Abstract

Manajemen strategi dalam manajemen SMK adalah suatu pendekatan yang sistematik dalam menyelanggarankan programnya untuk mencapai tujuan madrasah melalui manjemen strategi, diharapkan kepala madrasah mampu merumuskan dan menentukan strategi madrasah dengan tepat sehingga SMK mampu mempertahankan eksitensinya dalam menyesuaiakan serta melakukan perubahan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai efektifitas dan produktifitas madrasah. Mutu pendidikan adalah suatu kualitas yang menggambarkan sekolah yang bermutu yang memiliki standar kualitas yang tinggi dan selain itu belum maksimalnya program-program SMK yang belum terlaksana dengan baik menjadi pengatar perlu diadakan sebuah formulasi strategi. Formulasi Strategi meliputi : (1) Perumusan visi dan misi, (2) analisis linkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal, (3) Analisis pilihan strategi dan kunci keberhasilan, (4)penetapan tujuan,sasaran dan strategi.

Abstract

Education policy in Indonesia over time has experienced various significant dynamics. The purpose of this change in education policy is none other than to create quality education. This research was conducted in order to fulfill the duties of the Educational Innovation Course, and aims to find out the Policy in Educational Innovation and to train writers to conduct mini research. This research was conducted in order to fulfill the duties of the Educational Innovation Course, and aims to find out the Policy in Educational Innovation and to train writers to conduct mini research. Open schools are a solution for children who are far from the main school due to geographical conditions that are difficult to reach by public transportation, due to economic factors in some communities which are weak so they have to work even though they are still of school age between 13-18 years after graduating from elementary school.

Abstract

The problem in general is that along with the presence of many educational institutions, both private and state, whether accompanied by the readiness of reliable and qualified teaching staff in accordance with their fields, or it can be said, whether the existing teaching staff (teachers) are in accordance with their competence. This is the question which is a big problem related to the development of the world of education in Indonesia. For example, those at the kindergarten level or also at the level of bringing Play groups. Some factors that cause poor teacher quality include unskilled teachers in teaching, lack of communication with students, teachers do not understand children's characters, teaching methods that are less interesting, then the number of children who are allowed to play, teachers who are impatient in teaching and reduced hours of reading and arithmetic. One form of communication that must be considered carefully for a kindergarten teacher is interpersonal communication.
