Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect ofcompentasionand motivation to the performance of The women empowerment service, child peotection, population control and family planning Board Officer Seluma District. The population in this study is which consists of 65 government apparatur in the The women empowerment service, child peotection, population control and family planning Board Officer Seluma District. This survey research takes samples from a population using questionnaire. The data analysis method was used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this research are: (1) the compentasion has an effect toward the performance and (2) the work motivation has an effect toward the officer performance as well. The result showed that : (1) The perceived compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in The women empowerment service, child peotection, population control and family planning Board Officer Seluma District, (1) The perceived motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance in The women empowerment service, child peotection, population control and family planning Board Officer Seluma District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Kick Taq PAUD teachers in Seluma Regency. Human resources are the only resources that have a sense of mind, feelings, skills, desires, encouragement, knowledge, power and work. Performance is an activity carried out to carry out, complete tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the expectations and goals that have been set, performance is often referred to as achievement which is the result of a job and the contribution of human resources to the organization. The data collection analysis method used in this study was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was assessed using a Likert scale, while the analysis method was qualitative, quantitative and the analytical tool was a rating scale. The results of the study of three factors that affect the performance of PAUD Kick Taq teachers in Seluma Regency, individual variables, organizational variables, and psychological variables, that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of Kick Taq PAUD teachers in Seluma Regency is the psychological variable that received the perception of the respondents with the criteria of strongly agreeing. Meanwhile, the second factor of the individual variable received the perception of agreeing, meaning that the individual variable also affected the performance of the PAUD Kick Taq teacher in Seluma Regency, and the lowest dominant factor was the organizational variable, namely the reward but still received the perception of the respondent with the criteria of agreeing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kearsipan pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Bengkulu, Untuk mengetahui Efektifitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Bengkulu dan mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh kearsipan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada Kantor Balai Guru Penggerak (BGP) Provinsi Bengkulu serta mengetahui besarnya tingkat pengaruh kearsipan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor BGP Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini dalam menganalisa menggunakan berbagai penghitungan statistic dengan menggunakan berbagai rumus statistic dengan inti analisa rumus korelasi produck moment. Dengan demikian bila dilihat dilihat dari teknis pelaksanaan penelitian ini maka penelitian yang penulis lakukan ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriftif study korelasi (Descriftif study correlation)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk : mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan perumusan strategi kebijakan pengembangan desa wisata di Panca Mukti Kecamatan Pondok Kelapa Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Metode dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa, Sekretariat Desa, Ketua BPD, Tokoh Masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Desa Panca Mukti ini telah melibatkan masyarakat dalam perumusan strategi kebijakan pengembangan desa wisata. Berbagai bentuk dukungan pemerintah daerah kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah pun terlihat pada beberapa kegiatan seperti penanaman melon, penebaran bibit ikan yang disupport oleh Bupati Bengkulu Tengah dan Dinas Pariwisata

Abstract

The people of Bintang Selatan Village mostly work as rubber farmers and oil palm farmers. During the palm oil harvest period, palm leaf fronds are always wasted, even though palm leaf fronds can be used as a work that has selling value. So it is necessary to carry out socialization to foster community creativity so that it can innovate the community to become an independent society. It is necessary to practice making dishes from palm sticks, it takes perseverance and a touch of creativity and patience. As for handicrafts for high selling value, innovation is needed in order to attract interested people to buy, and can create Small and Medium Enterprises in South Star Village.
