Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and work environment on employee work discipline in the Dewi Sri Magetan supermarket. This type of research is a survey. Research subjects were 54 self-service employees. This data was collected by questionnaire and analized using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that : 1) leadership has a positive effect on employee work discipline with value tcount 3,645 > ttable 2,009with a significant 0,001. 2) compensation has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a tcount of 3,123 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,003. 3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee work discipline with a value of tcaount of 3,547 > ttable 2,009 with a significant of 0,001. 4) Leadership, compensation, and work environment simultaneously effect employee work discipline with a fcount 12,668 > ftabel 2,56 with a significant 0,000. The contribution of leadership, compensation and work environment influence positively to employee work discipline by 48,1%. The regression equation obtained is Y= (-6,394) + 0,591 X1 + 0,431 X2 + 0,314 X3 + e.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia saat berjalannya usaha sangat berpengaruh pada kemajuan dari perusahan. Mempersiapkan akan sumber daya yang mampu mencukupi kebutuhan perusahaan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Ayam Penyet Surabaya. Penentuan sampel dengan sampel jenuh antara lain 50 karyawan dengan metode perhitungan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja karyawan di Ayam Penyet Surabaya dan secara persial kompetensi, motivasi, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, terhadap kinerja karyawan di Ayam Penyet Surabaya. Kinerja guru dapat dijelaskan oleh tiga variabel independent sebesar 51,7% dan yang lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze 1) to determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 2) to determine the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 3) to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari. 4) to determine the influence of organizational commitment, achievement motivation and leadership style simultaneously to employee performance PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari.Population of this study are employees of PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari which totaling 200 employees. In this study sample was taken 30% of the population that is 60 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. Techniques of data analysis in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 23 . Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat menegtahui persoalan pengaruh gaya hidup, brand turst, terhadap loyaloitas konsumen secara langsun maupun melalui keputusan pembeli sebagai perantara ataupun mediasi pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen. Metode penelitian ini dengan menyebar kuisioner sebanyak 100 responden di pengunjung kebun stasiun hidroponik Sragen. Pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan pengaruh dari gaya hidup tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen. Dengan hasil analisis pengaruh gaya hidup yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen, Brand trust mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen, Brand trust mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen, Keputusan pembelian mempunyai pengaruh tidak signifikan  terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen, Gaya hidup berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen (fully mediated), pengaruh Brand trust pada loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan pembelian pada Stasiun Hidroponik Sragen (fully mediated).

Abstract

Pelaksana melaksanakan program binaan pada SMA Negeri 1 Lasem karena memang budaya siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lasem haruslah dirubah yang tadinya menggunakan uang saku dari orangtuanya untuk minum kopi di warung kopi usai sekolah atau sekedar kongkow-kongkow yang tidak mengahasilkan. Budaya ini harus segera diberantas karena hal ini cukup merugikan diri mereka sendiri, khususnya bagi siswa yang mempunyai impian besar untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhannya akan tetapi pada kenyataannya tidak memiliki kehidupan ekonomi yang berkecukupan. agar tercapai maksud dan tujuannya maka pelaksana menggunakan metode ceramah (penyampaian materi), sesi tanya jawab, diskusi dan pengarahan investasi yang aman. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertema “Edukasi Investasi Reksadana pada Siswa Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) SMA Negeri 1 Lasem” adalah perbaikan tata nilai masyarakat pada bidang seni budaya, sosial, politik, keamanan, ketentraman, pendidikan, kesehatan berwujud dalam a) paham akan perencanaan keuangan yang matang; b) mampu memprioritaskan kebutuhan sekunder dan primer; c) sadar atau “melek” investasi khususnya reksadana pendapatan tetap; dan d) mengetahui cara melibatgandakan uang tanpa harus berhutang, kemudian ketua pengabdian berusaha menjembatani untuk mewuhudkannya dengan memberikan uang atau dana atau modal kepada Siswa sebesar Rp 100.000 untuk 2 (dua) orang yang berhasil menjawab pertanyaan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan modal atau dana awal pembukaan rekening reksadana saham. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors driving the increase in local revenue (PAD) to the Government of Banyumas. This research was conducted at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Asset Banyumas (DPPKAD). The study was conducted with a qualitative approach to the use of internal DPPKAD officials as informants to provide valid informations what drives revenue generating Banyumas. According to the results of research and analysis, several factors driving the increase in revenue Banyumas, among others: (1) The existence of local enterprises (BUMD) as a contributor to revenue, (2) existence of policies undertaken by the Government of Banyumas Regency relevant for collection of the PAD, (3) Reward System granted to the parties relating to the acceptance of PAD and (4) the innovation made as a driver of local revenue from PAD which includes (a) Conformation to the taxpayer, (b) The Integrated team, (c) Revaluated property and land value of Property tax, and (d) Perform Socialization of a Local Taxes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of customer incentives, trust and complaint handling on customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research design. With a population of 1.500 respondents. Withdrawal of the number of samples is determined by the Slovin formula and the results are 100 respondents. Sampling technique uses Instidental Sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used statistical analysis are multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that customer incentives, trust and complaint handling simultaneously and significantly affected customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Customer incentives have a positive and significant effect on customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Trust has a positive and significant effect on customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer retention at the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or contribution of variable customer incentives, trust and complaint handling to customer retention in the BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura is 50.4%. Suggestions from this research, BMT Amanah Ummah should in this case continue to improve and pay attention to factors that influence customer retention, namely customer incentives, trust and complaint handling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the repurchase decision by product quality and service quality in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The population in this study is all consumers in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondent's answers. Path analysis to identify the relationship between product quality and service quality on repurchase decision s through customer satisfaction. The results showed that repurchase decision thought customer satisfaction were not significantly affected by product quality, while service quality on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction significantly affected the Surakarta Triwindu Market Kerboard : Product quality, Service quality, Customer satisfaction, Repurchase decisions

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis berpengaruh atau tidaknya budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah 63 karyawan Universitas Tunas Pembangunan (UTP) Surakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut adalah sampel sensus dengan mengambil sampel dengan keseluruhan yaitu 63 responden. Data pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert untuk mengukur jawaban responden untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasilnya yaitu menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja, kedisiplinan dan insentif berpengaruh simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya kerja secara signikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kedisipilinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan insentif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance.
