Abstract

Penggunaan jumlah alat yang tepat dalam pemanenan kayu perlu dilakukan agar waktu dan biaya produksi pemanenan kayu menjadi efisien. Tulisan ini mempelajari jumlah peralatan pemanenan kayu yang tepat berdasarkan rencana produksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di areal kerja hutan tanaman PT. Surya Hutani Jaya, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur pada tahun 2010. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa produktivitas alat, biaya pemilikan, dan operasi alat, jumlah alat, dan rencana produksi. Data ditabulasikan dan dihitung rata-ratanya. Data pengaruh jumlah alat dengan produktivitas dan biaya produksi dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah alat pemanenan kayu dari tahapan kegiatan penebangan sampai pengangkutan terdapat kelebihan atau kekurangan alat yang digunakan. Alat pemanenan kayu yang efisien berdasarkan rencana produksi terdiri atas 21 unit chainsaw untuk penebangan, 9 unit alat ekskavator untuk penyaradan, 10 unit loader untuk bongkar, 2 unit ekskavator untuk bongkar, dan 31 unit truk untuk mengangkut. Jumlah alat pemanenan kayu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap produktivitas pemanenan kayu dan biaya produksi.

Abstract

The principal's management ability is the most important factor in order to improve the quality and progress of the school. With the management, it is hoped that the principal can increase the motivation of teacher performance. Motivation of teacher performance certainly requires a strong role of the principal in planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the principal's management regarding planning, organizing, directing and control. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the principal's management regarding planning, organizing, directing and controlling so as to increase the motivation of teacher performance in schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The source of this research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of research data is carried out through by Steps: (1) Collecting data, (2) Reducing data, (3) Exposure of data, and (4) drawing conclusions. The results of the study are: 1) The ability of the principal's management in planning teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu; 2) The principal's management ability in organizing teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu according to procedures; 3) The principal's management ability in directing teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu has been running well; and 4) The ability of the principal's management in controlling or supervising to increase teacher performance motivation at SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu by monitoring and evaluating. From the overall management of the principal, it can be stated that the Principal of SMA Negeri 1 Cibatu Purwakarta Regency has been able to increase the motivation of teacher performance.

Abstract

Keputihan merupakan masalah reproduksi yang sering dialami oleh remaja dengan keluhan mengeluarkan cairan putih agak bening. Sebanyak 90% Wanita di Indonesia mengalami keputihan dan sebanyak 60% di alami oleh remaja putri. Sekitar 90% Wanita di Indonesia berpotensi jengalami keputihan karena negara Indonesia adalah daerah yang beriklim tropis, sehingga jamur mudah berkembang yang mengakibatkan banyaknya kasus keputihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari penggunaaan rebusan daun beluntas terhadap keputihan pada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, pra eksperimental dengan pendekatan one grup pretest-postest design. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menggunakan Mann Whitney U-Test diperoleh p value 0,000<0,05 yang artinya terdapat perbedaan durasi penurunan kadar keputihan antara responden yang mengkonsumsi rebusan daun beluntas  dan responden yang tidak mengkonsumsi rebusan daun beluntas. Dapat disimpilkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan rebusan daun beluntas terhadap keputihan pada remaja.   Vaginal discharge is a reproductive problem that is often experienced by adolescents with complaints of slightly clear white discharge. As many as 90% of women in Indonesia experience vaginal discharge and as many as 60% are experienced by adolescent girls. Around 90% of women in Indonesia have the potential to experience vaginal discharge because Indonesia is a tropical climate, so fungi easily develop which results in many cases of vaginal discharge. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the use of beluntas leaf decoction on vaginal discharge in adolescents. This study uses a quantitative, pre-experimental research method with a one-group pretest-postest design approach. Based on the results of the statistical test using the Mann Whitney U-Test, a p value of 0.000<0.05 was obtained, which means that there was a difference in the duration of the decrease in vaginal discharge between respondents who consumed beluntas leaf decoction and respondents who did not consume beluntas leaf decoction. It can be summed up that there is an effect of the use of beluntas leaf decoction on vaginal discharge in adolescents

Abstract

The need for raw materials for logs increases every year but there is not followed by the supply of raw materials for wood from natural forests. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the production of natural forest wood. This research aims at optimize the production of natural forest logged timber by using two felling techniques. The research method is analyzing data using the simplex linear programming method on POM For Windows 3 software. The research was carried at one forest concession company the IUPHHK-HA in East Kalimantan. The results showed that felling productivity with improved techniques can increased to 3.35 m3/hour and the average cost of production to a minimum of IDR 3,683.91/m3 Felling improved techniques can increase wood production to an optimal of 7.83 m3/tree so that wood production will be obtained by 39.652 m3/day. Each additional productivity input of 1 m3/hour will increase wood production by 0.348 m3/hour. The timber waste from the analysis results is not optimal.
