Abstract

Keputusan Pembelian adalah suatu proses pengintegrasian yang mengkombinasi sikap dan pengetahuan untuk mengevaluasi dua atau lebih perilaku alternatif dan memilih salah satu diantaranya (Susastro, 2012: 38). Menurut Raharjani (2010), terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain; produk, harga dan pelayanan.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh produk, harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian konsumen pada Toko Kain Kiloan Aulia Ponorogo.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu data yang dihasilkan berupa angka-angka. Penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Toko Kain Kiloan Aulia Ponorogo. Analisis data penulis lakukan diawali dengan pengumpulan dan pengolahan data berupa kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert, di mana alternatif jawaaban nilai 1 hingga 5 pemberian skor dilakukan atas jawaban pertanyaan baik mengenai Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Kualitas Layanan (X3) maupun Keputusan Pembelian (Y).Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan sesuai dengan data yang dikelola dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda disimpulkan bahwa Produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji t hitung dengan nilai signifikasni sebesar 3,272 dengan koefisien regresi 0,476.Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji t hitung dengan nilai signifikasni sebesar 2,356 dengan koefisien regresi 0,444. Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji t hitung dengan nilai signifikasni sebesar 3,706 dengan koefisien regresi 0,227.Diantara variabel independen yang ada (Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Layanan), Variabel Kualitas Layanan menjadi variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai signifikasni sebesar 3,706 dengan koefisien regresi 0,227.Produk, Harga dan Kualitas Layanan secara bersama-sama/simultan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F hitung dengan nilai signifikasni sebesar 19,366.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, exterior, daninterior terhadap kepuasan” konsumen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen caffe jierowedangan Madiun. Tekniknpengambilannsampelnyangndigunakan adalahninsidentalsampling,nsehinggandiperoleh 90 responden yang dijadikan sebagainsampelnpenelitian.Metodenstatistiknyangndigunakannadalahnpengujiannsecaranparsial, simultan untuk mengujipengaruhnsecaranlangsung kualitas pelayanan, exterior dan interior terhadap kepuasankonsumen.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitasn pelayanannberpengaruhpositif dannsignifikan terhadapnkepuasan konsumen,exterior tidak berpengaruhndan negatifterhadap struktur modal, dan interior berpengaruhnpositifndannsignifikan terhadapnkepuasankonsumen. Hasil penelitian secara simultan kualitasnpelayanan, exterior, dan interiorberpengaruhnsignifikannterhadapnkepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadershipt, discipline, and work environment on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan. The research method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Dagangan totaling 53 teachers. The sampling method used is sampling jenuh , which is taking sample members from a population with a population that is relatively small, the sample was 53 teachers from 50 populations. Data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Testing instruments using validity test, and reliability test. While for data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) leadership has a positive effect (0,427) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (2) Discipline has a positive effect (0,312) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan, (3) work environment has a positive effect (0,250) and significant on teacher work performanceat SMAN 1 Dagangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Value, and Shopping Emotion on Impulse Buying of Shopee Consumers (study of the community in Ponorogo). The analytical technique used in this research is quantitative analysis technique using SPSS version 16 statistical program. This study involved 100 people ini Ponorogo as respondents. The result particially show that Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping Value has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying, and Shopping Emotion has a significant and negative effect on Impulse Buying. While the result of study simultaneously show that three independent variable have a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products brand Y.O.U. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with data collection methods used are field research, namely, interviews, observation/observations and questionnaires. In this study, there were 95 consumers who bought Y.O.U Brand Cosmetic Products. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Y.O.U brand cosmetic products.

Abstract

Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are institutions established with the aim of improving the welfare of society through the development of productive economic enterprises and other sectors. Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) are growing over time with various new innovations that have been implemented to attract community interest. This study aims to determine the effect of product diversity, shopping experience, and service quality on consumers' repurchase decisions at BUMDES Krowe stores. The research method used is a quantitative method using primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and F test. The results show that: (1) product variety partially has a significant effect on repurchase decisions. This shows that the availability of a variety of products will increase repurchase decisions. (2) shopping experience partially has a significant effect on repurchase decisions. This shows that a good shopping experience will increase repurchase decisions. (3) service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchasing decisions. This shows that the existence of optimal service quality will increase repurchase decisions. (4) product variety, shopping experience, and service quality simultaneously affect repurchase decisions. These three variables have an important role in influencing repurchase decisions, where the availability of a variety of products, a good shopping experience, and optimal service quality will jointly influence repurchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Work Engagement, Person Environment Fit, and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction in employees of PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading. This study uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT INKA Multi Solution Trading (IMST) with a total of 71 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program version 25. The results showed that there was a direct and proven significant effect of Work Engagement and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction. However, the variable Person Environment Fit has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Main Findings: Work Engagement and Work Life Balance have a direct and significant influence on Job Satisfaction; Person Environment Fit does not have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. The findings of this study indicate that Work Engagement and Work Life Balance are important factors that influence Job Satisfaction of PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading employees. Companies need to focus on efforts to improve Work Engagement and Work Life Balance of their employees to increase Job Satisfaction and ultimately improve company performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of globalization has significantly increased the utilization of technology and information, particularly in various organizational activities. This advancement impacts how organizations manage human resources to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work quality, team support, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Ponorogo Tourism Office. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a case study design. The population in this study comprises employees of the Ponorogo Tourism Office who hold civil servant status. Using a nonprobability sampling technique, a total of 42 respondents were selected as the research sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, while data analysis employed multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the partial (t-test) analysis show that work quality (p = 0.011), team support (p = 0.003), and organizational culture (p = 0.010) each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that employees who demonstrate high work quality, receive adequate support from their teams, and operate within a strong and positive organizational culture are more likely to exhibit better work performance. The research highlights the importance of maintaining high work standards, fostering collaboration among team members, and strengthening cultural values within the organization to improve employee performance outcomes. Practical implications suggest that the Ponorogo Tourism Office should focus on continuous professional development, effective teamwork strategies, and reinforcing organizational values to enhance productivity and service quality. This study contributes to the broader understanding of human resource management in the public sector, particularly within the tourism department, and serves as a reference for similar agencies seeking to optimize employee performance through organizational and interpersonal factors.

Abstract

Goal of the study is to determine how customers' decisions to purchase azarine sunscreen are influenced by online user reviews, perceptions of product quality, and pricing. Therefore, this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors motivating consumer purchase decisions, particularly among students at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. This research employs a quantitative method, with data collection conducted through questionnaires. The respondents are management students from the 2020-2023 cohorts at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo, totaling 80 individuals as calculated using the Heir formula. The study's findings show that the variable Online Customer Reviews had no discernible impact on consumers' decisions to buy Azarine sunscreen, while the variables Product Quality and Price Perception have a significant influence on the purchase decision of Azarine sunscreen.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence organizational commitment have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah,, work life balance have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah, and workload have on the performance of health workers at RSU Muhammadiyah. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. Research variable data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 70 respondents using probability sampling techniques with the simple random sampling method. The results of this research show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance, work life balance does not have a significant effect on performance, workload has a significant effect on performance. The R-Square value shows 70.8%, the remaining 29.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
