Abstract

The website also serves as a tool or a tool for implementing e-government. The use of media websites is one way to realize a clean government, transparent and authoritative or known good governance. This study uses ITPOSMO approach to assess the success rate of the district local government website Rejang Lebong. Model ITPOSMO considered appropriate to evaluate the implementation of e-government for using the approach of the seven dimensions, namely information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures, other resources (time and money) in assessing the success or failure of a e-government projects. The results of this study indicate that the local government website Rejang Lebong district declared a failure in implementing e-government with a value gap scoring 38.12. Of the seven dimensions evaluated, staffing and skill dimension is the dimension of the lowest levels of his gap of 2.5, and the dimensions of the resource: time and money into the greatest dimension of its value gap that is equal to 7.85. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk melatih penggunaan LiveWorksheets. Hal ini berguna untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknologi Guru SMAN 2 Bengkulu Tengah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali dengan tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monev. Tempat pengabdian kali ini adalah Laboratorium Komputer SMAN 2 Bengkulu Tengah, sedangkan peserta dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 18 guru yang terdiri dari berbagai bidang pelajaran. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar respon peserta dan lembar monitoring. Hasil lembar respon adalah sebesar 4,23 atau dalam kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan hasil lembar monitoring menunjukkan sebanyak 7 orang guru masih mengembangkan dan menggunakan media ini di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Games in the form of learning media are one of the innovations in the world of education. Based on interviews conducted by the author with students and teachers, it was revealed that Chemistry is not one of the materials that are considered difficult. In addition, students are also less interested in taking chemistry lessons because of the difficulty of understanding the material presented. To help and facilitate teachers and students in the learning process of Periodic system of elements in the classroom, making games as a medium for learning Periodic system of elements is an opportunity to be researched. The research method used is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research has succeeded in producing educational game products based on role playing games (RPG) as learning media for Periodic system of elements. The educational game was successfully developed using the RPG Maker application. The results of the expert validity test and the teacher's response test to the educational games that were built were 1) Material expert validators with an average value of 3.33 were in the very good category 2) Media expert validators with an average value of 3.22 were in the good category 3) The learning expert validator with an average value of 3.27 is in the very good category. 3) The results of the teacher's response test with an average value of 3.62 are in the very good category. The results of the validity test and response test showed that the educational game made was feasible to be implemented in the classroom and used as a learning medium for Periodic system of elements.

Abstract

The Office of Communication and Informatics, hereinafter referred to as Diskominfo, is a regional apparatus that carries out Regional Government affairs in the field of communication and informatics, the field of coding, and the field of statistics. Currently, the “X” Regency Communication and Informatics Office has implemented information technology governance as indicated by the SPBE implementation at the “X” Regency Regional Government, then has used electronic-based applications according to e-government classification, and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to policies applicable governance policies. However, there are several problems at the Diskominfo “X” Regency, namely problems regarding human resources, assets and supervision. Therefore it is necessary to measure the capability level of IT governance with the aim of knowing the level of capability and providing recommendations for IT governance using the 2019 COBIT framework. Based on the results of the 2019 COBIT assessment, the capability level of IT governance at Diskominfo, “X” Regency is at level 1 namely the Performed Process, which means that the implemented process has succeeded in achieving its goals. In order for IT governance at the Diskominfo “X” Regency to achieve the desired capability level, namely at level 3 (Established Process), the recommendations that need to be made are optimizing the existing human resources, involving the Diskominfo itself in managing human resources, making a priority list for installation and developing electronic-based applications, and establishing Standard Operational Procedures relating to performance targets and suitability.
