This study aims to observe the behavior of electronic journal (e-journal) among bachelor students of the Universitas Brawijaya by Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success (ISS) as theoretical framework. The research samples are all bachelor students who have used e-journal in their learning process. The respondents are selected by convenience sampling method. The data are collected through survey and analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3. The result of the study reveals that user satisfaction and intention to use have significant effect on actual use of e-journal among bachelor students at the Universitas Brawijaya. Those variables affect the actual use because they have been formed by other variables such as information quality, perceived easiness, perceived usefulness, and attitude towards behavior. Furthermore, information quality has significant influence on user satisfaction, while perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness do not have direct effect on the intention to use. The implication of this study is relevant for educators to recognize the reason factors to use e-journal in the learning process.

Study This aim For analyze role Compensation and Training To BPO Employee Performance at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited . Study This using primary data and the data used in study This obtained from spread questionnaire to employee with BPO status at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited . Data on research This processed use SPSS application version 26. Population in study is employee with BPO status at The Development Bank of Singapore Limited as many as 40 respondents and methods taking sample is saturated sampling , so sample used as many as 40 respondents . Research result in a way Partial showing compensation influential significant to performance employee whereas training No influential to performance employees , and values coefficient The determination of R 2 is 0.381 which is significant that ability variables independent that is Compensation and Training in explain variable dependent namely Employee Performance as big as 38.1 % and the remaining 62.9 % are influenced by factors that are not researched in research this , so recommended For study Next to add variable other independent factors such as : motivation , competence and so on . This study aims to determine what factors encourage land-owning farming communities to carry out land conversion and to determine the impact of land-use conversion by land-owning farmers in Turen Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land that occurred in Turen Village, Malang Regency District, occurred due to 3 main factors, namely internal factors, external factors, and economic factors. These three factors are the main reasons for respondents to carry out land conversion. The conversion of the land function itself has an unfavorable impact on the level of welfare, especially at the income level of land-owning farmers in Turen Village. Because in total there were only 3 respondents or 20.0% of respondents who experienced an increase in income after carrying out land conversion.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of compensation, stress work and career development towards employee loyalty at PT Bank DKI South Pintu Besar Branch Office. The research method used is non-probability sampling. Population from This research is about employees of PT Bank DKI, South Pintu Besar Branch Office a number of 51 person with technique taking sample that is sampling fed up so that the sample consisted of 51 employees. The results of the study showed Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Bank DKI Office Branch Door Big South. Whereas stress Work And Career development does not affect employee loyalty at PT Bank DKI Office South Pintu Besar Branch. With the multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 15,953 + 0.687 X 1 - 0.066 X 2 + 0.112 X 3 Recommendation: Upgrade compensation so that loyalty employees at PT Bank DKI Office South Great Door Branch increases

In Indonesia, both conventional and Islamic banks continue to adopt conventional performance measurement approaches, which often fall short of aligning with Islamic sharia principles. Consequently, there is a pressing need for performance evaluation models specifically designed to reflect sharia principles in assessing Islamic banks. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) over the period from 2020 to 2023 using the Maqashid Shariah Index (MSI) as developed from the perspective of Abdul Majid Najjar. Employing a single case study approach, the research is based on content analysis of secondary data obtained from BMI’s official website. The analysis reveals a decline in BMI's performance scores in 2021 and 2022 compared to its performance level in 2020. However, the performance score showed an upward trend in 2023. The decline in BMI’s performance in 2021 was primarily driven by a decrease in the Real Sector Investment Ratio. In 2022, the continued downturn in performance was influenced by a reduction in the Ecological Ratio. Conversely, the improvement in BMI’s performance in 2023 was largely attributed to an increase in the Ecological Ratio.

This study aims to determine the influence of Job Insecurity, Employee Engagement and Job Performance to Turnover Intention on Government employees Non-Employee Government Court Country in region Southeast Sulawesi. This study uses a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires and the application of SPSS IBM 26 involving 68 respondents from 9 District Courts in the Southeast Sulawesi region. t-Test Results shows that there is a positive and significant influence of job insecurity on turnover intention. However, employee engagement does not have a significant influence on turnover intention, and job performance has a positive influence on turnover intention. Job insecurity, employee engagement and job performance simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention recommended for increase Engaged on PPNPN given reward so that more enthusiastic in Work, given training and guidance so that Can by test PPPK and National Civil Service Candidate.

This research aims to For Analyze The Influence of Leadership Style, Gender, Compensation, and Development Career, Against Satisfaction Work on Employees of PT AXA Insurance Indonesia. Research This use approach quantitative through distribution questionnaire The population in this study were all employees of PT Asuransi AXA totaling 300 employees, while the sample was taken using a sampling technique, namely Simple Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 50 people. The results of the study indicate that: Leadership style, Compensation and Career Development have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, while Gender does not affect employee job satisfaction at PT Asuransi AXA. It is recommended that PT Asuransi AXA improve the goodness of leadership style, Compensation and Career Development so that employee job satisfaction at PT Asuransi AXA increases.

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Performance-Based Budgeting in the Public Service Agency, as an object of research is of Faculty of "X" University "Y". This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. This study uses only the primary data because the techniques used in the collection of data by means of interviews and observations to participate so that researchers directly involved in the activities of the research object. The results showed that the object of research and regulatory administration has implemented a performance-based budget in accordance with the legislation in particular PMK No. 44 / PMK.05 / 2009, which requires BLU preparing budget documents to produce a Business Plan and Budget, but in the preparation of the implementation of the RBA is still some shortcomings, such as not counting achievement of performance, budgetary implementation schedule that does not comply with the planning , the lack of charging indicators and unit costs, lack of socialization in the budget that has been validated and incomplete TOR. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan imbalan moneter terhadap komitmen organisasi serta pengaruh tekanan anggaran waktu, kompleksitas tugas, self-efficacy dan komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi. Penelitian ini juga menguji temuan yang menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan motivasi merupakan determinan dari kinerja auditor. Penelitian ini menggunakan 49 auditor yang bekerja pada KAP di wilayah Jawa Timur sebagai responden. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) yang diolah dengan menggunakan software smartPLS 2.0 M3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan merupakan determinan dari komitmen organisasi, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan tekanan anggaran waktu merupakan determinan dari motivasi auditor. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi merupakan mediator dari hubungan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja auditor. Selain itu kinerja auditor juga dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh budaya organisasi dan tekanan anggaran waktu. Variabel lainnya yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, imbalan moneter, dan self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Sedangkan variabel motivasi auditor dan kompleksitas tugas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja auditor. Kata kunci: kinerja auditor,komitmen organisasi, motivasi auditor

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji pengaruh minat  individu  dalam menggunakan  mobile banking syariah  dengan menggunakan modifikasi model Theory Acceptance Model  yang dikembangkan Davis tahun 1989.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Brawijaya Malang. Penelitian ini memiliki responden sebanyak 61 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Brawijaya Malang yang menggunakan  mobile banking  perbankan  syariah. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruk persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap sikap penggunaan dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan  mobile banking syariah. Sebaliknya, kepercayaan dan persepsi kemudahan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap penggunaan mobile banking syariah. Hal ini berarti bahwa minat menggunakan  mobile banking syariah dipengaruhi oleh sikap dan sikap dipengaruhi oleh persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kenyamanan. Penelitian ini relevan untuk bank syariah untuk memfokuskan kembali faktor persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kenyamanan  pada layanan  mobile banking syariah.Kata Kunci  :  Technology Acceptance Model, Kepercayaan,  Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Kenyamanan, Minat,Sikap,  Mobile Banking Syariah.
