Abstract

Gangguan kesehatan akibat melakukan suatu pekerjaan merupakan hal yang akan selalu dialami. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang cara yang baik didalam berinteraksi antara manusia dengan lingkungan kerja, menjadi factor utama dari munculnnya resiko tersebut. Salah satu pekerjaan yang umum dikerjakan dan memiliki probabilitas resiko buruk yang tinggi adalah pengemudi becak kayuh. Berat becak yang cukup besar berkontribusi didalam besarnya tenaga yang dikeluarkan oleh pengemudinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk postur tubuh pengemudi becak kayuh menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode RULA dan REBA. RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) adalah metode yang bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan dan analisis terhadap tubuh manusia bagian atas. REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) adalah metode yang bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan dan analisis terhadap seluruh bagian tubuh manusia. Luaran dari kedua metode ini adalah tingkatan keputusan yang menunjukkan urgensi tindakan yang dibutuhkan. Pada hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode RULA dan REBA pada penelitian ini, menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada bobot keputusan. Kesimpulan akhir adalah dilakukan perbaikan dan evaluasi segera pada bobot postur tubuh tinggi. Evaluasi dan perbaikan disarankan dilakukan terhadap rancangan becak dikarenakan, postur pengemudi dipengaruhi oleh bentuk rancangan becak itu sendiri. Diharapakan dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat dijadikan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kesehatan pengemudi becak dan terhindar dari resiko buruk yang diakibatkan.

Abstract

Education in the era of globalization is not only challenged by academic demands but also by an alarming crisis of character. Issues such as the decline of politeness, the erosion of respect for teachers, and the weakening of ethical conduct in the learning process have become fundamental concerns that require serious attention. In this context, fiqh al-adab—which encompasses ethical guidelines governing the teacher-student relationship in Islamic educational tradition—offers a relevant and transformative solution. This study employs a library research method by examining classical works of scholars such as Imam Nawawi, Al-Ghazali, and Al-Zarnuji, and exploring their contributions to character development in students. The findings reveal that teachers’ adab, such as sincerity, patience, humility, and professionalism in teaching, significantly influence the creation of a respectful and effective learning environment. Meanwhile, students’ adab toward teachers and knowledge—such as humility, focus during learning, proper etiquette in the classroom, and sensitivity to the teacher’s condition—contributes to shaping learners who are not only knowledgeable but also morally upright. Therefore, fiqh al-adab serves as a normative foundation for revitalizing character education amidst the moral challenges facing today’s younger generation.

Abstract

Sexual violence often occurs in society, especially among adolescents. This phenomenon is very worrying because it has an impact on their future. Parents' high activity levels ignore important things that are the vital needs of their children. Sexual violence is an unavoidable phenomenon. Shows that are not guidance, disturbing relationships are other factors. Parents' understanding of providing education about sex can still be said to be minimal, because Sex Education in society is still considered taboo. Teachers as educators in schools can help provide an understanding of Sex Education to students so that students' knowledge needs are met, especially Sex Education according to Islam. (Andriani & Yuningsih, 2023) This article discusses how the principles of social jurisprudence can be implemented as a preventive strategy against sexual violence against adolescents. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a literature study of sources of fiqh, data on cases of sexual violence, and the concept of Islamic education. The results of the discussion show that internalization of the values of social jurisprudence in education is very relevant to strengthening character and forming students' self-awareness in facing social challenges. This article suggests the need for guidance for adolescents from Islamic Religious Education teachers and parents to bridge the gap between Islamic principles and contemporary trends, emphasizing the importance of Islamic jurisprudence education in adolescence as a basis for living life according to Islamic values.
