Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UD. Vigor Rejoso Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu Malang sebagai salah satu kelompok usaha Agroindustri keripik kentang binaan Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) Kota Batu Malang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kelayakan usaha keripik kentang pada UD. Vigor Rejoso Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu Malang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Rumus analisis biaya dan keuntungan. Sementara untuk menghitung Kelayakan Usaha, rumus yang digunakan adalah, Revenue Cost (R/C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), dan Return On Investment (ROI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rata-rata penerimaan pada kelompok usaha keripik kentang binaan PLUT Kota Batu Malang adalah Rp. 459.000.000,00/ bulan dengan biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp. 279.275.000,00/ bulan. Biaya produksi tersebut terdiri dari biaya tetap sebesar Rp. 55.855.000,00 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp. 233.420.000,00/ bulan. Dari hasil analisa data, didapatkan bahwa keuntungan yang diperoleh pada agroindustri keripik kentang UD. Vigor sebesar Rp. 179.725.000,00/ bulan. Berdasarkan perhitungan kelayakan usaha (R/C) Ratio yaitu perbandingan antara penerimaan dengan total biaya diperoleh nilai (R/C) Ratio 1,64 atau 1,64 > 1. (B/C) Ratio yaitu perbandingan keuntungan dengan total biaya produksi yang lebih besar dari nol yaitu memiliki angka perbandingan 0,64 atau 0,64 > 0. Berdasarkan perbandingan laba dan modal produksi diperoleh nilai ROI sebesar 64%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha agroindustri UD. Vigor Rejoso Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu Malang dapat dikatakan menguntungkan dan layak dijalankan. Kata kunci : Analisa Usaha, Keuntungan, Kelayakan Usaha dan Usaha Keripik.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang analisis komparatif pendapatan antara usaha becak kayuh dan becak motor di sekitar Plaza lamongan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dan mengetahui pendapatan mana yang lebih besar antara usaha becak kayuh dengan usaha becak motor di sekitar Plaza Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif antara usaha becak kayuh (X1) dan usaha becak motor (X2). Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan wawancara terhadap 20 responden usaha becak yaitu 10 usaha becak kayuh dan 10 usaha becak motor. Analisis dilakukan dengan cara mencari pendapatan bersih dan kemudian dilakukan uji komparatif menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan nilai signifikan 0.05. Uji komparatif telah dilakukan dan dihasilkan thitung lebih besar daripada ttabel (2.968 > 1.734), sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan usaha becak kayuh dan usaha becak motor. Uji komparatif juga menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan bersih rata-rata per tahun usaha becak kayuh yaitu sebesar Rp. 7,250,500.00 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan usaha becak motor yaitu sebesar Rp. 5,423,000.00. Kata kunci :  pendapatan, becak kayuh, becak motor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the factors that influence the level of satisfaction of members using the services of the Artha Niaga Sentosa Savings and Loan Cooperative. The approach in this study uses explanatory research with a survey method (Survey Method) with a simple random sampling technique of 109 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, surveys and documentaries. while the data taken are primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) Service quality had no effect on member satisfaction, which was proven by a significance value of 0.858 > 0.05. 2) trust has no effect on member satisfaction as evidenced by a significance value of 0.121 > 0.05 3) brand image has a significant effect on member satisfaction as evidenced by a significance value of 0.047 < 0.05. Of the three independent variables, brand image gives the most dominant contribution to the satisfaction of members using the services of the Artha Niaga Sentosa Savings and Loan Cooperative.

Abstract

Batik art is a local cultural heritage that stores knowledge and local wisdom of high value. In other words batik is a craft that has high artistic value and has long been a part of Indonesian culture.   Therefore Sendang Lamongan batik is one of the cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, protected and supported by its development. This devotion tries to develop the design of Batik Sendang Lamongan motif as a result of cultural acculturation of its people, so that it can be an asset for cultural heritage. The focus and priority of design development motifs depart from the problem is still limited variety of existing ornaments. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality of batik products through the development of batik motif designs based on local wisdom.  Second, expanding the market segment, not only in lamongan area but also other regions including outside east Java province. This program method is a discussion and observation conducted to identify problems, conduct activities, training workshops on the development of batik motifs based on local wisdom, followed by mentoring, monitoring and evaluation.  This program produces new batik motifs based on local wisdom from flora natural sources, namely with The Leaves and Fruits of Borassus.

Abstract

Studied, salary has a dominant influence on productivity in CV. Anugrah Walet Indonesia. Economic growth in Indonesia is very rapid and causes the competition of the market is getting tighter. This study aims to determine the determination of training, motivation, salary, and compensation for CV production. Anugrah Walet Indonesia.This research uses descriptive method, in qualitative form using Probability Sampling technique. The sample of this research is 40 employees. This research uses validity test, reability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. This study uses EVIEWS 9 program. Partially there is significant influence between training, motivation, salary, and compensation to production at CV. Grace swallowed Indonesia. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between training, motivation, salary, and compensation on production in CV. Grace swallowed Indonesia. Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis situasi diketahui bahwa sebagian besar ibu-ibu PKK warga desa Pelang, Kembangbahu, Lamongan berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga, sehingga mempunyai waktu yang cukup banyak untuk melakukan kegiatan yang mampu menambah penghasilan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga dan karang taruna dengan memberi pelatihan bercocok tanam dengan sistem hidroponik. Konsep “Hidroponik” merupakan budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan air/larutan mineral bernutrisi tanpa menggunakan tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi. Sistem bertanam “Hidroponik” merupakan konsep bertanam yang cocok untuk daerah perkotaan dan lahan terbatas. Luaran jangka panjang yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatakan penghasilan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan. Guna mencapai target luaran yang telah direncanakan, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) pemaparan materi “Hidroponik”; (2) Pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan Praktik Pembuatan “Hidroponik” dan (3) Pendampingan selama dua bulan atau praktik berkebun dengan sistem “Hidroponik” serta (4) Evaluasi kegiatan.  Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya kebun hidroponik yang ditempatkan di Kantor Balai Desa Pelang yang dikelola bersama antara Kelompok Ibu-ibu PKK dan Karang Taruna dan sangat respon dan antusias serta akan mengembangkannya di rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

In the business world, the value of success is not only determined by capital and enthusiasm for work. Business actors really need to know the development of technology, management and reliable financial systems and understand the dangers caused by the use of chemical substances when the type of business is in the food sector. It is difficult for the MSME group of rambak cracker to develop because of the many problems faced and unsolved due to the lack of knowledge in the fields mentioned above. Production results are mostly non-uniform in dimensions, appearance or even taste quality. UMKM rambak cracker business group can only be said to survive and pay less attention to a better future and sustainability. From the above conditions, we as academics are very moved to help UMKM partners who are in Sawo Village, Dukun District, Gresik Regency, East Java Province, who are currently in a difficult condition to develop. The solution offered is the method of discussion and observation to identify problems, conduct activities, training workshops with materials on marketing and entrepreneurship management. We also give lectures on the use of hazardous chemicals in food mixtures with the noble aim so that MSME partners are not solely looking for profit but act as good entrepreneurs and care for others. Assistance and monitoring activities are also carried out to determine the extent of the development of their production business and the impact training outcomes as well as facilitating marketing access which is expected to increase capacity building.

Abstract

Plosowahyu Village is one of the villages in the Lamongan district. There are 3 hamlets, namely Plalangan Hamlet, Plosogeneng Hamlet and Wahyu Hamlet. Administratively, Plosowahyu village is divided into 12 RT and 3 RW. Each is under the leadership of the RT and RW heads. Plosowahyu Village is categorized as an Independent Village, namely an Advanced Village that has the ability to carry out village development. The physical development of Plosowahyu village potential is a sustainable development plan for the Plosowahyu village rest area which aims to improve the community's economy. As well as spearheading the empowerment of all aspects of integrated business activities with the support of increasingly sophisticated information technology, through the application of Management Information Systems in village governments and existing economic institutions, including Bumdes and existing MSME groups. The Plosowahyu village rest area will be one of the mini tours that is very pleasant for visitors and the community where there are stalls and also stalls for people who have local MSMEs for visitors to the rest area and floating houses in the middle of the lake which are a good feel for visitors in the area. participate in the BUMDES office, as well as educational tours with the Etawa goat farm which is also the icon of the rest area. So that it will increase the selling power of the rest area itself. For the manager, the Plosowahyu Village Rest Area is an integrated business that will not only generate income from a financial perspective, but must be balanced with effective, efficient and professional maintenance and management methods from upstream to downstream, so as to provide optimal services for the community. its users. If consumers already feel satisfied with the use of the available facilities, then this will make a return for the manager's income. For researchers, the Plosowahyu Village Rest Area will provide useful outcomes in scientific studies in the form of journals, intellectual property rights and other scientific works as well as contribute to improving community welfare.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh variasi produk dan tenaga kerja terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio. Apakah memiliki pengaruh secara parsial , simultan dan variabel mana yang lebih dominan, jenis penelitian yang dilakukan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian uji Validitas, Reabillitas, Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T dan uji F.Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil data diatas dapat disimpulkan data tersebut valid, reabel dan terdapat hubungan secara parsial dan simultan , dan variabel yang paling dominan adalah variasi produk.Dari hasil regresi linier berganda yang mempengaruhi secara dominan terhadap peningkatan laba pada bengkel Ahass Sugio adalah variasi produk. Koefisien regresi Variasi Produk (X1) sebesar 0,563 artinya jika Variasi Produk naik sebesar 1 satuan maka peningkatan Peningkatan Laba akan meningkat sebesar 0,563 dengan asumsi bahwa variabel lain yang mempengaruhi dianggap konstan.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. Nikilo, Bumiaji Subdistrict, Batu City Malang, as one of the banana chips agro-industry business groups under the Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) of Batu City Malang. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the banana chips business at CV. Nikilo, Bumiaji District, Batu City Malang. The data analysis method used in this study is to use the cost and benefit analysis formula. Meanwhile, to calculate Business Feasibility, the formulas used are, Revenue Cost (R / C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), and Return On Investment (ROI). The results showed that the average income in the banana chips business group assisted by PLUT Kota Batu Malang was Rp. 31,770,000.00 / month with production costs incurred of Rp. 21,604,000.00 / month. The production costs consist of a fixed cost of Rp. 6,481,250.00 and variable costs of Rp. 15,122,750.00 / month. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the benefits obtained in the banana chips agroindustry CV. Nikilo for Rp. 10,166,000.00 / month. Based on the calculation of business feasibility (R / C) Ratio, which is the ratio between revenue and total costs, the value (R / C) is 1.47 or 1.47> 1. (B / C) Ratio, namely the ratio of profits to total production costs that are more greater than zero, which has a ratio of 0.47 or 0.47> 0. Based on the comparison of profit and production capital, the ROI value is 11%. So it can be concluded that the agro-industry business of CV. Nikilo, Bumiaji District, Batu City Malang can be said to be profitable and feasible to run.
