<![CDATA[This research is to analyze the effect of leverage on hedging with profitability as a mediating variable in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2015-2020. This research methodology uses quantitative methods with instrument testing using SEM Pls using SmartPLS software. The results show that Leverage has a significant positive effect on Profitability, Leverage has no effect on Hedging, Profitability has a significant positive effect on Hedging, Leverage has an effect on Hedging through Profitability. The limitation in the research is only the object in this study is still limited to companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The research period carried out in this study was only 5 years, namely in 2015-2020, it is hoped that further research can use a longer period so that the level of research accuracy is higher and can add a variable level of currency prices to see the wider influence of leverage on the hedging of a company when viewed from investors who come from outside]]>

<![CDATA[The community service activity entitled "Techniques for Preparing Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Community Heads of Households (PEKKA) of the Great Mosque of Palembang" for Entrepreneurs of the Community Head of Household (PEKKA) of the Great Mosque of Palembang Foundation was held on Sunday, November 15. 2020 through offline training facilities and a food festival activity planned for ethnic food (traditional food) in the Great Palembang mosque environment according to the time and permission of the Covid 19 group of South Sumatra Province. . The training material is in the form of strengthening the level of business production, product packaging, product marketing using digital placed markets, as well as simple financial bookkeeping which provides brief reports related to business management in monitoring the financial angle.]]>

Participants in this office administration briefing activity are Semester 5 Sharia Banking students who cannot intern at bank and bank financial institutions due to covid 19. The purpose of this office administration training is so that students can understand how to work in an office, what activities can be done there. In this office administration training, the speakers provide knowledge about what administration is, the scope of administration in the office, what activities will be carried out in the office. In this provision, students will also be given training on how to combine files into one PDF format. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to analyze and measure the role of market orientation, product quality, supply chain management strategies as mediating variables on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Palembang. This study explains how the influence of market orientation and understanding of product quality by the owner or leader of the Songket UKM in Palembang City on the company's performance. The research sample amounted to 50 people consisting of elements of the owners and leaders of the Palembang songket UKM and that is from 25 Palembang UKM business units. Survey method with quantitative management data through statistical analysis test of the SPss IBM 25 application to measure the level of market orientation, product quality, supply chain management strategy on the performance of SMEs in Palembang. These results show that the Market orientation has a significant positive role on the performance of SME companies in the city of Palembang and it can provide an alternative solution in the form of information on awareness of the influence of the variables studied as owners or leaders of SMEs on market orientation, product quality , supply chain management strategies to improve the performance of songket SMEs in Palembang.]]>

<![CDATA[Setiap mahasiswa baru membutuhkan pengenalan tentang kehidupan kampus yang akan menjadi tempat mereka belajar kurang lebih selama 4 (empat) tahun. Mereka akan memasuki cara belajar di perguruan tinggi yang jelas berbeda cara belajarnya dengan tingkat sekolah menengah atas (SMA). Perbankan Syariah STEBIS IGM merupakan salah satu prodi yang menerika mahasiswa baru pada tahun 2022 ini. Oleh karena itu kami memberikan edukasi sekaligus perkenalan kepada mahasiswa baru perbankan syariah. Adapun materinya (1) pengenalan STEBIS IGM dan Perbankan Syariah (visi dan misi); (2) pengenalan dosen-dosen perbankan syariah (3) Pengenalan fasilitas-fasilitas di perbankan syariah; (4 ) pengenalan kurikulum yang ada di Perbankan syariah; (5) perkenalan mengenai profil lulusan ; (6) memberikan tips kepada mahasiswa baru tentang bagaimana cara belajar diperguruan tinggi. <![CDATA[Artikel pengabdian ini membahas tentang pelatihan penyusunan citation dan reference manager menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Sangat penting dilaksanakan di tengah semangkin perlunya publikasi ilmiah di satu sisi dan terbatasnya pengetahuan-pengetahuan terhadap alat bantu yang dapat memudahkan itu semua. Salah satunya adalah aplikasi Mendeley. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, demontrasi dan evaluasi.. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan penyusunan citation dan reference manager sangat penting bagi mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah. Aplikasi Mendeley salah satu aplikasi yang bisa digunakan dan sedang sangat diminati serta menjadi syarat penulisan karya ilmiah bagi banyak perguruan Tinggi. Mendeley adalah alat desktop, web, dan seluler gratis untuk mengatur kutipan penelitian dari artikel peer-review dalam format PDF. Sebagai aplikasi yang berhubungan dengan teknologi, mempelajari cara menggunakannya dengan bijak sangatlah penting.]]>

<![CDATA[Kantin IGM yang berlokasi di palembang merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyediakan makanan yang diperuntukkan untuk dikonsumsi oleh mahasiswa dan keluarga besar kampus indo Global Mandiri. Kantin ini menyediakan berbagai macam makanan ringan seperti snack dan makanan pokok dengan menu nasi dengan lauk pauknya. Pelayanan kantin igm ini diperuntukkan untuk mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan yang jumlah perhari nya kurang lebih 500 sampai dengan 1000 orang. Hasil observasi awal menunjukkan bahwa produk makanan yang ditawarkan belum memiliki sertifikasi halal yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah dibawah kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia.Walaupun masyarakat Indonesia mayoritas beragama islam, tetapi belum tentu perilakunya mengarah kepada kesadaran untuk mengonsumsi makanan halal. Melalui program pemerintah yaitu Program 1 Juta Sertifikat Halal Gratis bagi pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil. bahwa mandatory atau kewajiban Sertifikasi Halal Tahapan pertama yang mulai berlaku pada 17 Oktober 2024. Jika sampai 17 Oktober 2024 belum bersertifkat halal, maka dapat dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to examine trends and developments in research related to digital financials and the performance of small and medium-sized microenterprises in an effort to improve the economy of small and medium-sized enterprises in Indonesia. Digital Financial research bibliometric data is taken from secondary data via the Publish or Perish application search engine version 8 with the search engine option feature of the Google Scholar application menu. The study finds information about how many research articles and keywords are used, the number of publishers, as well as the reputation rankings of any journal that publishes digital financial and micro and medium enterprises. Performance themes; the year trend begins to emerge and the majority of queries on digital financial and micro enterprises performance; the implications generated by previous investigations related to Digital Financial, and the performance of micro and small enterprises; the impact of digital financial withdrawal by micro and medium enterprises can face uncertain global economic challenges; the role of Digital Financial can enhance financial inclusion; the government has an important and vital role in formulating policies related to the development of the digital financial ecosystem Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) ; the implementation of Digital Finance is well implemented by the Micro Finance Institutions to accelerate the positive performance of MSME.]]>
