Indonesian state is a state of law. Basic constitutional state is the Pancasila and the 1945 constitutional the law is one of the institutions that are needed to anticipate that the rapid developments in the human life. In combating criminal acts that appear in people's live we need a legal product that can up hold justice and can be a means of public protector. The purpose of criminal law is to prevent people committed a crime in order to create a rule of law, as the public protector (preventive purposes) and resuscitate the criminals from committing or repeating a criminal offense. In this regart, this paper was written in order to determine the extent to which the catholic spiritual guidance to inmates in prisons class 1 Madiun can develop cognitive, affective, and psychomotor and spiritual as well as the growth and development of a strong faith in Christ. Research shows that all respondents said that the spiritual guidance of the chatolic agains chatolic inmates in prisons clas 1 madiun already paying attention and very benevical to inmates. Based on research data, all or ten (10) of respondents revealed that spiritual guidance in prisons has been done. Howere, from10 (ten) of the respondent there were 8 (eight) respondents revealed already understand and follow the activities of the chatolic spiritual formation has led to repentance, maturing faith, build churches and true salvation. Therefore, the spiritual guidance of the chatolic against chatolic inmates to keep more inmates could be implemented in order to live and to discover the identity and increasingly responsible.

Motivation is a conscious effort, which comes from within and outside of a person. Motivation is affecting a person's behavior so that he moved his heart to act to do something to achieve a certain result or goal. The call to be a catechist must be well motivated and not just looking for a position. This motivation is also needed by students of STKIP Widya Yuwana, as a potential catechist. The issues that arise are: whether the students of STKIP Widya Yuwana have pure motivation from inside themself as catechist? Are their motivations fixed or changed? Do they have the motivation to serve? How far the initial motivation to enter college to give influence for students of STKIP Widya Yuwana? How does motivation have an impact on pastoral care, which is the duty and responsibility of students of STKIP Widya Yuwana, as a potential catechist?Based on the problem, the purpose of this research is to see how far the influence of early motivation for college students of STKIP Widya Yuwana to the spirit of service in the environment.Through questionnaires to 48 respondents using quantitative research methods, it was found that most of the students admitted that there was an influence between the initial motivation to enter the lecture toward the pastoral practice in the environment, but the initial motivation of the students as candidates for catechism and/religious teachers needs to be refined so that students seriously answer the call of his life as a catechist candidate, not just to pursue offers that offer a position or salary alone. Thus, the coaching of these students needs to get the attention of many parties.

The family has a great responsibility and role in the child's faith education. Children's faith education can be done through a family’s together prayer habit. One of the ways commonly used as a habit for Christian families in educating and nurturing children's faith is to instill the habit of praying in the family. Does the Christian family have a good understanding habit of the praying together in the Christian Family? Does the family have an awareness of the faith education for the development of the child’s faith? Do they understand the effect of praying together in their family for the development of the child’s faith? Based on these issues the research in this paper attempts to analyze how far the influence of family prayer for the development of the child’s faith.This study uses a qualitative method. The respondents of this study are Christian families who have children in the age range 0 to 12 years, and who live in the IV region of St. Cornelius Madiun Parish. The number of respondents in this study were 8 families. Based on the results of the study, all respondents or 8 respondents (100%) realized that the together praying in the family has a great influence on the development of the child's faith. There were 7 respondents (58,33%) emphasize that habit of the praying together in the Christian family can give spiritual provisions for the children, besides 5 respondents (62.5%) who said that habit of the praying in the Christian family is a means to educate children and 4 respondent (36,36%) expressed the habit of praying together in the family can fostering attention in the family.

The development of this technology matures more rapidly as human beings who have a high curiosity, each of us must try to do something new. Not a problem if each of us can understand it wisely and use them appropriately and wisely because of all that is demand time we need to know as a human being who has the time and living in the era. There was no denying young people today prefer instant lifestyle and demanding all the good and bad without any struggle. The dynamics of young people living in the various facts presented, including a variety of degeneration. The facts about the slump of moral, intellectual, and spiritual youth is not an absolute thing that can not be changed There are still many roads lead to Rome, so did the rise of young people, there are many ways towards him. Opportunity is still wide open as long as we actually believe and try So much indeed that we must face the challenges before it all come true. Catechesis of young people with a variety of appropriate methods should refer to a formation character useful for the development of self and community and church.

Di dalam Gereja, setiap anggota memiliki tugas dan fungsi yang berbeda-beda. Perbedaan tugas dan fungsi tersebut merupakan kekayaan dan nilai terdalam darimisteri Gereja sebagai umat Allah. Remaja dengan segenap kekhasannya juga harus dilihat sebagai kekayaan dan bagian tak terpisahkan dari misteri komunio yang turut memperkaya kehidupan Gereja. Maka, Gereja selain harus memberi tempat kepada remaja dalam keseluruhan karya pastoralnya, berkewajiban pula untuk memberikan kekuatan dan kesegaran kepada remaja dengan memperkuat pondasi iman dan menyegarkannya dengan berbagai pelayanan sakramen, terutama Sakramen Ekaristi. Penghayatan Ekaristi yang benar menjadi dasar bagi penghayatan hidup menggereja sehingga setiap remaja yang merayakan Ekaristi semakin ekaristis dan eklesiologis.

Tugas mewartakan Injil Kerajaan Allah merupakan tugas semua anggota Gereja, termasuk di dalamnya adalah Kaum Muda Katolik. Subyek perutusan adalah Gereja, yaitu umat beriman itu sendiri. Iman yang diajarkan oleh Gereja dihidupi oleh Gereja itu sendiri. Kitab Suci dan kegiatan mewartakan lnjil Kerajaan Allah sangat erat berkaitan, karena isi pewartaan bersumber terutama dari Kitab Suci dalam kesatuan dengan Tradisi. Kitab Suci menjadi pendamping utama bagi kaum muda dalam rangka ikut serta melaksanakan tugas perutusan mewartakan Injil Kerajaan Allah.

Perintah Yesus yang tersurat dalam Mat 28:19, harus dipahami sebagai kehendak Yesus supaya pengikut-pengikutNya pergi dan mengajar menjadikan murid segala bangsa. Dan setelah mereka menjadi murid dan percaya, kemuridan mereka ditandai dengan baptisan. Pewartaan tidak sekedar menjadikan orang mengerti tentang ajaran Yesus dan menerima baptisan (menjadi pengikut-Nya), tetapi terarah kepada tujuan yang lebih mendalam yaitu menjadikan orang sebagai pelaku aktif pewartaan (menjadi Pewarta/Pendidik Iman). Tugas ini memang lebih berat, sebab dalam tugas itu terkandung di dalamnya tugas mendewasakan orang agar menjadi penerus perwartaan (Pendidik Iman). Dalam rencana kehendak-Nya, Allah mau mengikutsertakan manusia dalam karya keselamatan-Nya. Setiap orang Kristiani yang telah menerima Sakramen Pembaptisan mempunyai tugas untuk menjadi pewarta dan pengajar Sabda Allah. Tugas pengajar atau pewarta adalah menghadirkan Allah dan Kerajaan-Nya melalui pengajaran atau pewartaannya. Dengan mengajar para pewarta menghantar orang kepada pengalaman cinta kasih Allah dan perjumpaan secara pribadi dengan Allah. Dalam rencana kehendak-Nva Allah mau mengikutsertakan manusia dalam karya keselamatan-Nya. Oleh karena itu, setiap orang Kristiani yang telah menerima Sakramen Pembaptisan mempunyai tugas untuk menjadi pewarta dan pengajaran sabda Allah. Melalui pengajaran diharapkan, kita dapat membangun Tubuh Kristus dan menanamkan apa yang menjadi iman Gereja dan menghantar orang lain untuk bertumbuh dalam keserupaan dengan Kristus.

Education is the primary means for the successful of national development. This is because education is expected to form the quality of human resources neededfor development itself. Human resource is a prerequisite for the existence of the quality of an educational institution. However, the quality of an educational institution is influenced by many factors, among others are means of infrastructure, systems and dynamics of educational activities, mentality and quality of educators, and the role of alumni who have lived and involved throughout various fields work. Therefore, the development of educational institution is not only focused on providing educational inputs but also has to pay more attention to the education process itself. Alumni have a special relationship and bond to the educational institution which formed and educated them before. Therefore, Alumni are expected to be more participating in improving the quality of educational institution where they were educated before. In other side, Almamater is also expected to continously giving a warm greeting to those alumni since they are individuals who are expected to devote more and more their knowledge, experiences dan times for the development of Almamater. The atmosphere can be well established if both Almamater and Alumni is expected to be more open and please to one another.

In common life, man is guided and directed to love, attention and noble servexes. it is because to serve the others is a very noble and beautiful task in the eyes of God Mother Teresa is a holy and player person who is willing to dedicate her self totally to the poor and to God. Due to so much of her love to the the vurnerable. Mother Teresa chose to leave her family and forget about personal wealth for her total love, attention and services to the poor who need these services very much. Mother Teresa spirit of service is the foundation of her strength and inspiration. which should be imitated by today's catechists. Her core spirituality is happy, joy, love, sacrifice and smiling. The sixth point of her spirituality is a source of inspiration and encouragement for her to serve the poor. A catechist has a heavy responsibility to the people, especally to the poor. For this, a cathecist must have a sense and a willingness to learn continuously as to accept such advice of.friends with an openly arm. In addition, a catechist should be able to establish a nice relationships with people who work in the filed of services. Just as Mother Teresa, it is impossible fa a catechist to work alone. Therefore, a catechists need to cooperate with others in order to improve his or her services to the others, especially to the poor.

The Church is sent to continue its mission as to present Jesus Christ throughout its pastoral engineering. By its pastoral engineering, the catholic Church always tries its best to guide all faithful people including those members of the catholic of the Indonesian national army-police. Such pastoral activity should be understood by the catholic of the Indonesian national army-police. Based on the background of study, the study aims to discover how far the members of the catholic of the Indonesian national army-police have understood pastoral engineering of the Church as to improve their mentality and character. To achieve the goal of study, the researcher applied a qualitative method of study. The respondents of study were the catholic of the Indonesian national army-police who live in Mater Dei Parish, Madiun. As a conclusion, the results of study indicated that in general the catholic of the Indonesian national armypolice have not understood well the meaning of pastoral engineering. However, they have participated in any pastoral engineering conducted by Church. The result of the study also indicated that Church has tried its best to develop the catholic of the Indonesian national armypolice mentality. Only a small part of respondents said that Church's concern to improve their spirituality and mentality was still lack. Researcher then suggested catholic spiritual army-police officers have a responsibility to improve a mental and spiritual quality of the catholic of the Indonesian national army-police.
