Abstract

This study investigates Islamic social reporting as an intervening variable between Islamic corporate governance to firm value. The method used purposive sampling with the samples of 11 sharia banks listed on Bursa Malaysia and Indonesia in 2012-2016. The analysis used path analysis with warp partial least square to examine the mediation effect of Islamic social reporting. Indicators for measuring Islamic corporate governance used accountability, transparency, responsibility, and fairness. Indicators measured firm value using price to book value ratio and price to earnings ratio. Indicators for measuring Islamic social reporting used investment and finance, products and services, labor, community, environment, and corporate governance. The results described Islamic corporate governance had a significant positive effect on firm value. Islamic corporate governance showed a significant positive impact on Islamic social reporting. Islamic social reporting had a significant negative effect on firm value, so it is concluded that Islamic social reporting is unable to mediate between the influence of Islamic corporate governance on firm value. This confirms that sharia banking with good Islamic corporate governance would improve Islamic social reporting and firm value, while Islamic social reporting runs well could not respond to investors as information needed in decision making to increase firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya pengambilan keputusan, kecerdasan emosional manajer dan komunikasi organisasi secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi KSP RIAS Mardiharjo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Adapun yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 47 karyawan KSP RIAS analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisa regresi. Pengambilan keputusan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi; Kecerdasan Emosional pimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi; Komunikasi organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi; Pengambilan keputusan, kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen keteladanan dan kinerja guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Negeri Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Adapun yang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 2 kelas pada jenjang kelas X SMA Negeri Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas, sampel pada tesis ini diambil secara stratified Random Sampling., analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisa regresi.. Manajemen Keteladanan Guru (X1) terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 11,521 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel = 1,631,dengan tingkat signifikansi sig.= 0,000. Kinerja guru (X2) terhadap Kedisiplinan Siswa (Y) menunjukkan nilai thitung = 5.302 lebih besar dari nilaittabel= 1,631, dengan tingkat signifikansi sig.= 0,000. Manajemen Keteladanan dan Kinerja Guru secara bersama-sama terhadap Kedisiplinan didapat bahwa nilai Fhitung yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 81,695 > Ftabel = 3,13. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu terdapat pengaruh manajemen keteladanan dan kinerja guru terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Negeri Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas.

Abstract

Employee performance is essential for government agencies in achieving organizational goals. Several factors can affect employee performance, including the physical work environment and soft skills, which can be moderated by work motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of the physical work environment and soft skills on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate of Musi Rawas Regency, with work motivation as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consisted of 65 employees who represented the population in the agency. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderation tests. The results showed a significant influence of the physical work environment on employee performance, which is moderated by work motivation. In addition, soft skills also have a considerable impact on employee performance, which is also moderated by work motivation. This research highlights the importance of paying special attention to motivation and soft skills in government agency human resource development programs. A conducive work environment and high work motivation contribute to improved employee performance.
