Abstract

Penelitianaini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya  tarik wisata, kualitas pelayanan kepuasan pengunjung terhadap minat berkunjung ulang pengunjung di Mojosemi Forest Park Kabupaten Magetan dengan kepuasan pengunjung sebagai variabel intervening Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji hipotesis. Populasi popenelitiaN adalah pengunjung.,mMojosemi Forest Park di Magetan yang pernah berkunjung. Sampel sebanyak 94 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara kuisioner dan observasi. Metode analisis data dari  penelitian ini menggunakan analisis ..path, dan uji t. Hasil analisis path penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengaruh langsung lebih besar. Menyatakan bahwa daya tarik memediasi antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik berpengaruh positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Mojosemi Forest Park di Magetan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, promosi dan merekterhadap keputusan pembelian hp SAMSUNG di Artomoro Celluler. Objek dalam penelitian iniadalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli suatu produk pada Artomoro Celluler. Jumlah sampelyang diambil adalah 100 responden. Data dan hasil jawaban responden tersebut diolah denganSPSS.20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pertimbangan kualitas produk, promosi, dan merekberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, Promosi, Merek

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh kemampuan adaptasi, skill development dan keyakinan diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data dari kuesioner yang disebarkan dengan pernyataan tertulis kepada responden. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS 21. Terdapat populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan karyawan dari PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia yang terletak di Ponorogo. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 36 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Dimana jika populasi relatif kecil sehinggan sampel merupakan keseluruhan dari populasi . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan adaptasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (2) Terdapat pengaruh antara skill development terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (3) Terdapat pengaruh antara keyakinan diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (4) Terdapat pengaruh antara kemampuan adaptasi, skill development dan keyakinan diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Then it was analyzed using the SPSS 21 software application. The population in this study was employees of PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia located in Ponorogo. The population and sample in the study amounted to 36 employees using the census method. Where if the population is relatively small so that the sample is the whole of the population . The results of this study show that: (1) There is an influence between adaptability to employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (2) There is an influence between skill development on employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (3) There is an influence between self-confidence in employee performance at PT. Djaya Mandiri Indonesia. (4) There is an influence between adaptability, skill development and self-confidence in the performance of employees at PT. Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the impact of attitudes, religiosity, knowledge, and environment on purchasing decisions for halal cosmetic products in Indonesia. The participants of this study are Indonesians who purchase halal cosmetic products. The number of samples collected in this study were 200 respondents. The method of determining respondents used a non-probability sampling method in the manner of accidental sampling. The kind of data used in this study is primary data obtained using the online questionnaire method using Google Forms. The method of analysis of this research is SEM with AMOS software tools. According to the findings of this study, attitudes have a significant positive impact on the decision to purchase halal cosmetics in Indonesian adolescents. Meanwhile, Religiosity, Knowledge and Environment have no discernible impact on the purchasing decision halal cosmetics for Indonesian teenager. The limitations of this study are that there are 4 independent variables used and only 1 variable that influences purchasing decisions. This study the data generated was only based on a questionnaire based on perceptions of respondents' answers via Google Froms so that conclusions could be drawn from the data collected through dissemination via Google Forms without direct interviews and observation with the parties involved.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Work Engagement, Person Environment Fit, and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction in employees of PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading. This study uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of PT INKA Multi Solution Trading (IMST) with a total of 71 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program version 25. The results showed that there was a direct and proven significant effect of Work Engagement and Work Life Balance on Job Satisfaction. However, the variable Person Environment Fit has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Main Findings: Work Engagement and Work Life Balance have a direct and significant influence on Job Satisfaction; Person Environment Fit does not have a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. The findings of this study indicate that Work Engagement and Work Life Balance are important factors that influence Job Satisfaction of PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading employees. Companies need to focus on efforts to improve Work Engagement and Work Life Balance of their employees to increase Job Satisfaction and ultimately improve company performance.

Abstract

Human resources have a role that can determine the success of all activities in the school. Teachers are the spearhead in efforts to improve the quality of services and educational outcomes. Therefore the school seeks to prepare human resources to face the changing times. Information technology (IT) has experienced a very rapid increase in the current developments, as can be seen from the use of technological equipment whose sophistication continues to increase with the reach being achieved is increasingly expanding. In the world of education, the application of information technology is needed to support the operational activities of educational institutions such as schools. The sample for this service is 20 teachers at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Center Ponorogo. The activity begins with coordination with partners, planning and implementing community service activities. It is hoped that the results of this service activity with the development of digital information technology will be able to develop the learning process and help promote institutions, especially for partners, containing issues and focus of service, goals of service, methods/approaches/strategies of service research, and results of community service.

Abstract

Ibu-ibu masyarakat Imigran Indonesia yang berad di Malaysia, dengan pekerjaan sehari-hari sebagian besar ibu rumah tangga, petani dan pedagang. Dimana mereka dapat menjadikan waktu disela sela keseharainnyauntuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia dengan ecopreneurship. Ecopreneur yang dikembangkan dalam PkM ini adalah pengembangan produk bernilai tambah dari segi manfaat dan ekonominya yang bahan bakunya dari alam sekitar kita yang dianggap tidak/kurang bernilai ekonomis. Selain itu, kelompok juga didampingi dalam pembuatan produk dan media promosi serta pemasaran. Pada kegiatan PkM ini ecopreneurship damerupakan pendekatan yang potensial untuk digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan ecopreneur ini pada ibu-ibu imigran Indonesia di Malaysia tersebut diharapkan mampu memberikan kreatifitas dan inovasi untuk menghasilkan produk yang ramah lingkungan dan bernilai ekonomis serta dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Hasil akhir dengan adanya pelatihan ini para imigran berhasil membuat dan memanfaatkan media digital untuk promosi dan pemasaran.
