Abstract

Perusahaan Dymas Kulit merupakan perusahaan yang membuat usaha kerajinan kulit seperti halnya sepatu dan sandal. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jl. Imam Bonjol Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan menggumpulkan data aktual yang relevan atau dua sumber data primer ataupun sekunder yang melalui observasi dan wawancara diperusahaan Dymas Kulit. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Strategi yang digunakan perusahaan Dymas Kulit dalam menetapkan Strategi Harga ada tiga yaitu: Strategi Harga Rendah, Strategi Harga Diskon, Strategi Harga Cuci Gudang.Strategi Inovasi produk yang digunakan perusahaan Dymas Kulit ada dua yaitu: Inovasi bertahap, Inovasi produk. Hambatan-hambatan perusahaan melakukan inovasi itudiantaranya:1. Biaya yang digunakan untuk berinovasi sangat tinggi, 2. Kurangnya ide yang kreatif, 3. Karyawan yang inovatiftidakmemadai. Target pasar yang dibidik oleh Dymas Kulit yaitu Mayarakat menengah kebawah seperti Pegawai Perempuan, Pelajar dan masyarakat umum lainnya

Abstract

Penelitianaini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya  tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan kepuasan pengunjung terhadap minat berkunjung ulang pengunjung di Mojosemi Forest Park Kabupaten Magetan dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel intervening Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis. Populasi popenelitiaN adalah pengunjung.,mMojosemi Forest Park di Magetan yang pernah berkunjung. Sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara kuisioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data dari  penelitian ini menggunakan analisis ..path, dan uji t. Hasil analisis path penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung lebih besar. Menyatakan bahwa daya tarik memediasi antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik berpengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Mojosemi Forest Park di Magetan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Cash Turnover and Earning Credit on Profitability and Impact on Company Value at PT. BPR RAGA SURYA NUANSA PONOROGO by using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Path Analysis techniques as a correlation of cause and effect relationships. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion described, it can be seen that 1). Cash velocity has a positive effect on the profitability of ROE and ROA. 2). Provision of Earning Loans has a positive effect on ROE and ROA profitability. 3). ROE and ROA profitability has a positive effect on Company Value. 4). Cash circulation and lending together have a positive effect on profitability. 5). The Cause and Effect Relationship of Cash Turnover and Earning Credit and Profitability to Company Value has a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Hasby Ponorogo convection company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial performance on the ability to pay zakat. Analysis methods used are the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. Data processing using SPSS version 16. The result of the study showed that the Profitability Ratio (Return On Asset) had a positive effect on the company zakat, the Liquidity Ratio (Current Ratio) and the Activity Ratio (BOPO) had no effect on the company zakat. Regression result show that adjusted r square is 0.838, meaning that the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 83.3% and 16.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products brand Y.O.U. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with data collection methods used are field research, namely, interviews, observation/observations and questionnaires. In this study, there were 95 consumers who bought Y.O.U Brand Cosmetic Products. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that the influence of consumer trust, brand image and satisfaction have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Y.O.U brand cosmetic products.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that greatly influences the work system, be it an organization or company, and whether a company or organization is good or not can be seen from how good or bad the performance of the employees is. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of independent variables in the form of work environment, workload and information technology on employee performance by taking the object of research at Surya Mart Supermarket Ponorogo. This research uses quantitative research principles. The data used in the research data mining process are primary data and secondary data. The parties selected as the population are employees of Surya Mart Supermarket Ponorogo with a sample of 45 people. The summary of the research results is that the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee performance variables, the workload variable has a positive effect on employee performance, and the information technology variable is positive on employee performance simultaneously, all variables affect employee performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan anggota Aisyiyah Ponorogo untuk peningkatan nilai gizi serta menambah nilai ekonomi pada olahan berbahan dasar singkong. Singkong akan diolah menjadi produk susu, yang memiliki nilai inovasi yang timggi sehingga banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pada saat kegiatan pengabdian diawalai dengan sosialisasi, dan selanjutnya melakukan pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan susu berbahan dasar singkong. Selanjutnya kegiatan evaluasi dengan memberikan angket pada anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian, dan menggali keinginan untuk berwirausaha. Manfaat kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo mampu mengolah singkong menjadi susu yang dapat membuka peluang usaha home industry, diharapkan bisa membantu pendapatan keluarga. Berdasarkan evaluasi di lapangan didapatkan 85% dari peserta pengabdian Anggota aisyiyah Ponorogo mampu mengolah singkong menjadi produk susu, mampu menambah literasi dan tambahan pendapatan keluarga

Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. Customers are greatly helped by the use of artificial intelligence (AI)
