Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penambahan sari jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) yang ditambahkan dalam ransum terhadap kadar kolesterol darah, high density lipoprotein (HDL) dan low density lipoporotein (LDL) pada itik Magelang jantan. Materi yang digunakan adalah 100 ekor itik Magelang Jantan umur 5 minggu dengan bobot badan 460 ± 4,51 g. Bahan penyusun ransum terdiri dari jagung, bekatul, bungkil kedelai, tepung ikan, premix dan nasi kering. Ransum penelitian disusun dengan kandungan protein 18,25 % dan energi metabolis 2902 kkal/kg. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan dan setiap unit percobaan terdiri 5 ekor itik. Perlakuan penelitian yaitu T0 (ransum tanpa penambahan sari jeruk nipis), T1 (ransum + 1,5 ml sari jeruk nipis), T2 (ransum + 3 ml sari jeruk nipis) dan T3 (ransum + 4,5 ml sari jeruk nipis). Parameter yang diukur adalah Konsumsi ransum, trigliserida, HDL dan LDL serta pertambahan bobot badan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan sari jeruk nipis nyata meningkatkan (P<0,05) kadar HDL dan menurunkan kadar trigliserida, kolesterol dan LDL darah itik magelang jantan, tatapi tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) terhadap konsumsi ransum dan pertambahan bobot badan.Kata kunci : itik Magelang jantan; sari jeruk nipis; profil lemak darah.ABSTRACTThe aim of the research is to assess the effect of lime (Citrus aurantifolia) addition in the diet on blood cholesterol high density lipoprotein and low density lipoporotein in male Magelang duck. The material used is 100 ducks magelang 5 weeks in age with an average body weight of 460 ± 4,51 g. Formula of the feeds used corn, rice bran, premix and loyang. Ration of research compiled by the protein content of 18.25% and metabolic energy 2902 kcal / kg. The research design used was completely randomized design with four treatment and five replications. Treatment research is T0 (ration without the addition of lime), T1 (ration + 1.5 ml of lime), T2 (ration + 3 ml of lime) and T3 (4.5 ml + ration of lime). The parameters of the research were ration consumption, trigliserid, HDL and LDL and body weight gain. The results showed the addition of lime treatments significantly increased (P <0.05) of HDL and lower trigliserid, blood cholesterol and LDL, but it’s non significant to ration consumption and body weight gain.Key word : male Magelang duck; concentrate lime, fat blod profile.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to find out”Wayang Kardus” as teaching media hekp X TKJ students of SMKn! Rasau Jaya in academic year 2017/2018 improve their speaking ability, especially retelling a biography text. This research implemented classroom action reseach in which the intruments used were test, IPKG 1,IPKG 2, students activity guidelines and dokumentation. This classroom action research was conducted in three cycles. In cycle 1, the data revealed 3 student got very least active, 22 least active, 3 active enough,, and 7 active. The students everage score both linguistics 6,4% and nonlinguistic 6,35%, final score was 65,42%. Based on the IPKG 1 and IPKG 2, the teacher got 48 in activity assessments, categirized as good enough.in cycle II, 13 students got active enough, 16 active and 6 very active. Students linguistic aspect has  improved to 7,91% and nonlinguistic aspect was 7,80%. The students rate was 74,28%. Teacher assessments based on the IPKG 1 guidelines have improved to 64 and IPKG 2  was 65, categirized as good, Cycle III revealed a better improvement. There were 13 students were active enough, 13 active and 19 got very avtive. From the aspect of lingustich, the score was 8,54% and from the aspect of  nonlinguistich was 8,44%.  Key words: Media, Speaking, Wayang Kardus,
