Abstract

Bandeng presto merupakan salah satu oleh-oleh khas dari Kota Semarang. Wisatawan yang berkunjung akan mencari produk bandeng yang enak, berkualitas dan tidak monoton. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada Kelompok Usaha Bandeng Duri Lunak Lumintu di Kota Semarang didasarkan pada jenis produk yang dibuat oleh Kelompok tersebut. Bandeng Presto yang dihasilkan para ibu-ibu ini cukup murah dan enak, namun para pesaing untuk segmen pasarnya juga sangat banyak. Sehingga kelompok ini dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk baru melalui kegiatan inovasi produk. Inovasi produk tentu harus didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang kompeten. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui metode pendidikan-sosialisasi serta pelatihan yang merupakan tindaklanjut dari kegiatan sosialisasi. Kegiatan sosialisasi dibagi menjadi 3 sesi, yakni sesi yang membahas tentang pentingnya inovasi produk, peran fundamental sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan organisasi serta sesi terkait dengan pentingnya dan prosedur pengajuan legalitas halal pada produk. Pada tahapan pelatiha, kegiatan ini berhasil memproduksi dua varian bakso, yakni bakso rebus dan goreng. Bakso tersebut akan didaftarkan legaslitas kehalalannya agar bisa ditawarkan secara luas tanpa adanya kekhawatiran terkait proses dan komposisi pembuatan varian bakso ini. Kegiatan ini tentu saja memberikan manfaat bagi anggota kelompok serta masyarakat, bahwa varian Bandeng yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif oleh-oleh, tidak hanya bandeng Presto, tapi terdapat varian baru, yakni Bakso Bandeng Rebus dan Bakso Bandeng Goreng yang halal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee engagement. This study uses sampling techniques with purposive sampling method, where the determination of sampling based on the criteria and the desired amount. The sample studied as many as 110 respondents. The stages of testing in this study are instrument test, model test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 25 Software. Based on the results of research shows intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. With the motivation of the employees and the support of the company makes employees always involved in the work that can benefit the company. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between inclusive leadership variables, employee involvement, self-efficacy and innovative work behavior. Because currently employees of a company are required to be more creative and active in carrying out their work. If employees are equipped with innovation, they will easily solve problems that exist internally and externally to the company. This research uses a saturated sampling technique, which means that all existing populations are included as research objects. Questionnaires were distributed directly and data was collected from 105 employee respondents. The results of research using SPSS showed that inclusive leadership on innovative work behavior had a significant effect and had a positive impact, employee involvement in innovative work behavior had no significant effect and had a negative impact, self-efficacy on innovative work behavior had a significant effect and had a positive impact.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior in the workplace. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample technique in this study used a saturated sample method totaling 95 people who were none other than employees of PT Phapros, Tbk. Data collection techniques used in this study through questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS software through the stages of validity test, reliability test, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, knowledge donation and knowledge collection are two dimensions of knowledge sharing that affect innovative work behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between serving leadership variables, charismatic leadership on self-efficacy. this study uses a method with a quantitative approach using sampling techniques, the sample used is 106 respondents. this research data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the test stage in this study is instrument test, model test and hypothesis testing using spss (25). the test results of the data show that the serving leadership variable with the results has a positive and insignificant effect on self-efficacy then for the charismatic leadership variable with the results has a significant positive effect on self-efficacy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan quality of work-life terhadap employee engagement. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh berjumlah 106 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik survei dengan cara distribusi kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan quality of work-life tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformational leadership, servant leadership dan empowering leadership terhadap turnover intention. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh berjumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik survei dengan cara distribusi kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa transformational leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, servant leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, empowering leadership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

In this highly competitive era, whether Servant Leadership and burnout are sufficient to address challenges in the workplace, corporate leaders need to master complex leadership skills to survive in the intense competition. This research aims to determine the impact of servant leadership and burnout on the innovative work behavior of employees at PT Triconville - Demak Factory. The study is designed using a quantitative method; the sample used for this research is purposive sampling, with a total of 101 respondents. Data collection techniques involve the use of a questionnaire, and the stages of testing in this research include descriptive test, instrument test, model test, and hypothesis test using the SPSS program. The results of this research indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on innovative work behavior, while burnout has a negative and non-significant impact on innovative work behavior.

Abstract

For companies, employees play an important role in bringing innovation to life. In improving employees innovative work behavior, researchers formulate factors such as organizational climate and employee creativity. This research uses quantitative techniques, with the object of research being one of the Internet Service Provider companies in Semarang. The sample in this study is 100 respondents who are employees of the company. This research analysis uses the Structural Equation Model approach using path analysis techniques on Smart PLS. The research results show that organizational climate positively and significantly affects innovative work behavior. Employee creativity has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity. Thus, to compete with Internet Service Provider companies, the organizational climate must be maintained, and employee creativity must be increased to create innovative work behavior within the company.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership and work involvement on innovative behavior. The research method used is quantitative research. Data collection for this research used a questionnaire given to all employees of PT. Mapan Wijaya Demak. The population in this study were employees of PT Mapan Wijaya Demak with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling method in this research used non-probability sampling with census sampling technique (saturated sampling). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and data processing is assisted by SPSS (Statistical Products for Service) software. The results of this research show that transformational leadership and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior.
