Abstract

The study aims to analyze the marketing mix strategy of certified palm oil seedlings. The method used was descriptive qualitative by describing and interpreting marketing strategy using marketing mix concept. Formulating a certified palm oil seed marketing strategy based on an assessment of the role of variables in the marketing mix implemented. The product strategy was expected to maintain the quality of certified palm oil seedlings. In the pricing strategy was to increase the price compliance with the quality of certified palm oil seedlings and apply discounts for consumers, especially small farmers. For the distribution line mix strategy should be able to shorten the distribution channel of certified palm oil seedlings and supervise the distribution process to the hand of farmers. Then, implementing a promotional mix strategy with more publicized promotional activities and expanding the dissemination of information on certified palm oil seedlings.

Abstract

        Organizations or companies always have various kinds of goals to be achieved. To achieve organizational goals, cooperation between all units or sections within the organization is required. Without cooperation it is difficult for organizations to achieve success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and personality on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Rimbo Dua Business Unit, Tebo Regency partially and simultaneously. The total population is 47 people and the sample is 47 people using the sampling method using Saturated Sampling. the decision is that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that Servant Leadership has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the personality variable with Organizational Citizenship Behavior shows that tcount = 10.584 is greater than ttable = 2.015 at a significance level of 0.05, so the decision is H0 is rejected Ha accepted, it can be concluded that personality has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Based on the simultaneous simultaneous test, the Fcount value is 108.461 and the Ftable is 3.21, this indicates that the Servant Leadership and personality variables have a significant effect on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. based on the results of r2 = 0.831 this means that the contribution of Servant Leadership (X1), Personality (X2) to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is 83.1% and the remaining 16.9% can be explained by other factors outside of this study .

Abstract

This research was conducted in Empelu Hamlet, Tanah Sepenggal District, Bungo Regency with the consideration that in the hamlet there were field agricultural extension agents with the Integrated Crop Management (PTT) program and as a food production center in Tanah Sepenggal District, Bungo Regency. The time of the research was carried out for 2 months. namely from 20 June 2021 to 20 August 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between socio-economic factors of farmers (Level of Education, Age of Farmers, Land Area, Farming Experience and Income of farmers) with the implementation of the Integrated Crop Management (PTT) program. in the research area and to find out the problems encountered in the implementation of Integrated Plant Management (PTT) in the research area. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative descriptive method with interview techniques with farmers based on a questionnaire containing a series of questions regarding the problems encountered in paddy rice farming and efforts to overcome them. The results of this study showed that the age factor, farming experience and land area had no relationship with the Integrated Crop Management Program (PTT) for lowland rice farming, but the level of education and total income had a relationship with the Integrated Plant Management Program (PTT) in the study area. The problems faced by the sample farmers were plant pest disturbances, bad weather and irrigation which greatly affected the lowland rice farming because it could reduce the quality and quantity of the sample farmers' lowland rice plants. Meanwhile, to deal with weather and irrigation, farmers work in mutual cooperation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at PT. Honda Muara Bungo shoots partially and simultaneously. The total population is 1,084 people and the sample is 92 people with the sampling method using purposive sampling. Based on the results of data processing, the results of the multiple linear regression equation are obtained as follows: Y = 8.171 + 0.029X1 + 0.038X2 + e from the t-test shows that the promotion variable with purchasing decisions shows that t count = 9.995 is greater than t table = 1.987 at the significance level 0.05 then the decision is H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and the price variable with purchasing decisions shows that t count = 10.778 is greater than t table = 1.987 at a significance level of 0.05 then the decision is H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous simultaneous test, the F count value is 207.819 and the F table is 3.10. This indicates that the promotion and price variables have a significant effect on the purchase decision variable. Based on the results of R2 = 0.824, this means that the contribution of X1, X2 to Y is 82.4% and the remaining 17.6% can be explained by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Arifindo Mandiri Kabupaten Bungo. populasi dan sampel sebanyak 40 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu metode Sampling Jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda sebagai berikut : Y = 10,782 + 0,462X1 + 0,443X2 + e dan hasil dari Uji-t dan Uji F atau secara simulatan (serentak) di peroleh nilai Fhitung 27,120 > Ftabel 3,25 Artinya, secara simultan (serentak) kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Nilai R2 = 59,4%
