Abstract

This study is a survey research on Regions Bank Headquarters Lamongan with title "The Influence of Customer Decision to Save the Savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks ". The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze if there is partial effect, simultaneous and dominant among the factors of interest, quality of service and gifts to the customer's decision to save. To determine the influence of the relationship between the variables used multiple regression analysis, t test and F test test data analysis using the SPSS version 17 with the results of (1) Y = 0.157 + 0.127 + 0.480 X1 + 0.396 X2 X3 + X2 E showed the most dominant variable ( 2) test the t interest (1,992), quality of service (5.314) and gifts (4.778), the value of t count> t table (1.986) means a partial effect on the dependent variable (3) F count (312 329)> F table 2,70 means the simultaneous effect on the dependent variable. The conclusion of this study is the variable of interest, quality of service and reward influence the customer's decision to save the savings Simapan in Lamongan Regional Banks.

Abstract

Soybean became known in Indonesia since the 16th century. Initially, the spread and cultivation of soybeans was on the island of Java, then developed to Bali, Nusa Tenggara and other islands. Soybean is one of the main ingredients in the process of making tofu. Industry can run well because it is influenced by employee performance. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of employees in the tofu industry in Durungbedug Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is Descriptive – Quantitative. Using a sample of tofu industry employees, the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, to test the hypothesis used the coefficient of determination, F test and T test. The results of data processing, namely the T-test, obtained t count for work discipline of 1.592, motivation of 0.856 and leadership style 2.815. To determine the t table, use the statistical attachment t table, using α = 5%. The procedure for testing the t test is to use a 2-tailed test (a = 5% : 2 = 2.5%), with (df) n-1 or 50-1=49. Then obtained t table 2.009. The results of the multiple linear regression test ???? = 1.608 + ????.328???????? + ????.410???????? + ????.554???????? + ???? namely the leadership style variable (X3) is more dominant in influencing the variable (Y) namely employee performance, this is evidenced by the value of the regression coefficient of 0.554 . Which is greater than the regression coefficient variable work discipline (X1) and motivation (X3). The results of the F-test show that work discipline (X1), motivation (X2), and leadership style (X3) simultaneously affect employee performance (Y). Where is the calculated F count of 24.362 with a significance level of 0.05.

Abstract

Indonesian people have extensive knowledge about the fashion industry, and developments related to fashion in Indonesia are experiencing a very worrying acceleration. So that a company's life cycle can continue to operate, grow and achieve its goals, the fashion industry in Indonesia is increasingly tightening market competition. CRM and customer perception of brand image are important factors in building consumer loyalty. The purpose of this writing is to determine the impact of customer loyalty and (CRM) on brand image in the fashion sector in Lamongan. This writing category uses quantitative methodology, collecting data from a sample of 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires through survey techniques using random sampling. The analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. The results of this paper show that the Brand Image (X1) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (X2) variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y).

Abstract

In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, there are 37,000 MSMEs that have gave a statement that they suffered a loss, estimated at approx. 56% of MSMEs experienced a decline in sales, around 22% reported regarding problems in the financing aspect, as much as 15% reported problems related to the distribution of goods, and as many as 4% experienced difficulties obtaining raw materials using E-commerce can accelerate the performance of MSMEs because it can minimize costs for marketing the goods or services to be sold. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that influence e-commerce adoption, namely the external environment, perceived convenience, technology readiness, attitudes towards e-commerce adoption and behavioral intentions in food and beverage MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic in Lamongan Regency.This research method uses quantitative data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sampling technique in this study was to use a simple random sampling method for MSME Food and Beverage actors. Data analysis uses index transformation analysis tools and statistical T test analysis. The results of the transformation analysis of the perceived usefulness variable index have a good percentage of 66.33%. This means that the perception of usability has a strong influence on the adoption of E-Commerce by food and beverage MSME actors in Lamongan Regency. Then based on the results of the analysis of multiple linear regression analysis on the t test, the organizational readiness variable for E-Commerce adoption has an effect of t count 3,906 > t table 1,985. This means that having organizational readiness for food and beverage MSME actors will have a positive impact on the adoption of E-Commerce in Lamongan Regency Keyword : E-Commerce Adoption, Food and Baverage, Micro Small Medium and Entreprises

Abstract

Studi Pengembangan Kelayakan Bisnis adalah suatu bentuk pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk memutuskan apakah sebuah bisnis layak atau tidak dilaksanakan dengan memandang dari berbagai aspek mulai dari aspek hukum,aspek lingkungan,aspek pasar dan pemasaran ,aspek manajemen  dan MSDM serta aspek keuangan.Penelitian terhadap rencana bisnis tidak hanya menganalisa layak atau tidak bisnis dibangun tetapi juga saat dioperasionalkan secara rutin dalam rangka pencapaian keuntungan yang maksimal untuk waktu yang tidak ditentukan. Salah satu produk unggulan desa Lopang adalah Jamblang.Jamblang adalah salah satu jenis tanaman serba guna yang memiliki banyak manfaat terutama untuk obat-obatan. Namun demikian, populasi tanaman jamblang pada lahan masyarakat di wilayah Kabupaten Lopang masih terbatas. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas dan inovasi UMKM sebagai produk unggulan lokal di Desa Lopang, Kecamatan Kembangbahu, Kabupaten Lamongan.Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei terhadap petani pemilik tanaman jamblang dan pedagang yang terlibat dalam pemasaran buah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap 15 orang petani pemilik tanaman jamblang. Data hasil wawancara dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan efisiensi sistem pemasaran dianalisis berdasarkan margin pemasaran dan farmer`s share.Jadi kreatif adalah sifat yang selalu mencari cara-cara baru dan inovatif UMKM adalah sifat yang menerapkan solusi kreatif dalam pengembangan produk lokal yang berdaya saing nasional. Luaran yang ditargetkan yaitu artikel ilmiah dimuat dijurnal nasional.Target Pengabdian pengembangan Analisis Studi kelayakan bisnis (Aspek pasar dan pemasaran,Aspek Teknis dan produksi,Aspek manajemen dan sumber daya manusia, Aspek Keuangan,Aspek Lingkungan dan Asek Hukum). untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan UMKM “buah Jamblang” serta untuk membuat keputusan pengembangan manajemen perusahaan selanjutnya sehingga mampu meningkatkan eksistensi dan volume penjualannya di pasar nasional maupun internasional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze entrepreneurial transformation through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), focusing on its impact on product innovation and business sustainability. The research employs a literature review approach using qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. Data was collected from 28 journal articles published on Google Scholar between 2014 and 2024, with a rigorous selection narrowing down to 18 relevant articles for analysis. The results show that AI significantly enhances product innovation through data-driven decision-making, product personalization, and operational efficiency. Case studies from Indonesian companies such as Tokopedia, Ruangguru, and TaniHub illustrate how AI supports business sustainability through automation, risk management, and supply chain efficiency. However, AI adoption faces challenges such as limited digital literacy and resistance to change, particularly among MSMEs. The study recommends collaboration among government, academia, and industry players to create an ecosystem supporting AI adoption, enabling technology-driven entrepreneurship to thrive on a broader scale.
