Abstract

Pendidikan adalah salah satu pilar dakwah persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. Ibarat kata menjadi primadona bagi masyarakat jika membicarakan pendidikan Muhamamadiyah. Karena tak sedikit sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah yang mampu menceatak alumni dengan kualitas yang baik sehingga kebermanfaatanya sangat dirasakan oleh masyarakat. Namun demikian, tidak semua sekolah/madrasah Muhammadiyah mampu menjadi lembaga pendidikan Islam yang unggul, melainkan banyak diantaranya yang dalam ekeadaan memprihatinkan. Muhammadiyah Ponorogo setidaknya memiliki 8 (delapan) madrasah tsanawiyah (MTs) atau setingkat dengan sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Delapan MTs yang ada tersebut secara kuantitas siswa mayoritas tidak mencapai 100 siswa dalam satu sekolah. Hanya satu sekolah yang jumlah muridnya lebih dari 100 siswa yaitu MTs Muhammadiyah 2 Jenangan Ponorogo. Hal tersebut menjadi menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian bagaimana model pembinaan AIK guru yang ada di lembaga-lembaga tersebut mengingat bahwa maju mundurnya lembaga pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh sumber daya manusia yang ada di dalamnya. Sedangkan sebagai lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah Mengingat bahwa Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) merupakan menjadi indickator utama bagi kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi socsial bagi guru yang ada di sumber daya manusia yang ada di lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis model pembinaan Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) guru di MTs Muhammadiyah yang berada di Ponorogo. Dengan Selain mengetahui model pembinaan AIK para guru juga akan dapat disimpulkan silabus dangambaran materi pembinaan AIK yang diterapkan di bagi guru SMP dan MTs Muhammadiyah se-Ponorogo sehingga yang mampudapat menjadi referensi bagi seluruh pengembangan Sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah yang jugadalam mengemban misi dakwah Muhammadiyah mewujudkan masyarakat Islam yang sebenar-benarnya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has not yet ended, its existence has directly changed human traditions and culture. The education sector has also been affected by this pandemic. At least in the 2020/2021 academic year, educational institutions in Indonesia in particular cannot carry out face-to-face learning processes in schools as usual. Learning is carried out online or online, this results in the learning process for elementary age children (MI) being very dependent on their parents. The condition of parents and teachers of MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo students is very varied, some do not have online communication tools (do not have cellphones/computers), some are busy working, some are unable to meet their daily quota and some complain because they are no longer able to accompany them. children learn. Departing from these problems, we were moved to contribute to helping MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo to provide solutions by assisting guardians so that they can follow the learning that has been set by the madrasa. The mentoring program for student guardians during the pandemic through Islamic parenting is an alternative that can be implemented at MI Muhammadiyah 6 Nglegok Ponorogo considering that the school is currently implementing the adab and al-Qur'an school program which makes adab in Islamic teachings and tahfidz al-Qur'an education as a program. main madrasa. The task of educating teachers at school should be carried out at home, this requires good communication and cooperation between teachers at school and parents at home so that educational goals can be achieved. Islamic parenting that is carried out provides great benefits because as a medium of communication and coordination between the madrasa and the home, Islamic parenting also provides opportunities for counseling so that it can provide solutions for parents while accompanying children to study at home. From Islamic parenting and counseling that has been carried out, many problems have been inventoried by madrasas so that they become material for consideration for educational programs in the future. The solution to the guardian's problem can be resolved during parenting and there are also those who require follow-up assistance.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menghasilkan kurikulum TPA dibawah naungan persyarikatan Muhammadiyah.  TPA Muhammadiyah belum memiliki standar baku kurikulum TPA sehingga belum memiliki keseragaman dalam capaian pembelajaran, sehingga perlu dilakukan pedoman kurikulum. yang memiliki muatan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Standar dan capaian pembelajaran TPA dapat terukur dan memiliki keseragaman. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan dua pendekatan. Pertama pendekatan klasikal yaitu melaksankan workshop secara bersama dalam dengan seluruh TPA Muhammadiyah berjumlah 37 beserta lembaga Pembina Pesantren PDM Kabupaten Ponorogo. Diawali dengan materi Manajemen Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Kedua metode berkelompok terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) komisi ini membahas tentang standar kompetensi lulusan santri TPA Muhammadiyah dan komisi kedua membahas tentang manajemen administrasi pengembangan TPA Muhammadiyah. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan revitalitas kurikulum ini akan menjadi pedoman Active Learning, Menarik, Adaptif, dan Unggul, (AL-MAUN) dalam mencetak generasi Qur;ani. Kurikulum TPA yang terintegrasi dengan muatan al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan. Implementasi program pada tahap awal telah dilakukan evaluasi sebagai uji kelayakan kurikulum. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan implementasi program, mitra hendaknya terus melakukan upaya pemantauan pelaksanaan kurikulum, melakukan kegiatan sharing sassion sebagai wadah pemecahan berbagai permasalahan implementasi kurikulum dan melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan kurikulum AL-MAUN.

Abstract

Community relations are an important pillar in the development of institutions, including the development of madrasas. Public relations management is needed as an effort to create harmonious relations between institutions and the community. Various models of public relations that have been put forward by experts include the Press Agentry model, Public Information and the Two-way Asymmetrical Model which are models that are often used in building institutional and community relations. Through qualitative research with a case study approach and data collection carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of data on community relations were processed using data and source triangulation. The results obtained from this study are that MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran applies a public relations model through the press agentry model with various forms of programs and activities including routine recitations, year-end activities, performing arts and others. These programs and activities are carried out by MI Muhammadiyah 13 Pijeran in order to strengthen relations with the community.

Abstract

Komunikasi adalah bagian penting dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan, komunikasi yang baik akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru, namun banyak sekolah yang tidak dapat membangun komunikasi organisasi yang baik dalam sekolah sehingga tak sedikit akibat komunikasi yang tidak baik muncul miss komunikasi, konflik dan bahkan perecahan dalam sekolah. Melihat tersebut penulis tertarik untuk emlakukan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di SMP Al Inabah Ponorogo, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan dan dokumentasi penulis melakukan analisis data dan mengecek keabsahan data dengan triangulasi data dan sumber. Sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa komunikasi organisasi yang diterapkan di SMP Al Inabah Ponorogo dapat dilihat dari komunikasi antar pribadi dalam organisasi, komunikasi kelompok dalam organisasi, komunikasi formal, komunikasi informal, komunikasi kebawa, dan komunikasi keatas. Dari bentuk, proses dan arus komunikasi yang ada di SMP Al inabah Ponorogo mampu membentuk budaya organisasi yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Financial management in Qur'an educational institutions is still not optimal because the management of the institution has not implemented good management in the process of its activities. This attracts the author to conduct qualitative-descriptive research by taking the object of one of the Qur'anic educational institutions that has developed with the number of students as many as 90 children. Through participant observation in the process of LPQ Darul Muttaqin Nglegok's activities, in-depth interviews with the head of the institution, ustadz-ustadz and guardians of students and documentation used as a method of extracting data, as well as using substantive descriptive data analysis. This study shows a finding that applicatively the financial management process has been applied in the Darul Muttaqin Nglegok Qur'an educational institution substantively covering the process of planning for the procurement of funds through work meetings at the beginning of the year, and the preparation of program and activity plans. The process of utilization through the implementation of programs and activities as well as accountability includes activities through weekly monitoring and evaluation, student guardian meetings as a substantive form of management implementation.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions that want to progress require superior leadership. For this reason, the development of leadership models for Islamic educational institutions needs to continue to be developed. Many Islamic educational institutions are unable to develop and experience setbacks due to weak leadership. Therefore, various models of Islamic leadership need to be realized as an advantage for Islamic educational institutions. One of the leadership models that is currently developing is transformational leadership, which is one of the leadership models that has succeeded in bringing Islamic educational institutions to excellence. Transformational leadership cannot be separated from the institutional environment and superior human resources so that they are able to apply the transformational model in the management of Islamic educational institutions. Therefore, it is important for the development of Islam to know the characteristics of transformational leadership. Through the qualitative research method of this literature study, the researcher used references from various data sources and then processed them in depth to find the characteristics of transformational leadership in Islam. From this research, the results showed that the characteristics of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions include: 1) Idealized Influence, 2) Inspirational Motivation, 3) Intellectual Stimulation, and 4) Individualized Consideration. ). Islamic educational institutions that have a transformational leadership character are institutions that have excellence and good quality educational services as well as a superior work culture.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerpustakaan mengalami transformasi yang signifikan berkat perkembangan teknologi digital. Salah satu aspek yang paling memengaruhi penggunaan perpustakaan adalah layanan Interlibrary Loan (ILL), yang memungkinkan akses ke berbagai perpustakaan. Fokus pengabdian ini adalah transformasi perpustakaan dalam rangka inter library loan (ILL) di perpustakaan yang tergabung dalam FOSKAM yang selama ini belum melakukan pengembangan pengelolaan perpustakaan secara digital secara terstruktur dalam rangka kerjasama layanan. Hal ini menghambat kegiatan layanan perpustakaan yang berdampak pada kurangnya peningkatakan kualitas pendidikan karena tidak memiliki fasilitas pendukung sebagai penunjang pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi. Tujuan utama dari pengabdian ini pendampingan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan baik secara fisik maupun digital sehingga kolaborasi keduanya mampu menunjang pembelajaran pada warga sekolah terutama siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam merealisasikan tujuan adalah pertama, melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pihak mitra baik dari pihak manajemen sekolah dan pengelola perpustakaan sehingga dapat memotret permasalahan dan kendala dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan yang dihadapi mitra. Data yang diperoleh sebagai bahan dalam merancang pengelolaan perpustakaan baik dari segi manajemen serta sistem informasinya. Kedua, Workshop pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah mencakup manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan sekolah meliputi pengorganisasian, pengolahan koleksi, promosi perpustakaan dan integrasi program literasi. Ketiga, Pendampingan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital Pendampingan ini implementasi dari workshop manajemen pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis teknologi informasi, pengolahan bahan pustaka, pembuatan klasifikasi dan katalogisasi serta digitalisasi koleksi. Luaran dari pengabdian ini . Secara keseluruhan baik dari manajemen dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan berbasis ICT sebagai embrio perpustakaan digital. Keempat, melakukan integrasi perpustakaan yang telah terbangun secara digital dan membentuk konsep kerjasama perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan layanan atau interlibrary loan.Hasil pengabdian ini adalah sekolah Muhammadiyah yang tergabung didalam FOSKAM telah memiliki kesiapan sistem informasi menuju digital library dan bermuara pada kerjasama layanan antar perpustakaan sekolah di sekelingkup Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo Kata kunci: transformasi; perpustakaan; inter-library loan; ILL ABSTRACTLibraries are experiencing a significant transformation thanks to developments in digital technology. One of the aspects that most influences library use is the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service, which allows access to various library collections. The focus of this service is library transformation in the context of inter library loans (ILL) in libraries that are members of FOSKAM which so far have not developed structured digital library management in the context of service collaboration. This hampers library service activities which results in a lack of improving the quality of education because it does not have supporting facilities to support technology-based learning. The main objective of this service is assistance in managing libraries both physically and digitally so that the collaboration between the two is able to support learning for school residents, especially students. The method used to realize the goal is first, conducting a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners from both school management and library management so that they can photograph the problems and obstacles in library management faced by partners. The data obtained is used as material in designing library management both in terms of management and information systems. Second, the school library management workshop covers school library management including organizing, processing collections, library promotion and integration of literacy programs. Third, digital library management assistance. This assistance is the implementation of information technology-based library management workshops, processing library materials, classifying and cataloging and digitizing collections. The output of this dedication. Overall good management in ICT-based library management as the embryo of a digital library. Fourth, integrate libraries that have been built digitally and form the concept of library cooperation in improving services or inter-library loans. The result of this service is that Muhammadiyah schools that are members of FOSKAM have ready information systems for digital libraries and this leads to service collaboration between school libraries in the surrounding area. Abstract

Cupak Village faces serious challenges related to the availability of adequate lighting, particularly in supporting the community's economic activities. Limited access to stable electricity has led to decreased productivity, especially at night, hindering various business operations. In addition, challenges in providing and maintaining conventional lighting systems, such as high operational costs and inadequate infrastructure, have worsened the situation. This community service project aims to implement solar technology as a sustainable alternative solution to increase the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. The approach used in this project is the installation of solar panels at several strategic points in the village, serving as the main lighting at night, especially in locations that support the community's economic activities. The community service process involves several stages, including the socialization of solar technology to the community, technical training in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, and evaluation of the impact of this technology on the community’s economic productivity. The results of the project show that the implementation of solar technology has significantly increased the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. Villagers reported increased productivity in small businesses such as night trading and agricultural processing. In addition, the use of solar technology has proven to be more efficient and environmentally friendly compared to conventional lighting systems. This project successfully provides a long-term solution that not only boosts economic activities but also improves the quality of life for the people of Cupak Village.
