Abstract

AbstrakBank adalah lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah menghipun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali kepada masyarakat. Hubungan yang baik ini seperti membangun kepercayaan dan komitmen konsumen merupakan sebuah keharusan dalam rangka meinciptakan konsumen yang loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan dan komitmen terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BRI Cabang Belopa. Kosioner ini dirancang dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah rekening yang berjumlah 26.486 dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda. Metode analisis digunakan unutuk melihat pengaruh variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan maupun parsial menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. This good relationship is like building consumer trust and commitment is a must in order to create consumers loyality. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of trust and commitment on customer loyalty at PT. BRI Belopa. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale. The population in this study were all account customers totaling 26,486 with a sample of 100 people. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression. The method of analysis is used to see the effect of the independent variable with the dependent variable. The results of this study simultaneously or partially indicate that trust and commitment have a significant effect on PT BRI Belopa customer loyalty.Keywords: Trust, Commitment, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the use of Quartet Card Learning Media on PPKn Learning Outcomes of Grade V Students of SD Negeri Mangasa 1. This study aims to determine the Effect of Using Quartet Card Learning Media on PPKn Learning Outcomes of Class V SD Negeri Students Mangasa 1. This type of research is an experimental research type of pre-experimental design with the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The research procedure includes pretest, treatment, and posttest. The sample in this study were 26 students of Class V SD Negeri Mangasa 1. The results of this study indicate that the effect of the use of quartet card learning media on PPKn learning outcomes for fifth grade students of SD Negeri Mangasa 1 (Pre-test) shows that the number of students who have not reached the KKM is 26 students (overall) or 0% while students who have achieved KKM is 26 students (overall or 100% with an average value of 54.7. Therefore, the results of the influence of the use of quartet card learning media on PPKn learning outcomes for class V SD Negeri Mangasa 1 are still classified in the low category and not meets the classical completeness criteria.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the Effect of Using Quartet Card Learning Media on PPKn Learning Outcomes of Class V SD Negeri Mangasa 1 has increased.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dijabarkan sebagai berikut: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah gambaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw yang diterapkan oleh guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SMA Negeri 8 Bone ; 2) Untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan; 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap peningkatan hasil pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa Kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 8 Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah: eksperimen pada kelas XI IPS-1. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar dan observasi. Berdasarkan interpretasi data dan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa: (1) gambaran model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw yang diterapkan oleh guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang mengajar di kelas XI IPS-1 SMA Negeri 8 Bone, yang meliputi penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penggunaan media pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup memadai, (2) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw efektif terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa SMA Negeri 8 Bone. Selama diberi perlakuan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia mengalami perbaikan yang terbaca dari perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan setiap kali pertemuan dan perbedaan hasil belajar antara satu pertemuan dan pertemuan berikutnya, (3) ada pengaruh positif model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa dengan membandingkan sebelum mendapatkan perlakuan dan pada perlakuan awal berada pada kategori rendah, sedangkan setelah mendapatkan perlakuan pada umumnya mereka berada pada kategori sedang. Untuk itu, melalui hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif model perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang mampu menata aktivitas dan hasil pembelajaran siswa secara lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, guru-guru diharapkan dapat memanfaatkannya semaksimal mungkin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk siklus, mulai dari (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Wiramandiri sebanyak 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan nontes berupa observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Keseluruhan data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui teknik analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitaif. Pada sikus I, proses pembelajaran kurang memuaskan dan suasana kelas kurang kondusif dikarenakan siswa kesulitan dalam mengelompokkan kata. Pada siklus II dilakukan perbaikan dengan memberikan penjelasan langkah-langkah Clustering secara jelas dan melakukan pengelompokan kata dengan melihat objek secara langsung di luar kelas. Pada siklus II dikatakan belum mencapai hasil yang maksimal karena tidak sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran yaitu menulis puisi dengan pilihan kata yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, dilanjutkan pada siklus III. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik Clustering dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMK Wiramandiri Kabupaten Soppeng. Perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I hanya mencapai 60,67 sedangkan nilai pada siklus II sebesar 68,56 pada siklus III sebesar 12,85% dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 81,41. Berdasarkan simpulan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan pada guru menggunakan teknik pembelajaran yang dapat merangsang perhatian siswa, misalnya dengan menggunakan teknik Clustering sebagai alternatif pembelajaran menulis puisi bebas untuk menambah motivasi dan minat siswa mengikuti pembelajaran. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan penelitian dalam aspek yang berbeda untuk menambah khasanah ilmu bahasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) proses peningkatan keterampilan menulis cerpen melalui metode Problem Based Learning dan (2) hasil keterampilan menulis cerpen melalui metode Problem Based Learning siswa kelas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 tahap yaitu: tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII sebanyak 29 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, tes menulis cerpen, angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerpen siswa kelas VII SMP. Pembelajaran keterampilan menulis cerpen dengan memerhatikan aspek penilaian yaitu aspek Kesesuaian isi cerpen, Penyajian dan organisasi, bahasa, dan mekanik. Perolehan nilai rata-rata siswa pada siklus I hanya mencapai 51.72% sedangkan nilai pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 82.7%. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian ini diajukan saran, yaitu bagi guru bahasa Indonesia khususnya di kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Salomekko hendaknya guru dapat memilih metode pembelajaran dengan baik sesuai dengan materi yang akan diajarkan, misalnya dengan menggunakan metode Problem Based Learning sebagai alternatif pembelajaran menulis cerpen untuk menambah minat dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan penelitian dalam aspek yang berbeda untuk menambah khasanah ilmu bahasa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to write descriptive essays through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method in class VII SMP Negeri 14 Tanralili Maros.The type of research used is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were class VII students, a total of 35 students. The object of research is the ability to write descriptive essays through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method. Data collection techniques in this study are tests, observations, and interviews. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that learning to write descriptive essays using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method could improve the writing skills of grade VII students. The increase in students' attitudes and activities during the learning process of writing descriptive essays increased. The average value of the ability to write descriptive essays in the first cycle was 49.40% while the increase in the average value of the ability to write descriptive essays in the second cycle increased by 81.51%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Teaching and Learning (CTL) method in improving the ability to write descriptive essays for class VII students of SMP 14 Tanralili Maros has been categorized as very good.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Problem-Solving method to improve students' ability to write narrative paragraphs. This research is classroom action research carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were class studentsXI MAN 4 Boneswhich totaled 30 students. The analysis technique in this study used quantitative and qualitative analysis. Data collection techniques in this study were tests, observations, and interviews. While the object of this study is the application of the Problem-Solving method in improving the ability to write narrative paragraphs. In the pre-action students' writing results obtained an average value of 71.13. Cycle I as many as 17 students with a percentage level of 56.7% reached the complete category while those who did not complete 13 students with a percentage level of 43% obtained an average value of 72.7 thus this study continued to the second cycle because the frequency of completeness had not reached 70% of the indicator setting. In cycle II as many as 26 students were categorized as complete with a percentage level of 87% while the number of students who had not reached completeness was 4 students with a percentage level of 13% so the results of the implementation of cycle II obtained an average value of 79.93. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem-Solving method in improving the ability to write narrative paragraphs of class studentsXI MAN 4 Bonescategorized as very good.

Abstract

This research aims to correct linguistic errors in exposition texts written by class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bontocani, Bone Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data, in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. The data for this research is data from students' work sheets writing exposition texts. The data source in this research is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bontocani, Bone Regency. The data collection technique used was reviewing documents in the form of student exposition texts. The results of the research show that the language errors of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Bontocani, Bone Regency include errors in linguistic elements, namely the use of diction or word choice, the use of spelling, the use of conjunctions, the use of verbs, the use of reference words, the use of sentence structure, and the use of words persuasive.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the intrinsic and extrinsic elements of the novel Rain by Tere Liye. This research focuses on intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the novel Rain by Tere Liye. This type of research is qualitative research, namely analyzing the form of description, not in the form of numbers or coefficients regarding the relationship between variables. The data source in this research is the novel Rain by Tere Liye, consisting of 315 things. Length 21 cm, width 34 cm, published by Gramedia main library Jakarta 2016. The data collection technique for this research is note-reading technique, considering that the object of study in this research is a text, namely the novel Rain by Tere Liye. The data analysis used in this research is content analysis or scientific methods for studying and drawing conclusions by utilizing text.The research results show thatThe intrinsic elements in the novel Rain by Tere Liye have a theme of romance, the plot used is a back and forth plot, setting of place, setting of time, namely day, morning and evening. The characters in this novel are Lail, Esok, Maryam, Elijah, Lail's mother, Lail's father, Tomorrow's mother, Queen Mother, Mayor's wife, Mayor and Claudia. The point of view in this novel is as he, she and the person's name. The language styles used in this novel are personification, contradiction and pleonasm. The message in this novel is to accept everything that God has given us and always be unyielding. The extrinsic element in this novel is the author's background. Thus, it can be concluded that this novel proves that the tools used are very sophisticated because this novel is set in the future which prioritizes practicality.
