabahah contracts at BMT Khairul Amin consisted of submitting financing by customers, fulfilling data and documents, business surveys and guarantees, administrative analysis, financing analysis, granting of wakalah authorization and financing disbursement, reporting. proof of purchase and contract of murabahah financing agreement. In practice at BMT Khairul Amin, micro business financing products that use murabahah contracts more often use wakalah contracts as complementary contracts.

Lembaga amil zakat nasional telah berdiri di Indonesia dengan tujuan untuk menghimpun zakat, infaq dan shodaqoh untuk kesejahteraan umat, BAZNAS Ponorogo menjadi salah satu lembaga yang berdiri di lingkungan pemerintah kabupaten Ponorogo dengan peran untuk menghimpun ZISWAF yang akan disalurkan ke masyarakat. Dalam menjalankan perannya BAZNAS Ponorogo memiliki dua program yang sangat menarik yaitu dalam sektor ekonomi dan pendidikan, dari sektor ekonomi yaitu memberikan bantuan modal usaha dan pembinaan usaha kepada masyarakat, dari sektor pendidikan yaitu memberikan beasiswa kepada SD atau MI, SMP atau MTS, SMA/MA atau SMK, paket bantuan sekolah untuk pendidikan, dan penghargaan untuk instruktur ABK non-PNS adalah contoh dari kategori tersebut. Ponorogo Makmur adalah ungkapan yang digunakan dalam program BAZNAS, yang merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyalurkan dana ZISWAF yang memiliki tujuan untuk kemakmuran mustahik, program ini sudah pernah di terapkan di kecamatan sawoo kabupaten Ponorogo deangan Memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat 10 ekor kambing kepada 10 mustahik, di tambah lagi dengan program ponorogo makmur dengan memberikan bantuan sebagai berikut: 1).Memberikan pinjaman dalam bentuk modal usaha yang tanpa bunga, 2).Memberikan Bantuan permodalan untuk usaha kepada fair dan mismin serta dhuafa, dalam program pendidikan di pakai istilah Ponorogo Cerdas adalah BAZNAS Ponorogo memberikan banyak Beasiswa kepada para pelajar dengan jumlam 261 pelajar di 22 sekolah SMP yang telah menerima bantuan tersebut. Bentuk dari tasyaruf BAZNAS Ponorogo dalam mendistribusikan bantuan tersebut langsung di serahkan kepada pihak sekolah dan di saksikan oleh guru dan pegawai yang ada di sekolah.

In a family, Islamic financial planning is a strategic step in realizing economic welfare for the community and the ummah. Islamic financial planning helps a community in a family to design a better life by providing solutions to economic problems through planning, managing and distributing wealth wisely to achieve short-term, medium-term and long-term goals, for the welfare of the hereafter. Muhammadiyah, participates in efforts to realize the welfare of society through the concept of sakinah families that promote Islamic values in building families as a strong foundation for building a prosperous society. As an organization with a global da'wah vision, Muhammadiyah internationalized its movement through the establishment of the Muhammadiyah Special Branch (PCIM) Malaysia in 2007, based in Kampung Baru. Through PCIM Malaysia, Muhammadiyah continues to make breakthroughs in the da'wah movement by establishing various charities to strengthen and develop the community's economic sector, as well as empowering the community through studies, entrepreneurship training and family financial management. With a vision that is in line with the concept of a sakinah family, the proposer together with PCIM Malaysia endeavored to organize community service through Sharia Financial Planning Training activities for Muslim Families of Kampung Baru Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The solution steps that the proposer will take are (1) providing education to the Muslim community of Kampung Baru to foster high awareness of the importance of financial planning management in a family, (2) building awareness of the urgency of sharia-compliant planning management in carrying out financial management, (3) providing an in-depth understanding of the Fiqh Muamalah review related to the basic concepts of wealth and planning in carrying out wealth management, (4) increasing awareness of a frugal and productive lifestyle based on Islamic values, and (5) assistance and training in accessing Islamic financial products instruments and services to fulfill family financial needs.

This study aims to examine the implementation of the concept of the Sakinah Family as formulated by the Muhammadiyah Tarjih Council in the Muhammadiyah community in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of 45 informants from various family backgrounds. The results of the study indicate that the theoretical understanding of Muhammadiyah residents of the concept of the Sakinah Family is still limited, with only 11% of informants formally familiar with the concept. However, their family life practices reflect values that are in line with the principles of the Sakinah Family, such as reading the Qur'an together, regular Islamic studies, and choosing monogamy as the ideal form of family. The main challenges in implementing this concept include low conceptual literacy in the perspective of Tarjih Muhammadiyah and adaptation to different local cultures. This study recommends strengthening conceptual education through community-based programs such as seminars, learning modules, and academic discussions to improve understanding and application of the Sakinah Family concept in a global context.

Rasulullah SAW, Was a superior figure and the greatest role model in the history of humanity. However, many Muslims themselves experience farsightedness, narrow in seeing their own apostles. He was only present as an apostle / prophet who deserves to be emulated by the office for affairs of mosques, madrasas and prayer rooms. Whereas his example is broader, involving human resources capable of solving socio-cultural, economic and political problems. The example will be implemented, will lead the people and achieve the vision and mission of the apostolate, namely to be a blessing for the universe, to the happiness of the world and the hereafter (falah). The practice of Islamic inheritance in Indonesia demonstrates a high level of complexity due to the interaction between Sharīʿah norms, positive law, customary practices, and evolving social realities. Although Islamic inheritance law is normatively well established in the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical fiqh al-mawārīth, its implementation in Indonesia cannot be separated from the country’s plural legal system, particularly through the Compilation of Islamic Law (Kompilasi Hukum Islam/KHI) and the practice of religious courts. In addition, modern family dynamics, local cultural diversity, and administrative as well as technical requirements significantly influence inheritance distribution in practice. This research aims to examine the complexity of Islamic inheritance practices in Indonesia through an interdisciplinary approach that integrates perspectives from Islamic law, positive law, and supporting disciplines. A qualitative method with a library research design is employed, drawing on primary and secondary legal materials and a socio-legal analysis of inheritance practices in society. The analysis applies normative and comparative approaches to explore the relationship between ideal Sharīʿah provisions and empirical realities. The findings indicate that Islamic inheritance is not merely a normative–fiqh issue but also involves intertwined juridical, social, and technical dimensions. The involvement of auditing, asset appraisal, medical, and notarial expertise is essential to ensuring justice, accountability, and legal certainty. Therefore, an integrative interdisciplinary approach is indispensable for strengthening Islamic inheritance governance in Indonesia.

Amil are the administrators who collect and distribute zakat. In the Qur'an, Allah SWT stipulates eight groups entitled to receive zakat (ashnāf), explicitly listing amil as one of the groups entitled to receive zakat. Some scholars argue that amil must be selected and appointed by a legitimate authority, while others open up the possibility of a wider community role in appointing amil. These differences in interpretation show that the concept of amil as ashnāf is not static, but develops according to social dynamics and the needs of the community. This study uses a normative legal research method with a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach. The data used are secondary, including fiqh books, scientific books, fatwas, and journal articles relevant to the theme of zakat and amil. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively using content analysis techniques. The results of this study are that in the current contemporary era, a paradigm shift in the concept of amil zakat has occurred towards an institutionalization process, where amil is understood as an integrated part of an institutional system regulated through a management science approach, legal mechanisms, organizational structures, financial administration, and public policy. The change in the zakat amil model from a normative understanding to an empirical-applicative one is a form of contextual ijtihad that takes into account the complexity of socio-economic dynamics without sacrificing the basic principles of classical fiqh.
